✓ FrustratingApp never remembers my user name and then doesn’t seem to remember my password. I then have to use Forgot My Password and when it texts me a code it doesn’t recognize that either! Takes several attempts just to get into my account and then it isn’t very clear about what it’s telling you. Will not renew..Version: 1.2

Well sorry I’m not blessed to keep $500 in ALL of my accounts regularly. Thanks for reminding me. ✓ Allstate IP appThis is the worst app I have every used! It never works, you may want to start by getting rid of the Touch ID? Not sure that’s around anymore. You can’t login every. ✓ Can’t login on app after latest updateAfter the latest app update, I can’t login to my account from the iOS app. After entering my credentials and entering the passcode sent by text message, I always get “Sorry, we are unable to access your account” screen. ✓ Needs to be more functionalAs a basic information platform, this app works ok but would be much better if you could perform monitoring functions. For example, the LifeLock app, which is where I have transferred from, sends alerts/notifications from the app, with a link back to the alert that you can then respond to. This allows someone to manage their alerts on the fly instead of having to log into the web account to do the same thing..Version: 1.2
✓ Good service but poor appThe service provides good monitoring but the app doesn’t work well. The Face ID stopped working recently and you can’t add a gmail account. I spent an hour on the phone with support and we couldn’t get a gmail account added. The app needs some work..Version: 1.3.0
