✓ Hard out the gate but love it!I had a difficult time with the controls for a while at first. I found myself getting a little too animated with the phone waving it everywhere! Just keep it cool and you’ll get it. I find the game meditative and peaceful. I need that as I am a stress case. I do not play everyday so it’s a great game to pull out when I need to change my focus and chill. However I do notice that my battery gets low super fast after I play, and my phone gets hot. ✓ Truly BeautifulFlower has changed my entire gaming experience. It’s absolutely gorgeous, and definitely worth the five bucks. I played the whole game in only two sittings. I give it five stars for absolute perfection, except for the fact it drains your battery (See, I would have played it in one sitting, but my device died in the process). ✓ Beautiful!! one thing though..I honestly love this game so much and i never get bored of it. the analogue controls are great considering i struggled to play it by titling my phone around. everything about this game is so aesthetically beautiful and relaxing. just one problem though - i’ve been playing through all the levels repeatedly trying to find all of the secrets flowers to complete the game, and after playing the blue level repeatedly i finally gave up and looked up where the third secret flower is, but no matter what i do the third secret flower isn’t actually there. i feel like it’s a glitch and if i reinstall the game it will be there but i don’t want to lose all of my progress :( but hey other than that this game is amazing and i completely recommended it.Version: 1.2.1

✓ Very Nice!I like this app a great deal. I’m not sure I’d call it a game as much as a technology demo, but whatever you call it, it’s lovely and interesting. It’s short, but that’s ok, because it has decent replayability. If you like racing games, riding the wind can be pretty cool, and if you like meditative apps it’ll take you there too. I understand why some people might have trouble with the control scheme, but honestly, I didn’t. A little patience will get you anywhere the game world allows you to go. ✓ Beautiful, Therapeutic, EmbracingI am so grateful this game was translated to iPhone. I once owned it on virtual PlayStation, but my ex took the ps long ago so you wasn’t able to play. This is by far my favourite game ever. This game is so beautiful it literally makes me cry sometimes when I play it and I feel so connected to nature and to life. Although not traditionally religious and more agnostic, My therapist recently asked me the spiritual question of what the idea of God and creation means to me and I told her I’m more on the Buddhist side of things, but without hestitation I told her that to me , the wind is what represents God and the life breath of the world and that if I could show her the game Flower, she’d better be able to understand what I meant. ✓ A game I replay for fun and hidden challengesPlayed through all the way. Thought, that was nice. Then replayed one flower story and realized that the levels have hidden areas and challenges, and that the flower pictures at the end offer clues on how much of a level you’ve discovered. Have now replayed every level at least once. Finally fully completed one level last night. Very satisfying. One of the only games I play with the sound on. ✓ Almost as good as the PlayStation originalI bought this day one upon its release on the PS3, and it remains one of my favourite games ever. The graphics haven't been altered (neither better nor worse), and the audio is amazing on headphones. Touch screen controls are passable, but a bit obtuse; I often find them both over and under sensitive at times, but the most confusing aspect is the speed control. Everything is molasses slow; to be clear not the frame rate or processing speed of the device…where the PS3 analogue triggers could go from a light press/crawl to a deep press/sprint, the iOS version only has crawl, which severely diminishes the sense of flying as the wind. 😕 The other critique is there appears to be no manual or text anywhere—even online—to describe what the two icons mean in the menu (camera with opposing arrows, and gradated chevrons). Aside from the occasional glitch (audio dropping out, partial flower models, the red flower of level two and all red petals disappearing), it's a faithful reproduction of the console experience, especially with the accelerometer controls. Better the larger your screen and higher your audio fidelity. 👍👍.Version: 1.3.0

✓ Really good 😃The first time I played this game it was on my PS4, I loved it, but on my phone it’s kinda glitchy. On the white flower level it jumped h a r d and I couldn’t turn multiple times and the wind looked funny while I was flying down the road. Also I highly think that there should be a music/audio adjuster on the phone, because when I collected all of the hidden flower to get the final hidden room I was really excited for the music. It sounds great on the tv when I play it on my console, but it was kinda drowned out on my phone by the background nature sounds, which sound equally as nice, was louder than the peaceful guitar. ✓ The game has a point!Some reviews that I'm seeing saying "what's the point" just make me 😂😂😂😂😂 The point of the game isn't to be really hard or challenging its suppose to bring up a specific issue and make you think through environmental storytelling. If you want a bit of a challenge there are 3 secret blue flowers to find in every level which act as collectibles which adds some incentive to explore more. The reason this game was so ground breaking when it first released back in 2009 is because it was so different to any other game. I find this game can even just a way to relax, just put some headphones in and explore! People who are asking what the point is, try finishing the game and you'll find out! I promise there is some story element here and later on there are more difficult sections that you have to navigate through. This was one of the best games of the PS3 era, try not to treat it like every other game, its differences is what make it such a special game. ✓ Great game but...I just wish they added an analogue control mode. I mean perhaps the gyroscopic controls worked fine on the PlayStation controller because you weren't moving your tv screen around with it. But the amount of times that the controls go out of sync and your left tilting your phone into god knows what positions so that you can steer, and then you're not fully enjoying the game (which is otherwise beautiful) because you're looking at the screen on a skew. The game also freezes fairly often. And you have to wait a good 5 seconds for it to come back. With all of that said when you’re not fighting with the gyroscopic controls and the relentless freezing, it’s an otherwise beautiful game to play, there’s something really calming about it and the the subtle story telling is great..Version: 1.0.1

I still love it, but y’all need to work out your controller. Steering and tilting gets messed up as soon as your phones flat/level. Sky is my favourite game ever and Journey is pretty good too so I thought I’d give this a go. The only two things I would say though are: 1. Please please please can the controls be made easier to use? I struggle so much with moving the device around and making to flowers go in the right direction (and yes I do know about how to change the controls but they are still not very clear and still quite hard to use). 2. This is not really constructive criticism, it is more of a good/bad thing: I can’t get past level 2 when you have to get over the wall 😅. It’s probably just me but please can something be changed maybe so you know which way to go (like in Sky you tap on yourself to reveal the path). ✓ Most fascinating gameI’ve learned its fame long ago, but seeing the petals flying so elegantly, cheerfully, or sometimes powerfully in Flower is beyond my expectations. This game is one of the selected few that will be forever cherished in my treasure collection. Saying that, it might be more helpful to show hints more frequently in the beginning: tilting screen for direction, and touch screen anywhere to move forward. ✓ Newest update improves visualsThe latest update lost my 100% save file. The touch controls are nice but could still use a sensitivity slider. Flower on the PS3/PS4 is my #2 favorite game of all time. But this update brought with it a significant downgrade in visuals. I’m sure it has to do with performance but it ran just fine the way it was on my iPhone 7. Update: The visuals are now back to how they originally were. Almost perfect..Version: 1.2.1
✓ Amazing! However.....This is by far one of the best games I have played, and trust me I have played a lot of games. I found that it is totally worth your money and has amazing graphics, it is also very calming after a stressful day. There are some ares that need to be tweaked, for example the game is slightly short because there are only six levels (they can take a while depending on how fast you play) but after that the only thing you can do is go over the previous level you have already passed. Despite the previous paragraph I would totally recommend this game to anyone..Version: 1.2.1
