✓ Easy, efficient and effective!This app is all you can want for what you need really. Can track all spending and payments. The only thing I would recommend is to have saved payment methods. ✓ Account won’t openMy wife downloaded the app to her phone today but was denied access saying wrong log in details. I went to Debenhams on the computer, put in exactly the same details and was in store in seconds showing her basket items and all her detail. So why can’t she log in to the app, but even if she could I think it’s only for paying , not shopping..HughDwillyVersion: 3.0.3

✓ Not WorkingThe only reason I got this was because I can’t spend vouchers in the stores obviously with all stores closed. The app is supposed to allow you to use vouchers to spend online - but there is nothing on this anywhere. As far as the app goes, it’s not working for me. Logging into the app is fine, but it repeatedly won’t pull up any data. Just keeps saying error or cannot access account. Pretty useless in this state, despite closing and restarting it several times. I have 150Mb fibre so it’s not through a lack of bandwidth!! It looks like I will be deleting this so called app as at the moment it is doing nothing but taking up space. I’ll stick to managing my account via my PC and may reinstall it when they get the evoucher system working along with the app..Marcd001Version: 4.0.2

✓ Very Poor CommunicationIt’s as if Debenhams want you to miss payments and consequently incur charges for late payments. Despite having my phone, email and address details I do not receive reminders when a payment is due? Most recently I incurred a £12 charge for missing a £5 payment on a £28 outstanding balance! ✓ Bad companyI already paid my bill like I do every month at the beginning of a month and then I keep getting messages saying I haven’t paid and threatening to take me to the credit agency. ✓ Appalling service. Avoid at all costsI made a purchase to the value of £16 on 30 June. I waited in vain for a statement either electronic or paper to arrive. On 31 July I got notification the payment I had never been asked for was now overdue as I should have paid it by 30 July. I paid it in full immediately, having first ascertained this was not a scam. I have now been charged interest on the £16 plus £12 for late payment. This is appalling customer service..Sorry I'm not clairvoyantVersion: 4.1.2

✓ Always complicationsI only opened this account for one coat but kept it just in case, I’ve always struggled to access the app, the user name and password never changed. I decided to use the card today after many months to have it declined, the shop assistant raised her eyebrows and announced it’s not due to pin error it’s due to non payment , I disputed this and she was dismissive , I never use it. I said I was concerned about hacking and she ignored me to serve the lady behind , I interrupted to state I would use my debit card, she processed this and told me I could call the helpline to open the card again if I want to use it, I won’t use it again . I accessed the app to see I owe 57p , I will be charged £12 and I have received no notifications or letters, they rely on the app entirely. ✓ Struggling appLast 3 months the app has said the payment transaction has failed. Then when checking my bank I found out the payment went through? ✓ Currently Very UnhappyI really appreciated the fact that you would receive a text message whenever the card was used so you knew where you were in “real time”. That wonderful capability has now been lost and replaced by a £100 or more spend! So now unless I check into my account I don’t know where I am! Also if anything was to go “wrong” I wouldn’t be aware of the fact until I checked my account again! A lot of damage could be done spending less than the £100 text activator! ✓ Mr N DawiI bought suit in Trafford centre and one of it are out of stock, so he rang the other branch in Manchester Arndale and they have one. And he reserved it for me but when I get there it takes time to find it for me because they don’t put my name on it. I’ve been waiting for about 45 mins. To sort it out it’s a bit slow. ✓ Setting up was a bit confusing.When I first downloaded this app and tried to log on, I assumed that I would be already registered by virtue of my Debenhams Card online shopping account. ✓ DO NOT RECOMMENDWHERE TO START ?? there is a limited amount of ways to pay and not all cards are accepted, international cards are not accepted, bank transfer or online options like Paypal etcher also NOT accepted, there is no fixed date to pay (28 days) so each month your payment due date will fall on a different Calendar date, after 3 attempts you get locked out of payment options for 24 hours so if you wait for the last moment to pay you will incur in late fees I do not recommend the DEBENHAMS CARD.MakidodleVersion: 3.0.3

✓ Very disappointed with serviceEvery month we have paid off our card Balance in full and never missed a payment. My husband was taken ill abroad and we had to pay over £8000 I’m hospital bills and I was unable to increase my limit and my card was put on stop. I will be cancelling this card as soon as I am home and the card is cleared. ✓ Debenhams’s AppI used to have an App that worked great. I could look at my account and pay while I was on holiday. I always pay the full balance. When a new App was updated I could no longer get into it. It told me password wrong etc Tried deleting and starting again still couldn’t get into it changed password etc. Still no luck. Tried to re register but informed me I was already registered so I have deleted it again. It was a time waster.Mrs womanVersion: 4.1.0
