✓ Lots of fun and MORE functionality!Great fun, remote control your Duplo Train! Really unlocks the potential of the Bluetooth train sets. I have the Steam Train set and a couple extra track packs, and it’s a ton of fun! With the app, you are not just bound to the colored Command Bricks, though those are great as well. As far as additional functionality, you can control the speed of the train, as well as access more colors for the light on the front of the train! Plus you can have the train whistle whenever you want! A must have app if you have the Duplo Steam Train or Cargo Train! Woo-wooo! ALL ABOARD!.Version: 1.8.17
✓ A good gameAll ana all I think it’s a good game and 3 to 6 year olds will enjoy it.(my 9 year old chanted duplo trains to me about 30 times!)my child used to enjoy the old duplo trains but now it’s unlisted.I think being able to choose what attachments to add to the train would be a lot better than waiting for pop ups.You could add lots of different backgrounds to make it more interesting and make it more clear what speed you are on.I would recommend this this for if your child likes duplo.Its really a great game and if have the train it’s even better..Version: 1.8.10

✓ Mrs RabbitMy 2 year old son loves trains so this set was a must, he loved the train and loved the set with the tabs are easy to use and easy to use app for his little fingers, he loved the changing lights on the front of the train. ✓ A Fantastic Extension for Lego Duplo PlayMy son and I love how this extends our Lego building play. We have both the freight and passenger locomotives and enjoy running both of them together at the same time (using separate phones and apps). We have purchased the additional track sets, as well, and have created very elaborate track layouts. I only have a couple points that would be great to be fixed for the App: First, as other reviewers have mentioned, the train controls in the app are close to the screen’s edge making it too easy to accidentally swipe and access iOS screens like “Notification Center”. And when you do, it often disrupts the Bluetooth connection — sometimes requiring turning the train off and on again to reconnect. This can be rather frustrating for me, let alone a 3-year-old. A work around to this problem is to turn on the phone’s “Guided Access” to limit any out-of-App functionality. Second, the train whistle or refilling water sounds used to come directly from the locomotives. Now the only sounds come from the App or are absent altogether. This is disappointing since the control of the actual train whistle and external sounds was a fun part of the overall experience. I hope it’s just a glitch in the latest app update and will be fixed soon. Overall, this app and the trains have provided so many hours of fun for my 3 year-old and myself. Thank you!.Version: 1.5.14

✓ The app is good but the train chews batteriesThe app stand alone or connected to the train is fun. Won’t remember a connection and can sometime not connect at all. However, the train itself chews batteries. Four fully charged new eneloop AAAs last 10 minutes. As others have said, 1.2GB is a massive size for what is a simple app. Either split off the activities as a separate download and/or code better..Version: 1.8.21
✓ Great for kidsLittle one (2yo) has loved the cargo train on its own, but with the app she’s really enjoyed it! App works really well with the Bluetooth train, although expensive, the quality is brilliant. Only small downside is the app has two buttons to the left of the screen that I guess show different layouts based on the sets owned, however these buttons don’t actually do anything. May also be an added benefit if under the adult section it explained what each of the mini games meant, and how to successfully complete / get a sticker pack..Version: 1.5.14

✓ Love this appMy siblings play on my phone sometimes and when they saw this app on one of your LEGO marvel games they wanted it so I downloaded it for them when we got the Duplo cargo train set. They instantly loved it because they move anything LEGO Duplo and Thomas the train!! it’s so easy to play even the 2 year old knows how to work it. Best app ever. ✓ I wish we had toys like this 30 years ago!I was fanatical about Lego when I was a child. I was fortunate enough to get Lego castles from Santa Claus a number of times... Now I have children, so naturally I bought a Duplo train set with extra track and bridge packs for my youngest daughter this Christmas. It is a wonderful toy for developmental learning and plenty of fun. This App is simply transformative, really bringing the toy to life for her. I cannot recommend this enough. It works best for her on an i-pad rather than a phone due to the screen size. Cargo train coming next year I think....Version: 1.7.4
