UpsetI’ve been using this app for over 2yrs and I loved it. It was something to do in spare time that allowed me to earn gift cards and find out about new products, sites, and apps/games. But recently, over the past month, surveys don’t work or allow me to take them. Surveys are also are very little value for your time and there used to be 2x or more on survey points, but haven’t seen that in a long while. Ads rarely come up anymore (I usually only get 5 or 6 a day). You must slow app users down at a certain point or something. It can’t be due to low inventory because I have friends and family who have Dabbl and they’re still get ads a lot. Honestly thinking about giving up on Dabbl because I’m having a really hard time getting any points. It’s becoming not worth it..Version: 2.06

Two stars for nowI’m doing two stars for right now because I have three or four that I do receipts with and they can at least show you the images that you take so that way you don’t get confused and resubmit a saint receipt you can you can pull up your receipts that you just took pictures of me like oh yeah I took that one but there’s a side bet on yours you don’t do that… So I can’t take pictures of all my receipts with that I know which one I submitted because I could accidentally we submit one so you’ll need to consider having a way we can pull up the images of the receipts that will make it a lot easier.Version: 1.96

Not as good as it use to beUse to be a very fun and worthwhile app to spend time on. Now I have limited adds to view each day, no longer recieive notification when surgery’s are double or triple points, have no ‘dabble experiences’ at the top of my page. I was able to can receipts for 25 points each and now they are only one point and limited to like 5 a day? Not even worth it. The past few days I don’t even have an option to scan receipts. I have. 93% streak and a 15% bonus in points earned per day and I can’t help but wonder if that is suddenly why I have no way to earn points like I use to. Absolute scamI have been using this app for over a year, and it is very difficult to get surveys that you qualify for or to get surveys that you don’t have to fill out for over 5 minutes before they tell you that you don’t qualify. I didn’t think too much of it, I know I’m not going to get rich doing it, but I thought it was a good way to spend some spare time. When I finally earned enough points to turn in for a $5 gift card, it never came. They took my points, I never received the measly $5 card. I have contacted their support 3 times in the past 2 months, they say they will get back to me within 7 days, and I never heard from them again. There’s no other email or phone number to contact them. You need to give them a lot of permissions on your phone to participate, so I guess it’s an easy way to get people to allow them to phish their info. Live and learn, I guess..Version: 2.06

DisappointingI really enjoyed this app until things started going downhill. I was accumulating points pretty quickly and almost to where I could redeem the highest amount gift card with the bonus pts when it changed from giving 25 pts per receipt to only 1pt! A whole year later I still hadn’t reached enough and decided it wasn't worth my time to keep scanning receipts for what could be years so I decided to redeem my points and let it be and that was on March 22 and today is May 18th and still no gift cards have been delivered and after contacting customer support on two separate occasions I was told I would get my gift cards but couldn't be given any timeframe..Version: 2.07

Incredibly frustratingI used to like this app a lot and especially enjoyed the “exclusive Dabbl experiences” with the polls and puzzles. Now they rarely upload those. At this point, I’ve spent literal hours doing the qualifying questions for a survey, which end up taking longer than the actual survey is supposed to take, only to be met with a screen that says “you qualify for this 20 minute survey”. I thought I was answering questions for a 5 minute survey?? And then I have to do ANOTHER round of qualifying questions. Yesterday I did an entire 100 point survey (and yes, it was the actual survey), clicked the finish button, and then was told I didn’t qualify. I only ended up getting 10 points for the COMPLETED survey. Absolute time waster..Version: 2.06

Won’t openJust downloaded this with lots of extra time sitting at some OT screening visitors, and after a few days it stopped working. Lots of surveys would refresh then when manually tried would close and thus no points. Or kept switching to newer surveys within surveys and just kept going and going and going…doesn’t seem worth it. I’m deleting if it doesn’t open within the next day or 2. It took 3-4 days and didn’t open, but lots of surveys don’t work and some go through almost all of it then say you aren’t a fit after many questions, especially ones about local healthcare. Deleting it, way too much work for not much in reward. If you don’t have a life then you will get rewards eventually..Version: 2.06

Disappointed Long Time UserI began using Dabbl around 2-3 years ago and at the beginning everything was functioning properly and the staff was very helpful. However, starting last year, the app began to not honor the promotions of 2x/3x the points earned on surveys, started locking me out of surveys, and was generally withholding points from me. I reported these incidents plenty of times to their support team and after around a month or so they provide you with a mediocre response. The support team also tends to doubt their consumers very often and ask for picture, video, and linked evidence. If you are lucky enough to receive a reply from a good staff member, then you might be given your missing points, but it is becoming increasingly rare for this to occur. At this point I am thinking about deleting my Dabbl account and the app altogether. The staff and developers should really care more about their consumers, given that you are the one providing them with millions in revenue by watching their ads, taking their surveys, etc. Unfortunately , it is clear that Dabbl has become money hungry and that has gotten in the way of them improving their app and support team..Version: 1.88

DisappointedI use to love this app. I was able to earn gift cards easily and take surveys. In the past 6 months I no longer receive ads, I do not qualify for surveys even after taking them, no more days of earning 2x or 3x amounts and completing tasks earnings has significantly decreased. I go in daily for the streak. The worst part is that I go onto my husband's phone to show him something on the app the I thought he might want to order and he has tons of ads. He checks it out sometimes if I remind him. So this tells me that if you are loyal you will not be rewarded. My niece who I referred to the app will go in once in awhile and tell me that she has a lot of ads…..I am thinking about deleting the app. I no longer refer to others…what’s the point…not worth my time….Version: 2.06

Hate the new updateUsed to love this app because it was ridiculously simple but I HATE the new update. One of the best things about this app was that we earned in cents, not points. That was different than any other platform and feels much more honest. I know exactly what I have and what I’m earning. I also hate that everything is separated now. Not necessary. Another recent change I don’t appreciate is that you can’t watch videos and earn 10 points. Instead, you watch three videos and answer a question and you might get a decent number of points (worth it) or you might get ten or less points - the same thing you used to get for only one video. Don’t expect customer service to respondI joined this app because of Givling. It was easy to redeem my first giftcard but when it came to another, I let my points accrue for a higher value card… I submit a redemption and poof the points are gone but no instant giftcard like the past. Months of waiting and lag between emails and customer service assuring my points aren’t lost and that I’ll get my giftcard and it’s nearly a year later and still no giftcard. They’ve stopped responding to my email inquires. The weirdest part was in the meantime while waiting I had enough to redeem a low $ amount card and that was instantly issued. Still waiting on customer service to respond to me but a lot of the point features on the app have diminished and become near impossible to earn..Version: 2.07

App doesn’t work!!!!I used to LOVE this app.... until last night when everything stopped working. I’ve clicked on Dabbl research.. all 3 boxes and all say I have 3 more ads to watch. I watch the ads (over and over and over), and they still say I need to watch 3 more ads. I took 2 surveys last night, one said I’d get 20pts, yet my point total only went up 14pts, the other said my reward was 353. I completed the entire survey and got NOTHING. I’ve refreshed the app at least 30 times, cleared my browser history and my cookies.... no improvement. This is ridiculous! Ok, so the app finally began working and I was able to earn enough to cash out. Then, about 6 days ago, it started giving me only 50% of the value of the surveys I took. This continued through the next day. The last 3 days, it was working fine, then today again, it’s only giving me 50% of the value of the surveys I take. Seems to me your tech people need a refresher course. This has never happened with any of the other survey sites I use. If there would be any consistency with giving the user what’s due them, I would definitely increase my star rating, but now, in good conscience, I cannot!!!.Version: 1.86

Convenient Way To Earn Gift CardsI have used Dabbl for a few years now. I loved it until recently. I used my points to redeem a Target gift card. The points were deducted from my account but I never received the gift card. I have been trying for a month to get assistance from customer service but haven’t received a response. Update: My emails went through. Support replied once and that was it. I replied back to their initial response about my issue and no one has replied back. 2nd Update: We’re now in September and my issue from May is still unresolved. I have sent numerous emails and haven’t received a response in return..Version: 1.96

Can’t get any cards to actually redeemFirst they screwed up my point allotment for receipt I uploaded that included two five dollar Walmart gift cards then when I use the points they did actually get right it still won’t let me get any of the gift cards offered. It shows o have 9k+ points which is incorrect amount just for the two five dollarccards it should be 10k then add on my extra points for streaks etc so no this app so far is a scam and doesn’t work the emails I’ve sent customer service have been responded to and still things aren’t fixed correctly. Will be removing app and not using again due to this fact mainly and lack of actual gift cards downloading never working like promised.Version: 2.06

Feels SketchyI’ve done user testing for a while and thought I would try this out too. Typically, user testing companies will warn you never to disclose personal information- especially identifying info (name, location, birthdate etc). In my experience, they ask you to end or report surveys that request it. Giving away your personal data is the name of the game with Dabblr. I felt like every survey here asked for extremely personal info and if I chose “prefer not to answer” I do not qualify for the survey after I had wasted 20 minutes answering questions. A $5 gift card is not worth my time and especially not worth giving away my personal identity. I’d rather not disclose my name, location, age, info about my kids, medical history, etc. to random companies and websites I’ve never heard of. No thanks!.Version: 1.58

Why does it not give full points?There are so many times where I will complete a survey but it won’t give me the full points that they survey said it would give. I just completed one that said I was awarded 360 points but I only got 280 points. That’s not fair and I’ve been cheated out of so many points this way. (Probably have lost at least 2000 points this way now.) Please fix and then I will give 5 stars. Update: I realize that if the survey ends early they give you a smaller reward, but I am talking about when I completely finish the survey and still don’t get as many points as they said I would. Was a good app but is going downhill fastEdit edit: The 5 pointers are back and now some are even less at 3. What a waste of time. A third of a cent??????? Edit: I have changed my rating from 1 star to 4. It looks like the issues I had were hiccups and they have come back strong. In the past week there have been more ads than ever, most 10 points again. There have also been a lot more surveys available! Very happy to see the app is not only as good as before, but better!! I have had this app for a few months and it was a good place to take surveys and watch ads for points. At the end of December it started going downhill fast. There were hardly ever any ads and surveys became more and more scarce. I was excited a few days ago more ads were coming up with different names on them. Unfortunately one of the groups only paid 5pts per ad instead of the standard 10. When I realized that I made preference for the 10 point ads. Well last night all of the ads switched to 5 points. I have also rarely been able to find surveys. This was my go-to app for surveys and ads. I recently recommended to a friend and I regret she’ll never have the experience I started with. Terrible scamI’ve been using this app for close to a year. The first four or five months were great. Since that time, the app has gone downhill gradually to the point where it’s almost impossible to reach the five dollar mark. The app keeps deleting my streak even though I check in every single day, just so they don’t have to give me extra points. Went after months and months, I finally had enough points for a $5 gift card, they never sent it to me (2+ months ago) and and after the first generic response they have not responded to my emails. The past few days the app won’t even open. Customer service NEVER responds for anything. Deleting..Version: 2.06

From amazing to a painI have been using this app for a year now and it has had its ups and downs. My favorite feature of the app was always the videos because the surveys were always kicking me out. When the new update “dabble research” was added, I hated it at first because it would not give me any videos to watch, therefore no rewards. Then the videos started working and I started earning around 40 points per question answered(every 3 videos). I loved this. A couple of weeks ago they changed this feature to have more opportunities of getting points but the amount of points earned was significantly lowered. I now get around 9 points per question andwered(every 3 videos). I’m praying this changes so I can give to is beloved app the good reviews it deserves🤞.Version: 1.73

Customer service disappeared.Everything about this app was fine for the longest time. It takes a good amount of time to earn many coins.. Being that I was only doing my daily streak, the videos and the little activities by Dabbl whereas I wasn’t really doing the offers or surveys the app offered, this made sense. However, at one point I was up to a 280+ day streak and the app crashed for a couple days causing me to lose that streak. I reached out to customer service with no response (aside from the automated response) on that matter at least 3 times. I believe there was one other separate email I had sent with no response as well and recently I even tried to reach out to them through their social account. I still have yet to hear anything back. As of today 4/3/23: I have my streak reset to 1 but I’m not sure if I’ll worry about keeping up with it until I get some sort of response from customer service..Version: 2.06

So far so good.I like the app it seems good right now. The only thing I can say that they need to change it how long the surveys are. Some people don’t have the patience for 20 minute surveys and have things to do so if there were more 1-2 minute surveys that would be nice. They also say your going to get a bunch of point on the front of the surveys and then when you start taking it it’s like “you will get points depending on your answers” like when you say I’m going to get 460 points I expect 460 points not 87. Like seriously, but at least it’s still working unlike most other apps. I’ll update again when I get closer to the cutoff number..Version: 1.94

Love the gift cards**EDIT** I came back in to change my rating because I keep having countless experiences in which I complete a survey in its entirety and then have no way to exit the survey without ditching my points. It’s a huge waste of time to do these surveys and not get the points you earned. ** Great way to earn a little something without much time investment. My only complaint is that occasionally I’ll get 10 minutes into a high point survey and then get a “you aren’t a candidate” message and get 5-10 points when I should have gotten much more for the time investment for a survey I thought was hundreds of points. Also sometimes I click into one survey and it takes me through 3-4 separate surveys, only awarding points for one. I either have to manually close out because the time investment is getting too high for 100 points and then I end up getting 5-10 points, or I press on and spend 40 minutes on something that was the point value of a 7-8 minute survey. It’s a nice concept but still needs some tweaking..Version: 1.54

Utter trashIt was great for a bit. I got credit for scanning receipts and doing an occasional survey. Then I began getting only one point per receipt. This lasted months. I tried to report it but got no response other than an automated “we’ll get back to you in 24 hours.” I trudged on thinking a bunch of one points still adds up. Then one day it worked like before! Yay! That was in April. For a period of three weeks, it was great again. Then early May, I began getting “this receipt is ineligible.” For every single receipt. It has remained so since. I’ve reported it twice. Zero response. My suggestion: use it until it’s trash. Cash out however you wish. Then log out and delete when it ceases working. Less points then beforeSince I started using this, things have changed. You have 3 ways to view ads. One is click in blue ad and get 3-5 points. You might get two ads,2nd is the green ads, you get 6-8 points this generates about 1-2 ads, 3rd is the last one which I haven’t seen an ad in over a year and usually gets you about 13 points. Then there are surveys. Sometimes you do them and it breaks so you get nothing. Sometimes you do them and waste time because after inputting a lot of info you don’t qualify. Then there is participating. This gets you a lot of spam. So the reason I’m deleting this after years of using it, it’s because of the changes. I used to be able to get hundreds of points a day, now I get maybe 10-20. I’ve cashed out and I’m done. Seems like all these apps have been changing once they get you hooked and get a lot of people to participate. Now you barely get points. I’ve asked about why I’m not getting ads especially with the one that gives about 13 points, the response is we always have ads, but that’s not true if it were I would be getting more and I would be able to get ads from all 3 of them. My friends say the same thing. Not much for ads, and one of my friends only gets to view 1-2 ads from the blue one which is the cheapest one with only about 3-5 points. She could wait years to get a gift card at that rate..Version: 2.06

DownhillThis app used to be awesome. I would easily make around $10 a week messing with it in spare/downtime. Now I can’t seem to get anywhere. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. They no longer offer extra points days and most surveys (what few there are now) send you down a 10 minute wormhole of switching surveys only to finally be disqualified and get next to no points. They don’t have half of the surveys they had, no longer offer receipt scanning or Dabble ads that paid decently for what they were. You’re lucky to get 5 points for a two minute ad. I’ve now spent three months just to get to $2.30. I don’t think I will bother continue after I finish that if I even get that far. This used to be amazing. I don’t know why it has been let go so horribly. It’s no longer worth it at all..Version: 2.06

My phone number won’t work at allI have tried to sign up for this app multiple times weather it be on WiFi or data and it tells me my number isn’t U.S. based. I’m not sure why it is saying that because this is the number assigned to me and I live in America and I use T-mobile so what does it even mean by my phone number isn’t us based. I’ve tried using a different number that I used to have and that didn’t work either. I just want to be able to create and account and it’s driving me to the point of insanity because I know I live in the United States and my number is from here. So don’t download this if your phone tends to be non American based or whatever that means..Version: 1.92

Don’t botherNever put reviews on itunes for any apps but Dabbl support is the worst and will not accommodate you on anything even if you have been using their app forever and diligently do surveys. I never used to have as much issues with surveys or redemptions but I emailed them a few times voicing my concerns, & They’ll just blame you if you complain about something on their site and never work with you to resolve the issue or care about customer satisfaction which is the reason for their app to stay in business. I used to email them if I ever had problems but I have given up now because it’s literally like banging your head on the wall!.Version: 1.95
