✓ Terrible appThis is a terrible app. It crashes everyday as the class booking time opens and by the time it’s recovered the desired class is full. Any software update takes weeks to resolve. If you’re an organisation considering this don’t buy this unless you want constant complaints from customers that they can’t utilise their gym membership because if the app, and your reception staff doing IT support..Version: 10.0.2
✓ Was good. Now it’s notGymMaster used to be clear and easy to use. Not sure what drove the developers to change the UI, but it is terrible. The layout is awful. It even does things like break a single word to two lines. As an example, why would you make an app that writes “Available” as: Availabl e Do not like :-(.Version: 2.01

✓ Data gets deleted as filling out formTried to get a login ID and app was very difficult to work with. Every time data was entered, it would delete other data already entered on form. ✓ Updates Crashed AppThe last two updates have had Bluetooth bugs which prevent the app from working. Problematic when your gym relies on the app to function and the app either thinks your device doesn’t have BT, or that it’s turned off. Cycled BT for both phone and app permissions, as well as deleted and reinstalled app. Nothing works. Hard to be positive on something when it’s basic functionality is what gets you access to your gym. Nothing worse than being locked and loaded to lift, to be shut out of your gym because the app fails, and then the team responsible for fixing it creates another problem with the update..Version: 8.0.3

✓ Confusing design = $$$ lostBecause of the inability to set your default club, I accidentally booked in a club I’m not even a member at and was charged for a no-show fee. At night, and Dark Mode, the writing is black and doesn’t show on black background. Very simple design fix..Version: 6.6.2
