✓ Didn’t work for meThe app didn’t take my username and password (which works on the web on my phone), says my IP is blocked for security reasons. Then, without logging in, I tried to enter my account number and meter number. It errored out asking me to validate the numbers. For account number, I first tried the number you see on the website web you login. It didn’t like it. It was looking for an 8-12 numbers. (Why then the website is displaying fewer numbers?) I then tried it with leading zeros (that’s how the account number shows on payment confirmation page on them web). That didn’t work either. Shouldn’t be this difficult..KsravanaVersion: 1.0
