✓ Just wouldn’t focus on Study/Work permitsI tried to give additional ID for my non-photo BC services card. Tried to use my study permit for it which is printed on a full A4 sheet. ✓ Complicated platform and won’t connect to health gatewayI don’t understand having gone through uploading my IDs, doing the video then waiting for approval. But I still can’t connect to health gateway until I get a new physical BC Health card at ICBC. I need my copies of recent tests for treatments I am needing, but I can’t get them even with having proven I am me. ✓ Invasion of PrivacyThis app somehow downloaded on my iPhone automatically without my approval or asking for it. The only thing I can think of is I recently renewed my BC driver’s licence. This is an invasion of my privacy as I didn’t even know it was on my device and I can’t find any info as to how or why it got there. ✓ Absolutely Useless for those new to BCDoes not work at all without a BC services card. All those new to BC - even those vaccinated here cannot use this app until BC services card is received. Temporary residents cannot get a BC services card. So, despite BC requiring proof of vaccination and receiving both doses in BC, this app prevents us from providing proof of vaccination BC is asking for. Typical bureaucratic government efficiency. When I proceed to the Health Gateway and there are no reports to be found. There is a notice that it may take up to 48 hours to see reports, but it’s been a month. ✓ Multiple steps to get to where you wantIt takes multiple steps from the app then click on BC Health Gateway, then leave the app to open the Health Gateway in your browser, then to the BC Services page to login then continue with the BC Services app to login with Face ID then its says you're done with app and open your browser, then finally shows your timeline, click on Covid 19 card then download the PDF. Could you make it simple - login with Face ID then show a QR code or PDF?.Version: 2.4.1
✓ FrustratingI have been using this app for some time with few issues: It seems that in 2024 I have to reverify every time I want to check in. I have done this at least 3 times, it taking minimum 1 business day, 3 days it seems if not caught on a Friday, to get verified again. Not very reliable when you expect BC residents to use this for access to critical information and services. I see there are a lot of similar reviews on here recently- maybe IT should fix the glitch instead of telling everyone to call yet another number that has restricted hours..Version: 3.7.0

✓ Does not work for Service Canada entreeWe are new to using a BC Services digital card. You really need to generate some intelligible instructions for it, as it doesn’t work at all. If you try to log in to Services Canada by clicking on the “log in using your BC Services card” option, it takes you to the app. Once you log in using the app, it says “you are finished with this; close and open server to go back to Canada Services,” at which time the cycle starts again, requesting you to log in using the BC services card yet again. There are no instructions at all to break one out of this fruitless cycle to oblivion, and obviously your call center is not adequately staffed, as there is no one to pick up when one wants to ask for help, and the line shrieks and squawks like a fax line. When you press “1” for a callback, as instructed, nothing whatsoever happens. Idiotic and useless waste of taxpayer money, especially since no one answers OAS’s phone either, and we have no idea whatsoever why we were not paid our OAS last month, and have completely run out of money, and no way to contact anyone to find out. ✓ Never delete the appThis app is the worst, I used it all during Covid and sure it was fine but once you delete it the app (we no longer need it for Covid) you have to go through the whole verification process all over again and wait the 3-5 business days again.
