✓ Good for faxing, but offers no confirmation pageThis app works and if you are in a bind and have the money, it can fax what you need. You take the pics of the docs and fax them. However, there are no confirmation pages offered and there is no way to go back and look at the faxed document later. ✓ Useful but ridiculously expensiveI have a dinosaur client who insisted I send a fax to them. I was like is this the 80s or something? Anyway I searched and found this app and decided to try it. Seems like it sent the fax without issues and that was amazing. But to send 4 pages it charged me SIX BUCKS!!!! Like come on guys. You don’t have to be so shameless about price gouging. You’re probably trying to go after the senior citizen market who perhaps might be loaded but do you really need to be that terrible with your pricing? Where’s the decency? ✓ Tricked me into sending fax twice and use more creditsI bought fax credits, and sent a fax with the app. Then while the fax was being sent, another screen opens up which asks to send a fax. It makes it appear as though the initial fax was not sent (although never explicitly says so). After you tap send fax again, you see the screen where two same faxes are being sent. ✓ AdiquateIt's a simple to use app, works well. Only problem is the faxes are way too expensive, considering that I'm using my phone, my network, my phone plan! I think they should come up with a better pricing scheme that's way cheaper, or make a pro version and have one price to include unlimited faxes. Faxing is almost obsolete so the very rare occasion that you want to use it, doesn't justify the cost. Also like someone previously stated a good option would be to have a cover page. They were happy to keep taking all my money for added pages that kept DISAPPEARING- now, suddenly- no one from support will return my emails!!! ✓ Cancel optionsI accidentally entered in the wrong fax number and there was no way to stop or cancel the fax from sending after hitting the send option. Kind of an important feature to halt the transfer of sensitive information. Also wondering if I’ll still be charged if it fails to send. ✓ App works great but cost is outrageousIt’s hard to believe that anyone still uses fax in 2021 but they do. I found using the TurboFax App was really easy and user friendly but to pay $5 to send a 4 page fax is high in my opinion. In a world with no long distance and where faxing is no more than taking a picture of a page and sending it, $1 a page seems over priced.
