✓ SCAMThis is clearly a scam. I downloaded the app after seeing it advertised on Facebook. When reviewing the app, “points” is spelled wrong. I am so glad I checked the review before wasting money. Also, the fact that you guys are asking people to remove negative reviews screams SCAM! You should want honest reviews. Take the reviews and better your company instead of trying to fraud people..Version: 1.7.3
✓ Not HappyI am really disappointed. I expected high quality fabric but that’s not what I got. I had ordered sweatshirts, the colours where exact, and really nice but the fabric is unbelievably thin and I paid way more than I should have. Honestly I’ll stick with Boohoo! When it finally shows out for delivery, it never comes and somehow FedEx marks it delivered the next day. I was home all day and I have a doorbell camera. They told me the shipper had to file a claim. I contacted Ivrose which takes forever cause they are on a different time than US. U can only talk to them at 2am or later. Finally after a week of back and forth. They say they can resend it. They said the sent out on June 29. Here it is July 9 and FedEx still don’t have the package. I will never order with them again. I had paid 41$ on the mask never came through it indicated to me when I called California that they still had it in China. I contacted IVROSE Directly in email and received not much feed back on the issue they numerous times from March through August continue to send emails filled with lies indicating that it was on its way. Come to find out when I called UPS and Fed Ex that anything that is shipped from China or Japan from IVROSE has not been shipped. I’m not impressed with IVROSE. Firstly you must either contact customer service through WhatsApp or Email which they can take up to 24+ hours to respond. Seconds they will spend some time just trying to find your order. Even with the email/phone number you use for the account isn’t enough. They need the numbers of the orders and clothing. Finally 4 days after the whole process begins they give you an option of a 10% cash back or $7 cash coupon and you’re unable to return. ✓ JeanetteIvrose are very disappointing. I made orders totalling £900 and when they arrived, there were missing parts such as the laces for garments. When I queried this, it took them a week to respond. The WhatsApp and the email I sent to IVROSE were not responded to for days...Eventually they asked me to send pics , which I have done and that was 4 weeks ago. There has been no response and no lace. There were garments that were unfinished and they haven’t replaced. I wanted to return the substandard items and they told me that I would have to pay for shipping costs, which means it’s not worth me returning as it costs a lot of money to ship to China. They are supposed to pay for return shipping if it’s their fault, but they will not do so when tested. I have the emails where they delay dealing with the situations by them just saying they will give a further discount for further purchases... Why would I want to make further purchases when most of their outfits are substandard? I am a medium to small. They said some of their garments might be small so t order the medium which should fit slightly loose or just perfect! However most of the garments comes up too small and on one garment it was way too big and fit as a large even though it says Medium!! ✓ SketchI found this app through Pinterest and their reviews were really good on their website. So I signed up and purchased two dresses for my birthday. Then after I purchased, I downloaded the app and saw how poor their reviews were and I thought, okay usually on bad reviews I never have a problem with. Sure enough, I got an email saying my order was cancelled due to “incorrect address.” My address was 100% okay. When I contacted support they asked for all my order confirmation #, card info and social. Why would they need my social if it’s not on my membership? So I just sent a screenshot of my order and that it said “on it’s way”; which was false. They were responding immediately up until that point and also, all their emails were reporting to my spam inbox. Unfortunately that is not the case as it is cheap material that is way over priced for what you get. The shipping time is unbelievably slow and you can barley keep updated with the tracking. ✓ DressI asked if I could have a refund before I purchased my dress . I was told that would be fine . Dress arrived too big so asked for my money back was offered credits as was told would be expensive to return good . So now I’m stuck with a dress £34 which is no good . Terrible customer service , I work in retail and the service I have received from here has not been good at all . Very disappointed.Version: 1.2.2
