✓ Useless so wanted 0 stars but not allowed.M2020w worked fine with this phone and various Macs. Then I had to keep reinstalling and resetting and eventually realised HP had taken over. Now neither 2020w can be found by the phone even though I’ve reinstalled the App and there’s currently no over for current Mac OS X. It isn’t worth persevering given the time I’m wasting so they’re junk and I need to replace them, which is probably what HP is intending. But I will never consider another HP product. This app stopped working in 2019 and googling up found that HP bought over and they took down this app from App Store. They promised to deliver a better version. Apple introduce an updated operating system (iOS 14) and the printer fails to work. It seems that Samsung / HP have also issued a new printing app, the printer still doesn’t work. After a very long series of conversations with Apple, the conclusion was that the new app is not workable for the printer / i-pad.
