✓ Good, but ads are a problemPuzzledom is a lovely game however the ads are a huge problem as there are just too many. Usually ads don’t bother me however at one stage I was receiving an ad every two levels. This is ridiculous. I first installed puzzledom over a year ago and deleted it because of the ads. I reinstalled it about a week ago and found no change. The only change if any was the addition of new levels, and of course more ads. The ads are extremely repetitive, showing the same ad multiple times in a row. This, for me, is frustrating because it is a waste of my time. I am a GCSE student and I can’t afford to waste time watching ads. Every minute lost to an ad is a minute lost to my revision. Despite this, I’m still hopeful for Puzzledom as it is a lovely game however the ads in future should be removed either entirely or partially..Version: 7.976

✓ A good game made mediocre by too many adverts...This game started out showing such promise. A nice clean app. But after the forth level the ads start coming up, and they are long long ads. A game takes a few seconds to complete, then you have to wait 30 seconds before you can complete the next level which takes seconds. So if you want to spend your time watching ads then this is the app for you. They also let you rate the app 4 levels in, and before the ads start. Just so you know. I appreciate free games need to generate revenue, but there are better puzzle games - maybe not quite as polished that have worked out a better and less money grabbing mechanism. If you like your puzzle games well thought out and want to challenge your mind go else where. If you love watching ads, then download this app. To the dev’s. 10 seconds ads are all you need. If you want to grow a user base then respect us. Don’t insult us just to make a quick buck. I’m now deleting this app off my phone as a waste of space..Version: 7.72

✓ Great game with serious setbacksThe game is very entertaining with thousands of puzzles, however many of these puzzles are stupid easy and make you watch an ad after taking the 5 seconds it takes to solve them. Everyone mentions the ads so I won’t go too in-depth but they are very frequent and annoying. Now the big problem I have with this game is the diamond membership. Many mobile games have adopted this system and it is a complete scam. The obvious trick with this is they try to get little kids or people who don’t read the fine print to sign up for a free trial for some bonus content. But when the trial is over, it charges the user a ludicrous amount for minimal rewards. Other games like Bowmaster have been using this system and it honestly just puts a bad mark on the developer. It’s ridiculous that these developers think it’s ok to prey in children to lure them into a membership charging them over $400 a year for some tiny bonuses in a cheap mobile game. I like the game but some of these business tactics are just terrible..Version: 8.1.2
✓ Fake Advertising! 🤬I got the game and opened it because the advert that made me get this game said it was totally ad-free. I got it because my inner-gamer loved the idea of solving puzzles and playing games with completely no ads. However, this game had lied to me. I played the game at the top of the list when I started. I started playing the levels, slowly winning them one by one. I didn't realize it at the time, but I had gotten 1 advert. Then I played a bit more thinking it was a mistake, but then I got another advert. 2 adverts on a "totally ad-free" game. You must be kidding if you think I'll be willing to watch an advert after every 4-5 levels which take like maybe 2-3 seconds. You gotta be kidding me..Version: 8.1.26

I love puzzle games and it seems like fun but I spent at least half of the time clicking through ads. This is ridiculous in the beginning levels because they take maybe 5-10 seconds to complete, and an ad plays after every single level, unless you finish a level really fast, maybe you can get two levels done before the ad. To the developer, maybe ease up on the ads at first, until the levels take a little longer to complete and people have a chance to get a little more hooked? ✓ Was great, but Greedy Devs and VIP mode...I used to play this app all the time, it was awesome because I could play the heck out of one mode, then the next would be unlocked. It took time, but it was all free. You could pay to speed up the process. Now they've added "VIP Mode" though, where they expect you to pay a £7+ repeated fee, just for some coins and three new games. Developers need to realise that nobody likes membership games, and nobody likes game modes that you can't unlock without paying. Fix this issue and at least make the three new modes unlockable with around 500 Coins instead of 100 like the others or something, rather than sticking it behind a paywall. Until this is fixed, i'm deleting the app. I've also neglected to talk about how the ads used to be fair enough, now they're after every single puzzle, at least for me.Version: 7.8

✓ Advert window bug prevents using gameWas OK until now. Always had too many ads to be particularly user friendly, but also had a wide (and frequently updated) set of puzzle games. Until now. There's a new final fantasy advert that is larger than the app shows on my iPhone screen, rendering the app unusable. I'm unable to close the window to continue to play that game. Customer service (app support) gives a dud page link so this is, unfortunately, the only form of feedback / input available. Guys - your app is unusable until you get this fixed, and there's plenty of similar games out there. Will have to delete it soon and move on. Literally just an onslaught of ads every few seconds that takes away from the fun and enjoyment of these puzzles. I put my device on airplane mode to try stop the ads coming through, but not even that stopped the massacre of ads slipping through every minute or so. ✓ Poorly timed adsA nice selection of puzzle games perfect for killing time. Obviously apps like this remain free because of advertisements every few puzzles which is fine. However, the app will also load two adverts every time you return to it via the multitasking screen. This makes it impossible for me to use the app while chatting with a friend via imessage. I love this game, but there are a few things that need to change if you want me and probably many other people to keep the app. First order of Business, the adds NEED TO GO! ✓ A great app but not so great in stalking me.So lots of apps these days need to track, need to know the inns and outs of your life. your height, measurements, eye colour, weight (note the previous is said in sarcasm. What follows is not) access to your personal information on your devices. Some can even track you across devices in your household. I love this app had it for years. Back when data collection info wasn’t stated in the App Store as far as I remember which if it had, I wouldn’t have installed this app but now I know. Found out it wants my location and other things. Why is it so hard to download an app and just enjoy a great game without the app developers and who ever else they give the data too, needing to know what you do? This app had such a wide array of games to chose from, a good puzzle collection I’ve played for years. Love the paint even thought they never updated that game, and I’ve completed all the levels. I replay them, and there’s some games I’m still working my way through the levels, I think I’ve done about 4000 altogether, across the different games or close too it in the trophy bit, where it rewards you points/money. Admittedly only 3 now as I have quite a large amount already. I always play offline so the ads can’t annoy me. Genuinely loved this app but now it needs to know nearly next to everything I might delete. If that stuff doesn’t bother you the I would give this a go. ✓ An okay puzzle collectionI kept seeing ads for this around, and since I enjoy puzzle games anyway, I decided to try it. Since yesterday, I’ve finished 200 puzzles. Not that I’m super amazing at it, but because so many of the ones I’ve played so far are ridiculously easy. There are a few puzzles I enjoy from this pack, but to unlock them, you must either complete a load of other puzzles and level up, or use coins to buy them immediately. That’s not too big a deal, what is a big deal is how much they’re asking for a VIP subscription. It does give you special puzzle types and bonus coins, but it costs way too much for what is on offer. $7.99 a week. Yes, a week, not a month. That is way too much for what most people can solve in probably a few days. If it was $7.99 a month, I’d be more comfortable considering a subscription for a few more puzzles to do. Even a one-time purchase of $10 for all the VIP puzzles makes more sense. I will not stand for what is currently on offer. Please reduce the price for VIP, and you’d probably have more people buying them. Also, ad breaks are way too frequent; about every 2-4 levels I get an ad, which means about every other minute for me. $3 to turn off ads seems a bit expensive, but if you have the money spare, just do it. tl;dr: Easy but fine puzzles, VIP isn’t worth it until they lower the price, too many ads in a short time. Okay first off this is an a mixing game the you can unlock things it keeps me thinking over the summer while school is out. Now the problems. There is an ad about every 2 minutes and they are not the kind you watch they are the longer kind where you watch and then you have to do something. ✓ WARNINGI just want a good puzzle app with no ads or in app purchases. Is that so hard to find? The only reason they got one star is because the games themselves are good, only once you get going. Level one should include all learning and understanding to play, instead of using the first three levels. ✓ Fun, but costly......and not in the way you think. Fun to play, wide variety of puzzles in rising difficulty levels, but eats through your battery at a ridiculous rate. As in worse than Pokémon Go. ✓ Good puzzles, obvious cash grabThe puzzles are well made, but you get an ad almost every two clears. I spent more time clicking out of the (long, and mildly obnoxious) ads than doing the puzzles. especially because the more interesting puzzle modes require weird ranking and coins to unlock, and the only way to get them without spending money (or watching yet more ads!) is to clear even the easy puzzles, which just exposes you to even more ads! The rewards don’t scale with difficulty, so even this simple concept is somehow a grinding and endurance game that clearly just exists to make the devs some cash. I’m sure that’s satisfying to some people, and I get that the developers need to eat, but having ad banners at the bottom AND the long unskippable corny gaming ads every other minute is a lot for something that’s supposed to be a straightforward puzzles game. I do like that you can choose the difficulty right away, and the potential variety is great, plus the UI is generally very nice and satisfying with no real functioning problems. I can play my own music over the game too! But the sheer frequency of ads interrupts what would otherwise be a very pleasant long term experience. I understand the game is free and needs funding from Advertising, however, now I am a bit further on in the game the ads come up every third level or level attempt, some levels take a matter of seconds to complete. ✓ Fun but no incentiveIt's a fun game. Has a number of different puzzle types that you could get individually off the App Store. It's enjoyable if you like puzzle games. Unfortunately there's no real draw to keep playing. You earn coins to level up but all they're good for is unlocking a couple puzzle types which you can do naturally with playing other puzzles and there's not that many anyway, or for hints. It offers in app purchases of coins and pushes you to earn them but there's no real reason for it. No unlockables or collectibles. I don't want buying coins to be necessary but naturally progressing in the game should give you some sort of reward even if it's just a skin or something. As such this looses interest quickly because although the puzzles are fun, there is no reward for the challenge. ✓ Horrific addsThis app is great my 5 year old loves puzzles and really enjoys this game. However having sat and played it with him I was appalled to see a game advert pop up called bow master which shows one of the characters being ripped to shreds by a weapon with both blood and gore to boot. It states suitable for 4+ but I now have to stop my son from using this app because of a complete disregard from the creator as to who may play this game. Why would you allow an advert for a 12+ app to be shown on this app. Please think about reviewing what is advertised before allowing it. ✓ Fun Concept, But ...This is yet another “free” game that is completely ruined by lengthy ad’s. You literally can’t go 30 seconds without an ad popping up. They’re not short, either. Most range from 30-45 seconds and have no consistency in volume. Some are decently quiet, some don’t play audio (unless you click on them) and some completely hijack the audio of your phone. If you have music or anything else playing in the background, the ad will pause or shutdown the music app you’re using and you need to leave to game to manually start it up again. I literally had an ad pop up while collecting coins (i.e., not even playing the game). There is a little treasure chest in the top right corner for various achievements. When you meet one of the achievements you’re rewarded with coins. I clicked on the treasure chest, read through the various achievements, clicked on one and ... boom, 40 second ad. Deleted this game within 10 minutes of downloading it, which is a shame. It’s fun, but you spend more time watching ads than you do actually playing..Version: 7.73

✓ Love the game, but...I love the games in this package. It is rare for me to spend money on apps, but I do pay to remove ads - which I did in this app as the cost was reasonable. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that I have to close the app to switch to another game within the app. Please add a home button in each game screen so that I can switch to a different game easily. Also, the box asking me to rate the app keeps coming up even though I’ve done a review. Please fix this annoying bug. Update: lowered my rating to a 3 as I have been playing for a few weeks. There are two games that I can’t figure out how they work or what the objective is. I kept using coins to see what happened, but still can’t figure it out. Please add instructions in plain English. ✓ Could have been greatI love games like this, they keep me amused for hours, so £1.99 to get rid of adverts is good value. I have just three gripes. The first is constantly being asked to rate the game, so I’m doing it now to get rid of the request and removing a star from my rating. The second is the transitions from level to level, I know when I’ve completed a level, don’t make me click next, just take me to the next level. ✓ Quite relaxing apart from the ads.I have had this game for a while now and I really like the actually game. The puzzles are quite addicting. One of the things I don’t like are the player ranks. I find it annoying that I must spend ages playing just to unlock more games, I know that you can but them with in-game money but it just takes too long to get. My other problem is the ads. There are far to many and it takes away from the game experience. Every single level I complete is followed by an at least 20 second ad and it is infuriating. ✓ Even the Paid Version will push AdsI’ve had this app for a while now, and I enjoyed the puzzles so much I bought the full version in order to remove ads but also support the developer. Problem is, even after you buy it it will still push notifications to watch ads to “double the coins” of your free daily gift, or it’ll push an ad at the end of the level for extra coins or something. It’s nice of the developer to give people the access to watch ads (generating revenue for the dev) in exchange for coins, but pushing it after each level is extremely annoying. I paid for the full version to NOT be harassed in to watching ads. You can simply select “no” when the pop up happens, but it’s still going to pop up after EACH LEVEL. Don’t push ads on me like this. ✓ This is fine...I only have two problems with this game. One, there are WAY too many adds! Around one per level, and the levels only take about 30 seconds to do. So you have a 30 second game but a minute long ad. It just doesn’t add up (pun intended). The second problem I have is that you have to do a LOT of levels to unlock a new game. So, you start off with three mini games with about 1000 levels each (which is a good amount) and 100 coins or whatever, each level you play gets you around 5 coins, and if you want to get another mini game it costs 400 coins or more. So you see what I’m saying? You have to play at least 60 levels of a mini game (give or take a few) to get ONE more mini game. And then once you spend those coins you’re to zero so you have to play 80 levels of the same four games you have (which gets pretty boring if you ask me) to get another mini game. Other than that, this game is pretty fun. Once you have enough mini games to play it’s fun to switch through them, there are a lot of levels of each game so that’s a plus as well. All in all, three stars, please fix how many coins you get per level, or just don’t do coins at all and have all the games free to play! ✓ AdvertisementsI love this game but... *sigh* Advertisements. They pop up constantly and it annoys me. I like the idea of “Watch this add and earn a reward!” But I don’t like saying no to that offer, then getting forced to watch an advertisement anyways. ✓ Bad Performance and Irritating Ads, but Fun PuzzlesThis app is basically every crappy puzzle mobile game ad you've ever seen condensed into one place. Sounds bad, but there's a really good variety and some classics puzzle styles like those of Flow and Rush Hour. If that was it, I'd probably give this 5 stars, but it's not, as you could probably tell. The first issue I have is the ads. Good lord. I don't mind the banner ads, maybe an ad every few puzzles would be tolerable, but this game goes too far. There is an ad after every single puzzle. These puzzles usually don't take long, mind you. The second issue is that the game runs like crap. I'm not sure if this is just because I play offline, but my phone gets unbelievably hot after just a few puzzles, leading to lag and crashing. I don't understand how this could possibly happen when there are so few things on screen at any one time. I haven't tested if this happens when connected to the internet, and it seemed to only happen when I moved from my iPhone 8 to an iPhone SE. It is truly bizarre. If you want to shell out $3 for no ads or don't mind going offline (and potentially turning your phone into a heating unit), and you enjoy brain teasers, then download this app. If you don't... well, I don't know, don't ask me..Version: 8.1.29

✓ Great game spoilt by adsThe game is both fun and challenging. Starting easy and slowly increasing in difficulty. There are a good variety of games keeping it interesting, but the overwhelming amount of ads constantly interrupting play have ruined the game. Too bad the game keeps interrupting with pop ups that tell you you have to completed the level yet (yes working on it thanks if it were not for the pop up). I have to monitor game play because the ads a not targeted correctly and therefor are quite offensive. Something about an assassins game showing how to shoot people and something else about bedroom activity I do not want to see in an innocent drag and drop game.
