✓ Just needs a bit more customization options….Everything is going good. Love the food. The service at my regular store is great. But. On the app, not being able to customize sandwiches. Changing the bagel type. Or for instance, if I want red pepper instead of tomatoes. Can’t. That’s not fun. I can’t order my favorite sandwiches. The fact that you can’t do a build your own in the app is just horrid. Please fix that..Shane089Version: 4.0.1

✓ Easy to Use and EffectiveStarted using the app and have found it easy to use and a great way to pre order without s to a ding in line. Sunday mornings are extremely busy at my local shop, the app allowed me to pre order and get my order faster than waiting in line. ✗ Can't use the app anymore ☹️For the last week or so, the app will not connect with any kind of network in order for me to actually use it. I get an "Oops! Something's not working!" error on every screen. To be clear -- I used to use the app regularly with no trouble. Now, the only place I can get it to work is at my house, which doesn't do me much good. I've tried deleting and re-installing. I've tried rebooting my phone. I don't have any similar issues with any other app. But right now, I can't see the map, I can't place an order, I can't even log into my account. Everything is an instant "Oops!" error. It's very disappointing. Without the app, the ability to order ahead, and the in-app option for free coffee, it's just not worth it to be a Bruegger's customer. I hope this can be resolved or explained. Thank you!.E Division 2009Version: 3.37.0

✗ Lost pointsLast time I did an order I had enough points for free bagel sandwich plus some… so I clicked on the reward selected my sandwich and location … location was temporarily not taking online orders. So couldn’t do it -never pushed the order thru and it wiped out the points for the sandwich even though I didn’t order. On New Year’s Day put order in. It didn’t say they were closed drove to pick up and they were closed. Didn’t get my money back … very frustrating I haven’t used it since I lost all the points for a free sandwich … poor service..CpaLPVersion: 3.36.0
