✓ Your back detailsMy debit card has been compromised and cancelled. After three weeks plus of trying to get one from my bank I’ve given up and been to the Halifax today to transfer my account. ✓ Changing to pulseI still have my Laura Ashley credit card and it still has the Laura Ashley ‘livery’. I have the awkward gut resistance when transferring money from my bank account to Laura Ashley to pay Pulse. I would set up a new payee but cannot find the account details for Pulse. Virgin Money (formerly Yorkshire Bank) was not on the ‘pay it’ list. I appreciate the change is necessary and hope it will eventually be new and improved. I’m learning..Version: 4.5.1

✓ Very helpful and nice advisorUnfortunately I am not able to make this months payment etc so I called and Pulse arranged a payment holiday. No probing questions just loads of helpful advice and good wishes that my new job hours will increase.
