✓ Wish there were more free stuff/ prizesI go to Noah’s bagels all the time. It’s a family favorite for breakfast, hiking, and even lunch and dinner (when I’m lazy haha). I just wish I could receive more free items. I purchase stuff all the time and almost never receive the points or free items from promotions. ✓ Good app, but needs customization of itemsMy family routinely orders from Noah’s each weekend, it’s almost a tradition. Love their bagels, and their spicy sausage sandwiches are fantastic. The app is a great start, but it needs a better way to customize orders of a box of bagels. Having to call after placing an order in the app to tell them what you’d like kind of defeats the purpose, guys. Please, give a text field to request certain bagels, and schmear flavors, and if they’re out they’re out. Good app, great food, but still room for improvement.PandaRatsVersion: 4.0.6

✓ Great to order ahead w/ Apple PaySimple interface and easy ordering. Much better than standing in the long line. Great that it has Apple Pay integration. Two criticisms. First the old interface could be made a bit easier to navigate. The way some options scroll left and right make it hard to see all options. ✓ Give More Bonus Points!I used to simply just give my phone number to check in, but after one of your representatives mentioned the app, I immediately downloaded it. I love the ease of using the app, I just wish y’all gave more incentives for using the app. ie.; MORE BONUS POINTS...!!! ✓ Amazing ServiceI visited Noah’s while in the area for vacation. The service was amazing. I ordered the baker’s dozen and asked to slice them. I was told the slicer was no longer operational but that she could hand slice them for me. They were sliced nicely and packed beautifully in a Noah’s Bagel box. I appreciate the effort the employee went to to help me pick out the bagels and then hand slice. I want to give a huge thank you to Pat for going all out on her help with my order. ✓ Great Noah’s StoreMore so than this app, I want to rate your employees at your Sloat Blvd. location in San Francisco. I went there today and they were polite, friendly, and very helpful. I didn’t know how to scan my reward on the app and the young woman who helped me was so patient. Made me feel like everyone had trouble scanning when I know they don’t, I’m just an old lady with little smart phone experience. ✓ My favorite breakfast place!!Noah’s New York Bagel’s is one of my favorite breakfast place to go to in the morning I love as soon as you walk in you get greeted with good morning & good afternoon one of the great things that I get from Noah’s bagel’s is a six cheese bagel with onion & chive cream cheese, & with two eggs with cheese & turkey sausage that is my combo and it is really good and if you go to Noah’s bagel I recommend you try it and I give Noah’s Bagel’s a 5 stars, they deserve it.Gianna_ kenkenVersion: 4.2.2

✓ My go to place.Noah’s bagel is my go to place for office breakfast or when I need breakfast for my son’s friends after a sleepover. Love the baker’s dozen and occasional lox or egg sandwich when I meet up with my friends for chat and breakfast. I wish I can choose my bagels from the app but it’s pretty quick to order in store so I don’t mind it too much. I do miss the salmon cream cheese but they have bunch of others to choose from. Wish there was more customization available on the App. Allow people to have it cut in half or put light cream cheese. It is nice that we can do some like double roasting.
