✓ Free cheeseburger???Signage tells us there is a free cheeseburger with first order. I made an order but did not see a freebie. Also asked an associate after how to get the free one. Was told I did not order enough $$ to get it. Now seeing in other comments it may come after order. Confused for sure. No explanation and associates who don’t know how to help. ✓ TerribleTerrible experience. Place order. Paid. Showed up and store had no record. Manager had to take my phone away from me and copy each item on paper. They made it right but I had to wait while it was fixed. Manager was nice..Version: 2.0.3

✓ Horrible food and customer serviceMilo’s is nothing like it used to be before they started putting locations in other areas other than Birmingham. The rudest people working in Prattville and Montgomery at eastchase the food was horrible for the price I paid for it and don’t get me started on the pies (please remove those horrible things and bring back the other ones). I can honestly say I will never eat at this place again and that’s sad because I used to eat it all the time!.Version: 2.0.3

✓ Bad app worse serviceDon’t waste your time or your money at Milos. The app is shotty and rarely records your information, when it does go through it barely connects to their own systems, many times not at all. Even if it did, it’s not as if the workers would even come outside. As most of them bide their time standing around as orders come in. The service is shotty at best and this app reflects this sentiment. This business does not care so do not waste your time or money here..Version: 1.1.7

✓ DisappointedI placed an on online order and arrived promptly at the time I requested. The food was cold and had apparently been prepared well in advance. The chicken nuggets were so small that they only filled 1/3 of the box they were served in. Also, the sauces were missing from my order. Very disappointed in this new store..Version: 2.0.1

Get to the store, and fortunately they noticed my order matched the multiple online orders they’d received. So now I’ve got my food, but I was charged for each “failed” attempt. ✓ Bad appAt this time we are in a pandemic. I downloaded the app in hopes that I could view a breakfast menu, so my family could decide, from home, what they wanted me to get in the drive thru. I selected my location and then was asked to select a pickup time, again I didn’t want to order on the app. The only option for pickup was two hours later. The only options for food, at that time, are lunch and dinner. Either the app itself hasn’t been updated since breakfast was added to the menu, (which means it’s about a year behind) or there is a two hour window for mobile orders, either way, the app was useless for my needs..Version: 1.0.9
✓ App rewardsI have joined the Loyalty program and also installed the App. I have a reward to claim but it will not allow me to use this reward. What is the point of having this if you cannot use the rewards sent to you?.Version: 2.0.0
