✓ Better AppThe old app was terrible to load up and had no options with regards to what the balance was or how to make the payment etc. This app is fab! It shows your balance and payments options are all there too, along with with previous statements. Well done !.Version: 2.7.0

✓ Online Banking problemOn the new system it took 5 attempts to make payments via online banking. Tried though my Barclays App failed 3 times. Two times on my mobile finally got a simple process done. Then you have to put a stupid nickname before it will go through. And most nicknames attempted are taken. What a joke.Version: 4.6.4
✓ Great App - but logging off issue needs resolving.I really like the App but please sort out the logging off issue where, when using facial recognition, it automatically logs back in. The last remedy I was given when feeding this back was to point my phone away from my face. How stupid is that?? ✓ Mr NinerI’m very unhappy with this online rubbish. I pay the full balance of my account every month on time. The last payment hadn’t gone through but I was not notified until it became a non payment, so now it’s on my credit record and I’ve been charged..Version: 2.5.0

✓ Charge incurredVery annoying that by uploading app I do not receive usual statement by post confirming sum to be paid, my point is why I wasn’t told that I would not receive a statement in the post and subsequently was charged £12 and a negative impact on my otherwise excellent credit report due to a perceived late payment. If I had at least been txted that it was due rather than late I would have paid on time.Version: 2022.27.1
✓ Great app easy to use!Great app makes keeping track of spending and managing my account easy. Easy to make payments, view statements and make changes to my account when needed. ✓ Credit LimitIt is great having the colleague card with its discount benefits but my limit is stuck at £250. I always pay the balance off to clear and have never been in arrears yet I am told I dont qualify for the limit to be increased. In my case and payment history a higher limit would mean more purchases for Debenhams..Version: 2.3.0

✓ PerfectThis app is a perfect way to manage finances with regards to the Debenhams Card in a secure and efficient way. It’s also really fun seeing my points balance. Minor bugs here with connection loses however one refresh and it works great again. The only improvement I could suggest is that would be so much more helpful being able to save a debit card in order to pay off rather than having to put in my card details each time!.Version: 2.0.6

✓ Good appI have had my card a while now an love that when I spend as normal I get vouchers for the store. I’ve also just recently got the card replaced with contactless which is also really useful. You also get money off at the Debenhams cafe. My only criticism is that the vouchers should able to be used on the website. The app is simple to use and you can see points gained. After updated it no longer remembered my details and does not accept my details by either fingerprint or manual entry. The recovery via forgotten details also does not work.
