✓ Great food at a great price!Bruegger’s has the best bagels in town! The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. They have something for everyone. I’m a vegan and they now offer Daiya dairy-free cream cheese, as well as hummus and sundried tomato paste. You can also add up to three free vegetables to a bagel, turning a simple bagel with cream cheese into an affordable and healthy sandwich. There are delicious bagel options like Whole Wheat and Whole Wheat Everything that not only taste good, but are good for you too. They even offer free refills on large fountain drinks..Version: 3.6.4
✓ I LOVE BRUEGGER’SI go to Bruegger’s often and I always want to utilize the order ahead feature with the free coffee. I always stop myself from doing it though because there is no way to customize your order on the app aside from a few set things. I am vegetarian and cannot order the egg sandwiches without removing the meat on the app. I also like to add tomato to bagels and cream cheese which I cannot do on the app. If there was a feature for this, my life would get insanely better... for real!.Version: 3.26.1
✓ Thanks Bruegger’s!During this time of pandemic Bruegger's has been one of the great comforts in life, I mean how scary can life be as long as I can still walk down the street for a warm toasty bagel and coffee! And the best part, it’s made to perfection and ready for safe pick up just inside the door. I’ve never waited or come into contact with anyone, yet there’s always a friendly “good morning”, “thank you”, or “have a great day!” called out from afar. ✓ Love the points!I am loving the points vs the re-fillable mug this year! The mug might be great for some....but definitely did not work for me. Too many times I simply forgot it. The app has been very easy to use and I like saving and spending points for items I want! Only draw back. If you for get to show the app if you are in a hurry then you lose out on points if you go back to the counter and ask for them to be added. I was told to call customer service and say I forgot to show the app. **suggestion** maybe allow a scanning feature in the app or a quick way to add your points. Obviously coming up with some sort of safety feature so some can’t add double points for a single visit..Version: 3.6.0
✓ Love My Bruegger’s Breakfast FamilyFront of store (inside dining area) looks like crap literally every day and there’s no inside seating when it rains, is hot outside or any other time because the inside seating area is closed off for whatever reason. The staff is great tho and very pleasant and the food is good. Love the coffee. Love being able to order ahead. The Cary NC location has a dedicated online order prep person so that’s a bonus. ✓ SuggestionsYou need to have credit card machines out front that the customers can use instead of your employees handling the cards. Most places have those. Also, the furniture in your Bettendorf location looks horrible. It’s tipped and in bad shape. I thought when sitting is available you would have new furniture by then. ✓ Just needs a bit more customization options….Everything is going good. Love the food. The service at my regular store is great. But. On the app, not being able to customize sandwiches. Changing the bagel type. Or for instance, if I want red pepper instead of tomatoes. Can’t. That’s not fun. I can’t order my favorite sandwiches. ✓ Grew up eating these bagels!!My late father and I used to have weekly dates of going to Bruegger’s after we went grocery shopping. I grew up in upstate New York and he would also buy dozens for the whole family & freeze them for us! My favorite was salt with the honey walnut cream cheese or the bacon scallion. ✓ Almost 5 StarsWe love the bagels. The portion is on point. The crust is chewy. The jalapeño cc has just enough spice. And the BLT is generous. I have been going to this store for over 10 years and the staff has always made me feel welcome. The drinks offering has changed for the worse. It use to have more healthy options like Naked Juice. ✓ CustomizationI like the app so far but only problem, your only able to customize the order by different bagel or say one or two eggs. It doesn’t allow you to change if you want a different kind of cream cheese or no cream cheese at all and da if you want to add something to the sandwich. Say if your lactose intolerant how do you order a sandwich with out any dairy on it. I think this needs to be looked at again to add additional features..Version: 3.35.0
✓ Make another pot of coffee!Have been a patron of Bruegger’s since opening in Jacksonville, FL in the 90’s. I now live in Irmo, SC and my home Bruegger’s is at Lake Murray Blvd. Love the variety of bagels and cream cheese! I do have a grievance toward the older lady at the register when ordering a coffee. If I order a small, she pours an extra small. If I order a medium, she pours a small. If I order a large, she pours a medium- two inches from the top! It irks me to no end that I want to make an extra trip to Starbucks for a coffee after picking up a bagel/cream cheese at Bruegger’s!.Version: 3.32.0
✓ “Best Bagels in the Capital District”Bruegger’s is a great place! Best bagels and coffee in town! Miss the days when I could meet a friend there and chat or just enjoy some time by myself and have a good bite to eat! Thanks for staying open and keeping so many of us going during hard times. ✓ Always and foreverBruegger's has been a part of my life since the late 1980s! I grew up near Troy, NY, home to the first store. Bruegger's is where I learned about the magic of hummus + sprouts! The magic of a fresh, hot bagel and olive pimento cream cheese! The magic of Hazelnut coffee. A lot of joy of my food-based youth was from the discoveries I made at this establishment . I am currently living in a town where I can have access to bagels that are boiled and then baked - the magic that not every self-respecting bagel joint employs - and I am truly so grateful back. ✓ Bruegger’s StaffThe location on 114th and Dodge are ALWAYS kind and helpful. Patient as well! Scotty is A++ Class. All the rest are close runner ups. I do really enjoy coming here during the week while i’m at work. ✓ The bagels are good the people are GREATI patronize the store in Brecksville, Ohio frequently and as I indicated I really enjoy the bagels and for that matter the soup. The individuals really seem to put an effort in to show that they care. The only issue I have is the coffee. Starbucks is much much better. Frequently I find my self going to SBUX for coffee and then ordering one of their sandwiches. If you had a better tasting coffee I might frequent your store more often. ✓ Good app, menu could flow betterThe app is pretty well designed and easy to navigate. Check in and pay is easy to find as well as rewards. It would be really nice to be able to scroll the entire menu of sandwiches in the app instead of having to switch between classic, signature and lunch bagel sandwiches. Please consider adding the option to scroll the “Entire Menu” in the app or add a category for “All Sandwiches.”.Version: 3.27.1
✓ Greatest bagel shop everBruegger’s has the best freshest bagels around. Never a disappointment when ordering in person or via mobile app. Served warm and sliced (if you ask for that). Great selection of flavors as well as cream cheeses. My favorite breakfast sandwich there is the Western. Packed full of flavor without being too spicy. ✓ Customer ServiceI’ve only been in here a couple of times. Each time I was greeted with warm, friendly and personable staff and a different staff group each time. A fast moving line is nice. A fast moving line with eye contact and a smile is even better. ✓ Best NY Style Bagels on the SS of BostonAs a native New Yorker - it was quite challenging to find a good bagel when we moved to Massachusetts. After trying Bruegger’s bagels - I’ve never gone elsewhere. Their bagels are amazing and always fresh and tasty. YUM! I love the onion, garlic & whole wheat everything and my son loves the Cinnamon Sugar. My husband enjoys the plain (and he’s a native NY’r too)! If you’re a New Yorker yourself - you’ll know just what I mean. It’s nice that they developed an app that rewards you with a free purchase - not only for signing up - but with special perks based upon the number of purchases you make. ✓ Need one in Siouxland!!!I was a time travel nurse. Staying out in Cedar Rapids for what was supposed to be a 13 week stay turned into almost a full year!! One of the best breakfast bagel shop!! ✓ Best bagels!!!Bruegger’s has the best bagels! They had a shop in my college town and I’ve been a fan ever since. Now my kiddos are big Bruegger’s fans. Bruegger’s is always a hit with my family. ✓ Please develop online ordering within the appI love Bruegger’s Bagels, the app is functional in terms of showing you your points, the menu, and nearby locations, but unlike Caribou’s app (or the app of most food service places), you’re not actually able to order ahead through the app. This would be a much better option because you could make the experience completely contactless + people would be able to automatically apply their rewards as they check out. I know you can order ahead through DoorDash, but if you do that you’re unable to use any rewards you may have, so that doesn’t really fix the problem. If ordering ahead through the app was an option, I’d give 5/5 stars!.Version: 3.18.1
✓ Love you guys!!!!!This has been my favorite place since I was a teenager in the 90s. My husband worked there and I have been a weekly client for over 20 years. We now bring our kids. I wish there were more open in Rochester NY. There were 2 in Greece NY and since closing one location the other is now so crowded it’s hard. Sunday mornings are extremely busy at my local shop, the app allowed me to pre order and get my order faster than waiting in line.
