Best fitness and wellness appWow I’ve only just downloaded this last night but it’s amazing. The content is great. It’s easy to use and it has so many features. There’s loads of great and different workouts which are really easy to follow. There’s meditation, recipes, podcasts, trackers...basically everything you need to live a healthy lifestyle. Laura and Steph and their team have clearly worked incredibly hard on creating an A* app. Very, very impressed!!.Rhismith90Version: 1.37

This app doesn’t work on my IPhoneI like the KIC classes and recipes but this app doesn’t open on my IPhone. The app closes as soon as I open it. I’ve tired all the force quits, uninstall reinstall, update the app and have the latest iPhone software but still doesn’t open. I’ve also emailed the help email and had no response. I’m currently having to use KIC through the website but it’s functionally is very limited compared to the app..Tess__Version: 3.2.1264

AverageI was really excited to use this app and I love the wellness hub! But in saying that the yoga classes provide no support for beginners and there is no flexibility in times. I would love to see shorter sessions such as 10-20 minutes so I can do them before work and leveled classes. With the workouts personally, I dislike the trainer as I don’t feel motivated or supported. I feel like I’m constantly trying to keep up because there are no tips on form and I feel like I’m watching it and not apart of it. This is the same with boxing. I feel like I need to have significant prior training in boxing in order to do the activities. I like to choose which workouts I do daily so I am often in the no equipment section and that really needs a breakdown of each workout so that we can do them without watching the video and prepare our own technique. I think the section where we log what we have done each day needs to be somewhere on the main page. I enjoy the Pilates but I would prefer breakdowns of workouts in the no equipment section..Tryin' V deVersion: 1.51
