✓ KNOWN GLITCHThe game is buggy. The timer gives you 2 minutes, but if you have less than a minute left, your last shot doesn’t count. This is never explained and they might refund your money but usually not. They only have replays for about half the matches and they cut off so they always say there’s no evidence even though they know exactly what’s happening. ✓ Worst customer service ever!!!!!!I wrote them and explained to them the second I updated there app all my games were crashing and making me lose. I tried all there suggestions and still no change. And I don’t believe we should be treated this way they can go see exactly when I updated the app and when the crashes started!!!!! They were very helpful for a little while refunding all my money until they claimed my rate of crashes was too high and that I had to play at my own risk. It your stupid update that is crashing because it worked absolutely perfect until the second I updated it and I spent a lot of money daily playing there game and this how I got treated and it’s really freaking sad too because I actually loved spending my money and playing this game because If it weren’t for people like me who choose to play THIER game daily over millions of others there wouldn’t be any game to play to begin with and they have forgotten that rant OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!.MadeakkleeVersion: 4.2

✓ Keeps Crashing...Honestly, I think this is a good game, but it just crashes way to often. Now for me, I’ve noticed it only crashes whenever I’m on a streak and not missing a single shot. Which I could only imagine just trying to do this in a cash game and it ruins my streak and makes me lose. Y’all need to fix the crashes it’s really annoying and I lose because of it in my practice games. I also feel like some of the shots the should go in also that always go in. Like it bounces off the rim in some weird way and completely goes off when it looked like it should go in. Not sure if this happens to anyone else. Now I can be cool like my fiancé and win a bunch of real cash all the time playin these darn games. BUT nooooooo I have not and still can NOT enter the pro league to play for real cash! ✓ Reviews keep disappearingI have left 2 negative reviews on this forum and they seem to have disappeared. There are serious flaws/bugs in the game that Skillz now refuses to acknowledge (even though they were previously saying that their techs were working hard to get it fixed). You can’t win if you keep timing out with plenty of time left on the clock and they will not refund without “proof” even though I have submitted screenshot proof of the errors on their end. I would not waste any money on any of Skillz games - you will never really “win” anything!.MaramaroVersion: 5.0
