✓ App keeps logging outSince update the app keeps logging out and I can’t use Touch ID to log in. Have to keep entering passcode etc which is a real pain if you don’t have the details on you. Nearly made me late to pay my monthly amount due to this! Sort it out!.Version: 2022.48.4
✓ Permanent circleTwice now the app got confused while I was trying to view things or logging on, and there is no way to “go back” to unscramble it. Leaving it overnight doesn’t fix it either. I eventually had to delete the app and reinstall it..Version: 2022.49.2
✓ MisleadingWhen it swapped to the new Pulse card I had a very small balance to pay, which was a pain in the neck to do because of the swap, I got charged interest ( not a huge amount) something that hasn’t happened to me in years, I’m in debt with no one. When I receive my all new pulse card it’ll be cancelled straight away..Version: 2022.46.2
✓ Very Poor ServiceUpon changing from Newday to Pulse my card would not be accepted by any source and upon trying a cash machine my card was ‘kept’ by the machine. I’m unsure why Pulse think they can fool everyone into thinking they have no connection to Newday as it is the same company. I currently have no card so cannot use the credit facility and have no way to contact them other then the numerous calls and emails I have sent - all without a reply 🤷♂️.Version: 2022.48.4
✓ Lost spend totals on recent updateI really liked this app but why have you removed the spend in period from the latest app update? This was essential to track spending and activity. Please can you put this feature back?.Version: 2023.47.1
✓ Toxic!!!! Avoid!!!I had a NewDay card and had no problems. It changed to Pulse and my life went downhill rapidly. In spite of the card being set to pay off completely it didn’t and as a result my financial planning crashed. The app is worse than useless. I can no longer use a credit card to pay and the fields aren’t tagged properly so my Smart Keyboard doesn’t know what to offer me..Version: 2022.49.2
✓ What’s happened?!The total spend in the current month has disappeared. This was a useful feature to track in month spending. Please put it back as it’s important that people can quickly their total spend!.Version: 2023.48.3
✓ ChargesWas charged a late payment fee due to system not working properly, subsequently I was told by the adviser on a recorded line it would not be applied on this occasion as an act of goodwill, however it was charged even after being told it wouldn’t be on a recorded line! ✓ Desperately want to close my account with this terribly run companyThe Pulse app will not let me log on to my account. Neither will their website. I have zero balance with this card. I just want to close my account but I do not know my account number. There is no online chat available. No email address to complain. I do not want to call them and pay the excessive phone line charges just to talk to an idiot who can to help me. I have contacted the FCA but they do not return my emails. ✓ Mr R TownsinImpossible to pay easily cant set up bank payment through my bank app as card not recognised and pulse app is awful. Plus when using face recognition when you log off it logs you back on again. In my opinion this card is wanting for you to miss payments to line Santanders pockets. If it doesn't improve soon im cancelling the card!!! And now i cant submit this as i need a nickname why!!! Just sort it out so customers have a seamless experience please ??!!.Version: 4.6.0
✓ Issue with online paymentOn my records it should show the online payments I attempted to make - probably five times and had issues it has not gone through each time very frustrating and dissatisfied.Version: 2022.45.2
✓ Trouble changing to PulseI followed instructions sent to me but found it impossible to log into my account. My log in details were not recognised and in spite of talking to an agent I appeared to have been unable to register for the pulse card in spite of having downloaded the app. A bit disgruntled..Version: 2022.46.2

✓ Just hangs with circle of deathDo not know what has changed by an app which was okay except for often failing to recognise my face ( not a problem with other apps) now it logs in but never changes from a blank screen with a loading circle but never actually loads. ✓ Doesn’t show which stores can get CashbackWas encouraged numerous times to download the app to find out which stores I can get Cashback and to manage my account. Please add Cashback stores and advise me when this is done. Other than above great app. Thanks.Version: 2023.3.2
✓ Continuing verified by visa failureThe app does not allow card payments to be made as verified by visa passcode from bank produces an error. I contacted my bank when this happened for the first time a few months ago. They completely reset my VV password but it still didn’t allow payment in the app. Bank suggested I try paying via Pulse website. Worked first time and continues to work this way. I have to now use the website to make payment. I yet again tried to use app this month but it failed again with same issue. This needs sorting!!.Version: 2023.33.1
✓ Credit limitI have asked for a credit limit increase for the last fees years but it is always declined. Friends and family who earn less have larger credit limits. Maybe it’s because I pay on time and they don’t earn anything from me! This is why so many people are in debt because these companies only offer higher credit limits to the vulnerable and earn what they do!.Version: 2023.42.1
✓ Bad change.Cannot use my card. Called up waited 35 mns on the phone last my patience hung up. 2 days later tried to chat kept me waiting for 20 mns no reply. What the hell. Can’t download Apple Pay neither can use the card with the pin. Atleast freaking tell me if you’re sending me a new card. It’s shows my full balance available but can’t use a single penny. ✓ ProblemI got A problem in my pulse card and in my APP to , can’t login saying try later or it’s blocked ! I did call customer service they see some payment behind that I didn’t… I make the payments But if you have your APP not working and make payment the card still not gonna work what’s the point, trust the promises of everything gonna back to normal and didn’t…. I’m very disappoint because no one really help me with that ! I send many emails, call many times and nothing!.Version: 4.6.3
