✓ No Bluetooth connection to phone appsNo Bluetooth connection to phone apps.Had hearing aids for6 weeks. Worked fine at first but since latest iPhone update I can no longer hear apps (such as Duolingo) through my hearing aids. Also not hearing alerts for phone calls etc. Very disappointing. FIXED!! 1.Uninstalled app, removed hearing aids from Bluetooth, switched off Bluetooth. 2. Fully charged hearing aids in charger. 3. Reinstalled app, switched on Bluetooth, had charger next to phone while removing and putting in hearing aids. 4. App found hearing aids again ... followed on-screen directions. 5. Bluetooth found all three hearing aids!!!! Two of right aid - one of which controls link to phone. Doesn’t seem to matter if L and other R aid don’t show as connected. 6. Hunky dory!! All working again, ca hear alerts, phone calls (if I select aids on calling) ... and ... Duolingo! Sad, I know! Phew!! Bon chance if you too have lost your connection..Version: 2.1.0
✓ Very HappyThe recent upgrade enhanced not only the software but the hearing aids too. It has enabled me to do minimise that a aspect of hearing aids I found really annoying. Namely that ability they had of amplifying everything except what you wanted to hear, like background noise, the clatter of cutlery etc, great improvement..Version: 4.4.0
