A search shows that this is standard operating procedure for them and while they apologise, they have clearly not done anything to fix it. When you do do things then try to sabe the image it says ‘would you like to remove premium features’ and if you don’t then you can’t save the image. I’d you do then it basically puts it back to before you edited it. If you don’t have premium then you can’t do facelift either.
