✓ Hidden chargeSo I first really enjoyed this game for killing time but today a pop up ad showed up and when I pressed cancel to leave the ad it charged me 10 bucks and I still haven’t heard back from the companies support on my refund.Version: 1.5.7
✓ App violates your privacyDownloaded this app and promptly deleted it after reading through their privacy policy, which states they access your purchases, calendar, contacts, messages and social media activity. Not sure why a puzzle game would need to collect all this data unless they’re using this game as a way to mine people’s data and sell it to 3rd parties. This app should be banned from the App Store. Zero stars..Version: 1.7.4
✓ Too many ads on free versionFirst, let me say that I really like this game. It’s fun and easy to do, and I realize that seeing ads is the trade-off for using the free version. However, I’ve noticed the longer my session goes, the more ads I receive. It’s gotten so bad that my game is often interrupted by ads about every two to three moves. I don’t mind watching the occasional ad, but think it’s ridiculous to have so many during a game. I’ve thought about deleting the app a couple of times. If the number of ads are reduced, I would give this a higher rating. It would also be nice to have a “back” or “undo” button. I play on an iPad, and every so often the blocks end up in a different place than where I intended, which is another source of frustration..Version: 1.4.8
✓ Great Game, Frustrating Lack of Audio Control on AdvertsThe game is very enjoyable and helps me decompress after a long day. My only gripe, and the reason for 3 instead of 5 stars is the ads. I understand that the developers have to make money somehow - so I understand their place and necessity in the app ecosystem. However, the audio/sound is so very annoying and disruptive. My phone is always set to vibrate and all of the sounds are off in the game. This does not stop the audio from playing from the ads. It is intermittent when this happens, it might be related to specific ads. Also, it always, ALWAYS mutes any music or podcast I have going to play the audio from the ad. And an option to silence the ad is not consistently available. This drives me absolutely bonkers. Sometimes my own audio will kick back on when the ad is over, other times I have to manually select play. I have some auditory sensitivity so it can be very unnerving in a lot of ways. Some type fix or controls for this would be very welcome. I apologize if there is a setting I missed that would control this but i cannot locate it..Version: 1.5.7
✓ Nope!I'm making a habit of deleting any apps that are misrepresented by their ads. In this case, it's the sound effects. When are you guys going to learn that if it's good enough to put in an ad to grab our attention for a download, it's good enough to add to the freakin' app??!! ✓ Relaxing gameI like the level of difficulty. It’s just right. I paid for ads free. Worth it because it’s not a monthly deal. If you want to continue a good run you have to watch a short ad tho. It retrospect it makes sense and is a small price to pay. The sensory aspect is just right in my opinion. If it was pinpoint accurate your finger would be in the way! You’ll get used to it. ✓ Think outside the bloxSome phases go smoothly and some are nearly impossible. Like why do you get three or four 9 blocks and a 5 line with two or three L shapes. I like the challenge but not ridiculously impossible shapes that come all at once. Combinations that could not fit on the whole board even if it was completely cleared are frustrating..Version: 1.6.9
✓ Adds force music closedI’m genuinely enjoying x blocks. The adds seem to be at a respectable rate. But I’m trying to listen to music while playing and half the adds are forcing my music to stop. Please fix. Thank you for an otherwise enjoyable experience..Version: 1.6.4
✓ Fun but ads are impossibleI really love playing this game. But I have two major issues that’s causing me to get rid of it. First, I don’t mind the ads, however, there are several of them that the x to press to close it is so small and so far in the corner that you can’t close it out. I try to press the x and it takes me to the App Store to download the ad. I can’t get back to my game. Secondly, I would pay to get rid of the ads but I feel it’s outrageous to have to pay a weekly, monthly or yearly fee to do so. All of the games I’ve downloaded offers a one time price. I think this is highway robbery. You can buy a game for less than getting rid of the ads on this one..Version: 1.4.5
✓ X BLOCKSThis is a somewhat static game that is limited to the programed pieces that are presented three at a time. It’s failing, in my opinion, is that one can’t change the geometry of the pieces to make things fit, but rather one is stuck when confronted with too many of one piece with no hint as to the next three, so no strategic planning can take place..Version: 1.4.5

✓ Stuck in an Ad loopI like this game a lot. The reason for 3 stars is because one specific game (JackPot) ad will not let you close it - the X doesn’t work. I’ve waited over 5 mins for it to time out but it doesn’t. You must go to the App Store and then it doesn’t close on the game side. Is this an “Ad pay” strategy or a bug?.Version: 1.4.8

✓ Game freezes all the timeI really enjoy this game. It is really relaxing. However the game freezes after about 10-15 minutes of play. I have to stop and go back after about ten minutes. ✓ Worst everThe colors have no meaning, the blocks vibrate in an annoying way, but wait, it gets worse, much worse. Every two minutes while you are playing, they interrupt with ads that last forever. Who would ever put up with this!.Version: 1.6.2
✓ What happened...I liked this app with the black background and the colored blocks. Now it’s all green and white ( almost transparent) blocks. It is hard to see and the board is confusing because you think the black parts are out of bounds. This is because of the grid onboard. But they are not. Grrrrrr.......would give it no stars if I just started playing it. Time to go back to a Woody game..Version: 1.4.9
✓ Option to shut off blurry effectThis game was very relaxing and addicting in a good way. Went to play yesterday and now all the pieces have a shadow/blurry effect and the lines shake. I played it for a few minute before I got a massive headache. Unless there’s a feature added to go back to a classic mode or ability to shut it off I will be uninstalling the game. The ads were intrusive enough but I understand needing to get paid, however this graphic update was horrible. From a solid 4 stars to 1..Version: 1.4.8

There’s one always running on the bottom of the screen; periodically your game is interrupted for “ad break”, and long ads between games. Only way to fervor’s of them is a subscription. ✓ Loved it until recent updateI really liked this game until the recent update adding too many additional shapes that are too hard to get to fit u less you have more coins to use the option to change the position of the shape. It would be better if with this update the game gave the open for a “hard” level to use the new shapes. Downloading a new game that is more fun to play.. losing every game unless I use coins isn’t fun.. Thanks for replying to my review. If you set a hard or easy choice or maybe allow us to change the direction of the shapes since you added new ones I would like that. That’s just a suggestion.Version: 1.4.9
✓ I give upI wrote an earlier review offering a suggestion that might make the game more interesting and did comment that the ads are too long. Well, tonight I really wanted to play the game but when I’d be doing well, it would go to an ad. Having to constantly sit through 30 second ads is NOT helping with game costs, it’s more like greed. I have found other games very similar. Sorry, I’m out..Version: 1.4.5
