✓ Simple, easy, effectiveNo wordy or vague keto BS, or sending you off buy expensive “must haves”. There’s a comprehensive note by the app owner. And the app itself gives you everything you need to make tasty meals, tells you how many calories each meal is, plus the method (some of the method instructions can be confusing, but a good edit would fix that - I could help there), ingredients and prep time. It’s not snazzily designed, and there are ads but they aren’t too irritating. And the BMI calculator doesn’t work, so honestly that’ll be fixed with the next update. A great thing to add would be a feature where I could select my own meals from the recipes, and click-to-build my own daily/weekly meal plan in the app. That would really help me with my weekly meal prep, would definitely get a 5 star rating from me..Version: 1.1
