✓ ExtraordinaryNot only does the ‘new, improved app’ crash immediately you open it, meaning you can’t access anything (and causing me a totally wasted day of trying everything I could think of to get it to work), but apparently if you can’t get access via the app, you are automatically blocked from getting access online too. ✓ Two years that I can’t access to my online bankingI broke my phone two years ago, and after a lot of back and forth I managed to restore the authentication app. Now everytime I try to log in, I insert everything they need me to, including the otp code, just to receive a message “a problem has occurred, please try again or contact customer support”. Now, it’s a year and a half that I have tried everything and have contacted costumer support to NO ANSWER whatsoever. I NEED to access to my bank account so some help would be great. Why does it take minutes just to log in to an already notoriously slow portal? And then you get logged off after 15 minutes and have to do it all over again! ✓ Nothing works....This app is not worth the effort of downloading! Instructions are unclear asking you to access an identify portal 🤦🏼‍♀️ you have to be next to a computer to access the app and to get it working. It gives you 30 seconds to get, look at, make a mental note of and then migrate to another site to enter the remembered code before it expires. Failing that, opting for the QR code leaves you seething that it doesn’t work!
