✓ No Balance due date nowSince the recent “upgrade” to what was a very decent app, it is now incredibly convoluted to find the payment due date , which risks the card holder missing a payment, getting a late fee and spoiling their credit rating . It is the only credit card app that I use that is so un transparent about such critical information. It needs to be changed STAT or I shan’t bother with Fluid due to the inherent late payment risks and associated costs. I can’t help but think it has been done purposefully to raise easy late payment fee revenue.Version: 4.5.5
✓ Reasonable.Good app. What you would expect from a credit card app. However when you want to make a payment you have to put in your payment card details every time. No way to save the payment card details. Very annoying when making regular payments..Version: 2.0.7
✓ Mrs Sadia AwanPoor and pathetic service I have ever seen, I just choose this card for balance transfer offer but I am not able to do it online as very very poor app. I have lot of cards but this is the worst card ever. I simply want to transfer a balance from my credit card to fluid both cards are with my name. Now no need i have paid all used balance and want to close this account. Once again very very very poor poor service.Version: 4.0.1
✓ App doesn’t work properlyThe app will let me set up a direct debit or do a one time payment, however it won’t let me see the home page or my transactions? It just says ‘error’! I tried to log onto the website and get as far as the OTP, and never get send a text...when I tried to click ‘resend passcode’ it doesn’t do anything and then says ‘service unavailable’! Fine to take my payment but can’t show me my balance or transactions, what a joke.Version: 4.0.2
✓ Payments from appleThe payments from apple are pending. I don’t understand why. Having trouble with payments to apple games. I keep getting messages saying authorisation required. My card has been charged without the product received from my games on iOS. Why no product I purchased from apple? What is the problem?.Version: 2022.10.5
✓ Do not get this cardThe app allows you to pay and shows you clearly what you have available to spend. However it will not show you any interest that has been added to your amount, why interest has been added or where. Very bad service and the lack or clarity suggests that it really isn't a good card option..Version: 4.3.5
✓ Awful companySo they didn’t give me any offers for the first 60 days, then starting offering me, then told me this wasn’t part of the interest free period anymore! Well why didn’t you offer me any money/ balance transfer offers in the first 60 days? Oh because you like to get customers caught off guard then slap them with interest rates! ✓ Platform unreliableCouldn’t log in. Couldn’t report lost card so couldn’t pay. Was on telephone for over one HOUR and you hung up. Now I’m charged for a late payment? Your poor customer service is your problem not mine. ICT was initially good but after this, I am no longer a customer. ✓ David, Hemel Hempstead.Payment systems are impossible to navigate and always ‘down’. ‘Something went wrong’ messages appearing at frequent intervals. A direct debit set up some time ago has never been used and impossible to get to speak to a real person to resolve these issues!!!! ✓ Very Good Credit Card But…It’s fast and very good credit card. But, the only annoying thing is I can’t save my debit card which is annoying. If you guys don’t bring this option by end of July I will be cancelling it and go with different credit card. ✓ Saving cardsHow long it gonna take you to set up to save the cards again. It’s too much annoying when I want to make a payment and don’t have the card with me. I can’t remember all numbers. ✓ Declined at a Garage embarrassing!I am hésitant to use this card at certain places because when I tried to purchase petrol it declined and then it took 10 minutes to sort it out. It was very embarrassing and caused a delay to other customers at the garage. My other card immediately notifies me of any expenditure and requests me to authorise if it suspects a payment is not normal so I feel happy and confident using that card but this one I reserve for online purchases and some shops. ✓ Incompetent employeesA thieving company! He does them in such a way as to ruin your credit score. Take advantage of your carelessness and increase the interest rate without notifying you... and many, many more. I called and they called me 7 times in one month and not one of them was able to set me a fixed monthly payment amount... terribly stupid.Version: 2022.45.2
✓ InterestHad a message last week that said I could reduce the ridiculous interest i pay for 3 months Said I was sent an email which I never received and couldn’t do anything for me over the phone This would have taken a lot of pressure off me , but couldn’t do it! ✓ Does not work!I joined fluid over a month ago, till date I have not been able to use the app or desktop portal. Whenever you call customer service they seem to provide a generic text book answer.... “try again, uninstall-reinstall” it’s extremely frustrating as I would like to manage my account at the touch of my finger tips and convenience rather than pay to call customer services! Such a let down in this day and age 🙄.Version: 2.0.11
