✓ Great concept, too many ads.This game seemed super fun and I'm all for supporting apps through ads but this was THE most ridiculous amount of ads I've ever seen in an app. Talk about being greedy. ✓ Fun but..This is a really fun game and I enjoy it a lot but 1. it has SO many ads it’s really annoying, and 2. when I downloaded this app I didn’t think such a cute and innocent looking game could cause me so much rage. If it didn’t have that many ads I’d probably give it a 4, if it had that and I wasn’t so ragey when I played this game, definitely would give it a five. ✓ Umm...So I’d just like to say this game is super awesome. Although I have a few ideas for the game! The music is kinda classical. Maybe you could add some more lyrics to some songs that are appropriate for children of course. Another idea is, is that maybe change the character design of the unicorn as well. Time for some issues. It bothers me when I tap some times to make the unicorn turn is that, it lags. I fall off and I dont know why. This actually happens frequently. Now the good stuff. ✓ Good potential but needs improvementsThe game itself is a good idea and addictive, but the ads are just too much. Every 2 deaths (which can sometimes go by very quickly) there is an ad. I get it, it’s a free game so it needs ads, but it’s getting to be too much. Stuck on a level? Well be ready to watch 30 seconds of ads every 2 tries. Run 3 levels without dying? There’s an ad waiting for you. Another thing with the ads is some of them are inappropriate. This game is for ages 4 and up, but with the ads of kissing, making out and other things don’t seem to be very 4 year old friendly. I’m not sure the parents of a small child would want their child to be seeing those kinds of ads. My little sister loves to play this game but since I’ve been paying attention to the ads I can’t let her play it. Another thing about this game is that I find that my phone heats up very quickly and I don’t play on a bright screen. My battery runs out extremely quickly and the game glitches way too much. ✓ Fun but waaaaay too touchyThis game is a lot of fun but once you get to the high levels it becomes almost impossible. I’ve spent the most time in Space Odyssey and it will kill me for the slightest of deviation. There have been times where I’m not even really sure what I did because the unicorn is still on the track! I also think it’s a bit ridiculous to pay to “skip a level” when it’s literally just a tenth of a song. I thought my $.99 would allow me to skip a whole song but it just put me a little further up the track..Version: 1.2.1

✓ Used to be wonderful but what happened?I was obsessed with the game only a few months ago, I sped through the levels with ease and it was so much fun. The movements where precise and went along with the music. I deleted it for a bit but decided to download it again. But now it’s lagging, causing me to fall constantly. Sometimes, I swear I tap at a turn and it doesn’t register that I tapped and I fall. And every other time I fall there’s an ad in between. It’s incredibly frustrating. ✓ EhThe principal of the game is great don’t get me wrong I love the theory of it however. The adverts for it are way to often. Rediculously so as well as the combined factor that it’s really laggy. The lag makes the game jump and then obviously you die more bringing up ads. This happens with or without WiFi/data The ads come up after a certain period of time so if you are doing well they come up almost every time you die. In fact that happens a lot anyway. ✓ Not worth your time...yet.The idea of the game is great. And the unicorns are fun. But the ads are beyond invasive. They make it incredibly hard to keep playing. Momentum is helpful in the game but the ads stop you from building any. Also the controls are not always synced. You’re supposed to tap along with the music but that’s hard to do when the music and taps don’t always sync together. If you want to play this game beware it is addicting but you will become annoyed of its flaws very quickly. Definitely not worth paying for to get rid of ads. ✓ Too annoying to enjoyThe premise behind this game is great. it seems really fun to play a game like this to classical piano music. however, it’s incredibly annoying to be forced to watch an advertisement after nearly every single time dying. the game freezes and often crashes on me. also, maybe introduce some other characters instead of just unicorns? it’s kind of a weird choice of characters. and to make matters even more annoying, any time i try to switch to a different unicorn, i’m automatically switched back to my most recently collected one at every death. this game has potential, but i find myself getting more angry than happy when playing it..Version: 1.1.10

Only downside is constant lag at higher levels, rending game practically unplayable because the speed of taps expected can not be done through lag. Repeated deaths because of lag also lead to repeated ads, becomes more of an ad-viewing death simulator than a game. ✓ Good but...Although the game is quite enjoyable - there are a few issues firstly, as many other people have been saying, there are way to many advertisements. sometimes they would pop up midway through gameplay which is not right. also the game is often quite laggy and very unforgiving - sometimes the unicorn would just fall off the level on its own accord, without me messing up. i also completed all of the “pop odyssey” levels before the game got the new updates, and once the new unicorns were added back in, which would be unlocked by completing those levels, i did not receive them last time i checked. however i do not know if that is just a personal problem so do not take my word on that. though it is a good game just it does need to have a few improvements.Version: 1.2.1

✓ EhThe game idea is pretty good although the app itself does not seem complete. Quite often there is lag but it is not TOO frequent meaning the game is more playable. There are way too many ads on the top and the bottom and often an ad that you can’t skip after the game. <— this can be fixed to an extent with aeroplane mode turned on. I often have a major problem with my ‘snails’ not working, I tap to use them and they disappear but have no effect. Around 70% of my snails are lost to this bug... Please fix it!.Version: 1.2.1
✓ Awful Rhythm GameThe ads cause so much lag that it is almost impossible to play. The horse is sometimes unresponsive to taps and won't turn on arrows. The horse would sometimes be on one of the white circles and I would tap perfectly in time but still somehow fail it? Like the horse looks way further than it is actually. So it would look like it's on the white circle, but is actually it's a bit behind it in truth. The perspective is really bad. But as I stated firstly, the ads are so painful and the game will never be worth $5.99 to remove them..Version: 1.1.2
✓ Like the Idea, Hate the GameThe idea of this game is absolutely wonderful: you can earn different unicorn skins and boards, the game is visually pleasing, the music is great, and I love to tap to beats; however, the game doesn’t quite deliver. I see a lot of people complaining about ads, and it’s true that there are an obnoxious amount of ads, but if you turn off your internet on your device they go away. My problem with this game is that the music does not correspond with the visual. You can try to base your taps on the music as much as you want, but it won’t work. I’ve been playing instruments for years now, so I know how to keep beat. The other problem is that the beat the game bases the visual on changes from the bass, to the actual beat, to the melody- it doesn’t stay consistent. Seriously, not everybody can sit around and play through every level without interruption. ✓ Too Many AdsI love the game and it only glitches every now and then, but there are WAY too many ads (they come too frequently after 4-5 deaths or after a long run of beating 2-4 levels without dying — so if you are struggling on a level- the ads can get really frustrating) And $3.99 to remove the ads is WAY too much. Most games it’s around $1.99 to remove ads, which I’d be more willing to pay. The only saving grace is you can watch ads to get a free snail to slow your unicorn down, and if you keep dying on a level the game will feel pity on you and give you a snail first and then if you still can’t pass the level, it will eventually give you a skip level. I really like this game but there is a part in the game where the walkway narrows for this unicorn. And so many times the unicorn stops because it is too close to the edge but never falls off. You try to tap along with the tune you know and end up being to soon and you get smacked for tapping to the beat. The amount of adds on this game is terrible. You have to watch adds to get levels, characters , and also automatic adds. I don’t know if its just me, but I find it hard to get into the beat and tap correctly to the rhythm. The music is extremely confusing, as there are more sounds than there should be. For example, there is more notes being played than there is taps! Its hard to explain, but as an example, If I was to play with my eyes closed and just tap to the rhythm, I’d get lost very quickly. This is advertisement after advertisement. If you play this expect an ad for every 30-40 seconds of gameplay. Having trouble on a section? Here’s an ad to waste your time and slow down your device to make it even harder! Had a good run? Here’s an ad! Also you might as well get rid of the “beat” part in the title, because you will switch from tapping to the melody, bass, beat, (insert musical term here). ✓ Fun but needs improvement and additionsThe game is fun and all but can be frustrating at times. Really wish you could make a custom unicorn and really wish you could use songs from your music library rather than play random songs you don't know and probably don't want to hear, not to say they're bad because they're not. But honestly, I would really really love if you could use your own songs. This app would be perfect for that and could really use it. ✓ Help!I cannot log into Facebook from the loading screen as the game does not go past said loading screen. I try to access the page on facebook and it says it is expired. ✓ It's so laggyThe music is so off with the taps, I actually found it easier to successfully play this game without the music. Even still the game glitches and causes you to die before you have time to react. I do not recommend to anyone who wants a new game to pass time. ✓ How do u unlock more unicorns?I like this game. BUT The dandy horn or whatever is supposed to be unlocked in level 100 and im already on level 108. I click unlock and woop I have to PAY Ok... someone plz tell me how this even works. ✓ All The Good Songs Are Gone!Besides the trouble with logging in that everyone is having (I uninstalled and redownloaded and it won’t let me reconnect FaceBook so I’m having to start all over when I was almost finished), I’ve come to realize that all the modern songs have been taken out! I love the classics but I also enjoyed listening to Star Wars, Aladdin, Legend of Zelda, Micheal Jackson, Game of Thrones, and so on! I actually was hoping for an update with more of that type of selection so I am extremely upset to learn that the opposite has happened and they’ve all been taken out. ✓ Would have been five star but...SO. MANY. ADS. Every time you die or go to menu or do anything, there is a video advertisement which you can only skip by waiting a certain amount of time.
