✓ MemoriesThe photographs on a tile, a superb. Memories from times past. Tells a story, you can include them into so many things, like a wall, a collage, etc. In any room you fancy. ✓ Company has changedI have been buying from this company along time. I have purchased at least two dozen tiles. Things went very well for years. But, something has changed I don’t know what it is. My last two orders have been messed up. Two orders ago my tiles were out of focus but the customer service was good. My last order my tile had water damage in the left corner. ✓ Tile & mugThe tile was lovely, it didn’t take long to arrive was very suprised specially because Christmas not far away. Mug was really nice to. The only thing I would suggest is that you can put different photos on each side. As I bought one for my daughter from grand kids. When I got it it had same photos on both sides. Then I stumbled across the "Free Photo Tile" app and decided to give it a try. My first tile of Natalie came the day before Mother's Day, so I waited until Mother's Day morning to open it. (On a side note: I was really impressed with the box and packaging it came in.) I opened the box and there she was...my heart. I cried. It was so beautiful. ✓ Great quality, lowest priceI’ve placed my first order last month and another one recently. These were the lowest price I found, the quality is amazing and the pictures look great. The app is super easy to use, I love that I can upload picture from other apps (I have all my pictures taken with phone or camera on Google Photo). The orders always arrived earlier than expected and the tiles actually stick and re-stick perfectly (I moved some after over one month) without leaving any mark on the wall. ✓ What a great offer.....!!!Never expected the tiles to be as good as they were, considering free. Was pleasantly surprised and delighted. ✓ Photo tilesReceived my order today, which was a gift for my mum. She’s not been able to have her great grandchildren around since the lock down,they normally come to stay every weekend. Her face was an absolute picture when she seen the photo tiles. There was a few tears. I am over the moon with the product. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but was totally blown away with the quality. ✓ Problematic, but FreePrints Photo Tiles came through and fixed the problem.I ordered 45 photo tiles in black and white from color photos. The first set arrived with a distinctly green tint in every tile. I let FreePrints know, and they immediately reprinted all 45 tiles eliminating the green tint. I’ve not hung the new improved tiles yet, but I am excited to see how they look. I am a bit hesitant to stick the tiles to my newly painted walls, but hopefully they will stay stuck and not remove the paint should I decide to rearrange them. ✓ Great Customer ServiceI placed an order for some tiles, but when I got them the color was off. They were over saturated. I emailed customer service and Kendall immediately emailed back asking me to send a picture of the product. Once she received it she emailed back and said "I see what the problem is...we'll immediately reprint and send out your new tiles at no cost." This was all over the course of about 15 minutes. ✓ Love these tilesLove them every time I order but this Christmas I ordered my best friend 5 tiles and USPS has taken almost a month to get them to me.... i ordered two more early December for her BF to give her as a gift and they got sent to UPS to pick up... I wish mine were here we are exchanging on Christmas Eve. Praying I get them by Thursday :-) beautiful pictures though! Love all of mine! ✓ LOVE LOVE LOVEI wanted to create a gallery wall for my stair case since moving in my new house but all of the nice frames I was coming across were going to cost me to much. Then I found this app!! ✓ So impressed!I’ve been thinking about getting some of these tiles for a while but not gone through with it as I wasn’t sure what the quality would be like or whether they’d actually stick on the wall. I went ahead with an order last month for 8 standard tiles plus the spacing tool (£60 total) and I think they are fantastic. The quality of the print is great, the tool makes them incredibly easy to line up, and the sticky tabs are so easy to use and they haven’t budged from where I put them several weeks ago (they came with spare tabs in case I want to move them later). ✓ Exceeded all expectations!I was offered a free tile while ordering photos, I thought it would make a great gift. Then I was offered a fantastic deal on more tiles so I ended up ordering four for my daughter’s birthday. When they arrived and she opened them she was blown away. ✓ Amazing!I have order photo tiles from others places before, but what I like about FreePrints photo is the quality of the tile; in some places the tiles are light weight but the back is foam, but FreePrints is a durable plastic it doesn’t look cheap and still manage to be light weight tile. I am amazed with the customer service. I got my first order and I just sent a message with a concern that my pictures my look dark... and guest what!!! I received a box with new tiles from FreePrints apologizing about my previous order. When I didn’t even follow up their email, since I am a mom of 2 super busy. ✓ Amazing price, service and qualityI have used the FreePrints app for a long time now, I have paid over the odds for my wedding photos to be printed in an actual photo studio, the quality was shocking. Ordered from FreePrints, the best quality photos I’ve ever had! I then went on to order my free photo tiles along with some extra ones and they are honestly incredible, the quality is fantastic even when I have zoomed right in on some photos. FreePrints cards are yet another great addition to this app, paying half the price as I would on some websites! I then ordered my free canvas for a Father’s Day gift, just as amazing as the photo tiles! ✓ I love them!I just got my first order in the mail. I can totally see these things being wonderful for gift giving ideas. They are just so great. Hung them up and look great from across the room as well. Nice matte finish, if they stand the test of time these will be perfect for anyplace you can’t rely on glass frames on the wall (in the garage next to a 3000hp racecar they constantly get blown off the wall from the exhaust headers) I am just so in love w them!! ✓ Free Photo TileI recently began accumulating these photo tiles and couldn’t be more pleased. I order 2 at a time which includes my free one so that I will have an equal number of them for my layout. I now have 6 to make a photo wall. I always go with the gloss option and each tile has been beautiful and the image crisp. ✓ Wonderful productI first saw adverts for these a few years ago but nobody I spoke to has heard of them or used them. Break through moment in November speaking with a friend about photos and how we don’t print them any more. She had created a photo wall using these tiles and absolutely loved her creation. She took a picture and showed me, the rest is history, I have now started my own photo wall, amazing, love it so much, no nails, easy to put up, spare sticky pads. ✓ Endless Possibilities Capture Memories or Create StyleThe picture quality, of course, depends on the quality you send to them. it seems to be well made, they even included a card with directions and extra wall mounts, just in case I decide to move them. However, I was extremely disappointed, when I ordered my FREE tile and THREE (3) additional tiles which all came mailed in the same box and yet I only got one pack of remount strips...common sense people! ✓ Can’t place an orderI have tried to place an order several times and when I get to where it says send, I hit send, and it won’t send. I have ordered photo tiles for years and have never had any issues. I don’t understand why I’m having these issues now. ✓ Fantastic photo tiles!I’d heard good things about this app from my Sister who uses it regularly, I started out with the Free Prints app and made a couple of small orders which I was really happy with, I then made the decision to try the Free Photo Tiles and placed an order for 5 tiles in total, I was a little skeptical as I wasn’t sure how good the quality of the prints would be or how they would look in that format, and I have to say, I am absolutely thrilled with my order!! All 5 tiles are beautiful, they look so professional and the quality of the print is just outstanding, lovely size, great value for money and really speedy delivery too, I am so happy with my order that I’m already looking through my photo albums to see which tile prints I can order next! ✓ Very disappointedI just spent over a half an hour with a representative that could not help me in anyway. I was so disappointed in the picture I received. The coating on the photo wasn’t even completely covered. The edges were rough and sticking out. I called for help all they could say was sorry and for me to send a snapshot in. I asked for a supervisor, all that was said was they couldn’t give me one and to email them. Then they hung up on me. What kind of company does that. I used a picture from my iPhone and it had plenty of dead space to just get my granddaughters face and they blew it up so much that it cut her whole chin off and it was blurry. They said they could not remake the tile due to their processing. If you want to try it be sure that you don’t have a close up picture because it will get cropped by the company. I’m very disappointed in the product and answers that I got for my problem. They did refund my money, they only respond by email. ✓ My tiles are great.I’ve been buying photo tiles for a while now, and must say I love them all. The service is very good and always on time. I have the tiles in my hallway and now starting to climb the stairs, it just means I can have photos of my family friends and my pets. ✓ Over the moonI am in love with all ‘free prints’ app’s, especially photo tiles and photo books. The tiles are beautiful and worth the 5.99 postage, you are only paying 5.99 per tile. I have four now and waiting for my fifth. Again the photo books are super, you end up paying more as you only get 20 pages for free however it’s good value, easy to use and arrives within the week. ✓ Great app, lovely customer service!I started out using the free prints app, then came across all the other “free tiles”, “free cards” and so on. I made my first 4 tile order and loved it- the tiles are durable, easy to stick on the wall, easy to move, no messing around with nails in the wall. So I ordered some more, my second delivery, the mechanic machine printed 2 of the photos a little wonky so you could see the black tile behind on a grey wall. I messaged customer service who were lovely, they reprinted my order straight away and it arrived 3 days later. One tile was still wonky and had a white background so could see the tiles behind, but not much, I messaged phototiles again the photo of the tile, to see if they could print another photo instead but to my surprise they refunded me for the whole order rather than the one tile! I absolutely thrilled with their customer service and I do like the design of the tiles that much, I ordered some new tiles with the refund money. Great app, great customer service. ✓ Photo TilesI have received six of these tiles now and absolutely love them. I paid extra to have glass. We have them in our conservatory as this is the only room with painted walls, we didn’t realise you shouldn’t use them on wallpapered walls. Our conservatory gets extremely hot and we did have concerns about them staying up in the heat but, so far they have stayed in place. ✓ IndestructibleSo...the tile itself has stuck proudly on my wall for the past 6 months. Sadly though, the photo now has no meaning to me as the friendship within it, is lost. With anger and frustration I tried everything to destroy it. However, I couldn’t. The tile is basically indestructible! I used a hammer, stiletto, and a wall! Not a scratch. ✓ DisappointedI ordered a photo tile as a gift. The tile came and was not placed central on the black plastic backing. Looked cheap and when I gave it as a gift was reluctant to do so. The fact it was a lovely picture, for me didn’t compensate for the quality. And really with the exuberant postage cost, I felt I did pay for the tile anyways. I didn’t have time or effort to return product or complain and with lockdown was probably more hassle than it was worth. ✓ I love the tilesFirst of all I love these. They stick well and look beautiful. You can move around, (as long as you can find extra double stick tape) to change things up. The colors are not fading in any of my tiles so I am a happy customer. I would love some extra tape sections in each box but you can’t have everything.😊 My granddaughter LOVES seeing all the memories on her wall, and I think it’s important for children to see themselves in snapshot moments on the wall. I would have preferred an iPad app though. The image I chose needed greater scrutiny. On a larger screen I would have made important adjustments. This is not the fault of the app or the product. I feel that something that costs as much as this requires more attention to detail to get it right. A bigger screen may have prevented me from making a fundamental mistake - my picture doesn’t “tie” well together across all the tiles. ✓ Tile PictureThey turned out just beautiful, but watch out you have to make sure you edit the pictures before you checkout or you will have tiles with heads chopped off. Some said the pictures may turn out blurry but I kept the picture anyway & it turned out just fine not sure what the return policy is if it doesn’t turn out right. I love the pictures without the frames . The tile seems so much more natural. So far they have stuck just fine & easy to move if you change your mind where you have placed it on the wall. ✓ Just love this inventionI have purchased about 15 tiles now , I find them great gifts to give to family members so they to can build their own wall tiles walls . My daughter and daughter in law loves them as much as I do . ✓ Tiles received!Just got my first tiles today. I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the negative reviews but was curious enough to purchase a few to start and test out the product. I am SO HAPPY!!! The pictures I chose were all taken with my phone and were heavily doctored/filtered with apps that I use. I didn’t expect quality to be high, but they really were. The materials don’t look cheap, the cuts are clean... I never write reviews but I am just so stoked by something so convenient and affordable coming out this well. I have yet to hang the photos on the wall so it’s entirely possible I could run into problems with the adhesive (and if there are problems I’ll write a follow up), but so far so great. ✓ Wonderful Wall TilesI have just received my second wall tile and started mounting them on my wall. Although my photos were not the best quality from my camera, the tiles were printed beautifully and I am thrilled with them . ✓ Better than expected!The quality of the picture on the tile was great. Better than Walgreens or any fast printing place. I have had the tile up for a few days and it has remained in place. Initially, I moved the tile from one place to another but that didn’t effect the stickiness of the tabs that keep it on the wall. They include extra sticky tabs too. My wall is regular drywall. I gave 4 stars because the tiles are expensive. For an average person it would be more cost effective to use regular picture frames or go somewhere else..Version: 6.11.0

✓ Absolutely fantasticI’ve been using the app to purchase photo tiles for around 4 years now and the service and quality has been great. However, recently one of the older tiles fell off the wall. I checked the app to see if so could order some more sticky pads to put it back up and messaged the customer service team. They came back very promptly and said the tiles are guaranteed for life so would send out some new pads. I thought that I would secretly test this so-called “FREE” photo wall tile offer so I grabbed a frame from a home movie knowing that the resolution would not be the best and sent it off for processing. The app was very easy to use. Delivery was fast and FREE! I was so happy that I ordered a second set of tiles for my studio. Again, service was fast and the tiles looked great. However, one tile was slightly damaged. I reached out to customer service right away and they sent me an email reply within the hour. After sending them a picture of the damage, they apologized and offered to send a replacement tile. Outstanding. My only suggestion would be to give the option of a different size. Maybe 8x12? ✓ Very HappyBought a photo tile for my mum for Mother’s Day and it turned out really well! I went for glass finish and I’m glad I did as it looks so much better! However, I do wish we had some sort of stand for it so it can be stood up on a shelf or anywhere really instead of just stickers to stick it to a wall as I’m nervous incase it drops off and smashes.
