✓ Very confusing and inefficientTried to log in to your system and my credentials were not accepted! Tried to change password, the link you sent wouldn’t let me tried chat that didn’t work. Tried to arrange a return& exchange your system switched to French language. I think I’ll stop buying from you! If I want extra hardship, I don’t have to pay for it?!.Version: 3.12.0
✓ Delete less than 3 stars reviewI ordered 7 items from this app and I received them on time, but 3 of these items were mot as described and when I wrote reviews on the items they deleted any review that was not 5 stars. I even mentioned that one of these items were not cotton and I’m super allergic to any material that is not cotton and I mentioned that this is not even cotton and they deleted my review. This is dishonesty and disrespectful to customers very disappointed with that!.Version: 3.12.0

✓ Cheap, horrible clothingNot only are the items nothing similar to what is on the website, the sizing is wrong, the fabric is cheap, see through. Not cotton, linen or what the description has. ✓ Does this company even exist?I made an order over a month ago. They were happy to take over $300. From my account. My order status still says they are preparing my order?? When i try to contact the company all i can do is ask through the app. They don't take calls or email. And only give caned responses. Well see how the refund gos.. but from what i can tell is i was stupid enough to get taken for over 300.0 . You would think these apps were vetted. ✓ 0 stars wasn’t an optionPoor quality of clothes. It says worry free returns. So I returned the purchases months ago and have yet to get my refund. They make it vertically impossible to get your money. I’ve yet to get any communication from them. I got the conformation that the package was delivered to the company but on my account it just says processing. no reply back to email about my concerns or my refunds. I requested a refund the day after receipt and didn’t receive a response. I have continue to contact them and a week later have still have not received a response. This is very disappointing. They can’t even respond to me or refund my money. I will never purchase from them again. This is a terrible way to do business. ✓ OkApp has issues with color selections sometimes. Also difficult to tell difference between Navy and Black. Would be much better if the name of each color was displayed. Had selected $200 worth of items when just before I checked out everything disappeared except it appeared only 1 item but was unable to view the item. Wasn’t even sure if it was something I really wanted or not. My first purchase & all reviews on items were 4.8-5. ✓ The reason their so cheapWhen my 7 dresses arrived in the mail I realized why they were so cheap. The dresses (and i mean alllll of them) were a very thin see through, generic looking satin type material without the sheen. Almost reminded me of a cheap cloth tablecloth. The dresses in the pictures ARE NOT the same material that comes to your house. The way the material drapes and flatters the models is NOT what it looks like when you put them on. Super cheap cheap cheap. I spent almost $100. I should have bought one dress to test this company first since I never heard of them before. But I jumped head first cause of those dang pictures. ✓ Terrible, do not downloadI have ordered three dresses from this company, when the order arrived the dresses didnt look anything like the website pictures. The material is nothing like it shows on the website. I tried to return two of the items and they have tried everything to give a voucher instead. after a while they sent me the return label, with the promisse that the refund will be paid after they have received the item. The label was a second class Royal Mail tracked so I know they have received it back but I have not received the refund. It is very difficult to communicate with this company and I don’t know what to do. Please save yourself the stress..Version: 4.0.0

It says that the “server with specific host name can’t be found” and the “URLSessionTask failed”. I just want to buy some nice clothes.
