Up to four generations can be made, with the starting point being “You”, then allowing the inclusion of “Your” parents, grandparents, aunts & uncles, cousins, spouse, and children. Lineage can only be traced through one parent, which the app insists is the father, although it’s fairly easy to pretend it just says “parent”, as nothing but the entered name is displayed in the final result. Pros: Simple; doesn’t require any information more complex than the name of the relative and their relation to you. Just makes family trees, without asking for the life history of every single individual, or recommending you take DNA tests. How each relative is related to “You” is clearly labeled, and the layout is easy to navigate. Cons: Limited types of relatives can be made; no nieces or nephews, no generations above grandparents, no great-aunts or uncles, no cousins more distant than first, and all can only be traced through the paternal lineage - or only maternal, if you just don’t care..ChibiChatterVersion: 1.0
