A question/idea, it would be much better to have the accept connection screen before the screen cast step as the app does not advise to tap the screen to get the disclaimer page. Additionally, those that are complaining about being scammed. It is not Zoho responsibility for you to know who you are letting access your device. If you did not request the connection or know the person connecting then it is all on you. No reputable person/company will call/email you for this type of service. Not IRS Microsoft nor billy joe. ✓ ZOHO SCAMMERI tried using this app to when someone from paypal said they could help me get a refund. they actually tricked me into thinking i could get a refund and used this app to go through all my info. do not use this app. they will scam you and tell you that they work for a certain company but they DONT. they will call and try to get you to send more money but make sure you ALWAYS answer calls with an automated response first. TLDR: DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.Version: 1.3.1

✓ This app is used by Facebook scammersThe app works great but your getting scammed if you think you are dealing Facebook or other support services. If you got the phone number from search engine it’s likely a scammer. Only use a support line from that company’s website..Version: 1.4.2
✓ Not the easiest app to useAlthough this app works great to view clients iOS devices when they need assistance, the steps the client has to go through to allow access is very cumbersome. Look at it this way, if a client needs me to view something on their screen it is due to lack of knowledge on how to use their device. Trying to walk them through all the steps necessary to view their display in some cases makes the app useless..Version: 1.2.7
✓ Good addition to Zoho assistAllows remote view of iOS, works well, easy to use. I did see a lot of negative comments about this being an app for scammers, however it’s like saying a computer is good for scammers to scam people so don’t use a computer. Doh. There are lots of warnings when using the app and yes some people will try and misuse this app. Follow the warnings and don’t click on links you don’t know are genuine. Used for the intended purpose, it’s better than guessing what your user is seeing..Version: 1.2.31
