✓ Awesome game, in the rough.This game is genuinely fun! However, when the pictures of the planets are the same, in the same place with the same names, monotony sneaks in FAST! Please release an update where the pictures, the names and the locations of the planets are different every time you sell a galaxy. Oh, one more thing, get real artwork of planets instead of the sad clip-art you’re currently using. Planets should look like planets, not various food items and other weird things. This game is otherwise really fun and I’ll be the first in line to change my review to five stars with rave review to go with it! Do this for Us, your customers. Also, nothing is more maddening than to have to work out or pay exchange. I would buy dark matter except one thing, it’s absurdly expensive! Why are you adding an extra ten dollars to Canadian orders? It’s not like our dollar is THAT bad, and it’s not like you have to pay for shipping or the cost of materials has increased, since nothing we are paying for exists in real time and space, how about not gouging people simply because we aren’t living in America? ✓ Good little idle gameI’m here to leave one star because after purchasing the starter pack which is expensive for what it gives you I’m now greeted with the next lvl up pack popping up on screen every time I open the app drives me nuts you got some money out of me now let me play with out requesting I buy a $50 pack every 5 minutes.Version: v2.0.13
✓ Not really idleThe game has a lot of great features such as crafting, research, rover missions, managers and ship rooms to give the game a lot of avenues to advance the game. The real problem is that it's not really idle. When the game is off your production really decreases to a trickle and completely shuts down after two hours. This has been brought up to the developer on many, many occasions and he seems to refuse to change it. I've downloaded this game four or so times only to delete it after a day when I realize again that I don't want to leave this game on all day. Could have been great but the developers stubbornness at a feature they insist be in makes it a one star..Version: 1.3.14
✓ Great game, new release bugs and lack of customer serviceI am completely mixed on this game. It is good enough that when it started crashing every 3 seconds after a release and I tried 4 times to get customer service to no avail, I uninstalled. Of course no online saving so lost 2 years worth of save games! Now another release and more crashes. 5 stars for game, 1 star bugs and customer service. ✓ Not an idle game! In-App Purchases Fail and No Developer Help!The mines do not produce any resources when the game is not live on your phone screen so to make any progress you have to keep the game open all the time. That is a ridiculous design choice for an idle game. All of the multipliers that affect mining speed mean nothing if there is no mining going on, so to make enough to buy the really expensive planets is impossible. Even worse than that, the in-app purchases are not reliable. I bought the manager pack but did not receive the manager or the currency. I tried contacting the developer but heard nothing in response and had to request a refund from Apple..Version: 1.3.13
✓ Great game, delayed customer serviceI want to start off by saying, the game is incredibly made and that regular updates come out with events and leaderboards that make you want to stay around. Not heavily monetized and it gives you incentives to regularly watch ads. The only con I have is the lack of ways of contacting support. I recently got a new iPhone and tried to transfer my data over with all of my purchased items. Trying to “restore purchases” from the menu does not give me my items or progress back, emailing customer support has such a delayed response that 36 hrs later and I have heard no word from them. Joining the discord and asking for help with a file transfer does no good either due to the fact you don’t have your old player ID even if you have receipts for all your purchases. Currently in a love/hate relationship with the game. You should still try the game though, just make sure you have all your ducks ready to jump through hoops should you need a transfer..Version: v2.0.13
✓ Tournaments need updatingSo far great game but just a few things that I find definitely needs improving. The 2 hour idle timer starts to make the game not so idle. That should definitely be increased either with Ads or Dark Matter. Why is the idle timer so low? And the 1.2 bonus timer only lasts an hour? That’s not much at all. The tournaments are nice but offer very little rewards and is actually worse than starting a Challenge. I get better rewards starting a Challenge than participating in a tournament, and tournaments are only a weekend event. Either increase rewards or lower the bracket entry levels to access better rewards. Would gladly revise my review if any changes are made. This could very well be a solid idle game. This coming from someone who only plays idle games. Add more video ads that offer different type of in game boosts and for longer!.Version: v1.7.12

✓ Call me when you support iOS purchase restorationI would continue to play this regularly, but I should not have to e-mail Support to “Restore Purchase.” And although I’m not against hard resets with of these kind of game apps, this one incessantly fails at loading ads, even when I restart myiPhone (newest SE, running updated iOS). I even tried re-downloading the app, which exposed my grave mistake. This game also needs some timed sub-events to make investing time in it more enjoyable. ✓ This game has a few issues but…Ok so I’ve bought the ad removal, mainly because of watching ads upon ads and not always registering for the bonus (like faster mining), then there’s purchasing ship speed to form a ‘beam’, this will appear and disappear, when it disappears the ship stays in a spot and mining resources accumulate at that planet same when production is boosted. When entering tournaments (24 hours to get as you can), closing the game will actually cause it to pause and not play out the idle time, thus becoming a major hindrance to progress. Please fix it, this is a 5 star game let down by more bugs.Version: v1.8.8

✓ Obviously geared toward purchasesThe game has a fun concept and nice visual and audio design. but it baits you in by being reasonable at the start before spiralling into a grueling grind with ridiculous fast, exponential increase in resource requirements. The research requirements quickly got silly. The 120minute limit on idle mining is FRUSTRATING and SILLY given the game is called IDLE plant miner. AND when the game asks if you’re enjoying it, if you click “no” you don’t get prompted to review - clearly an attempt to skew reviews rather than seek to improve..Version: v2.0.13
✓ Diddles with yer vpnFairly nice idle game but for some reason absolutely will not work with vpn enabled. Tried it on two devices using Nord vpn but after a couple of hours it sends the vpn haywire and your device won’t connect to the internet either using Wi-Fi or mobile signal. You have to reset everything then not play the game cos it will crash your vpn again. One of the power-up tasks asks you not to use vpn…I guess they must just love harvesting your personal data. ✓ DownfallSince this game doesn’t save to the cloud all progress is lost upon deletion. Restoring purchase and contacting support circumvented this issue. Now restore purchases button no longer works and the customer support has taken a massive hit in it’s service. 5 years ago when I first contacted I was given say day resolution, even bonus stuff for the issue I had. 5 years later same issue occurred. I contacted support, took two days for a response. I gave player ID in my first message. They asked me for it again and then had to wait 4 more days. Then was told they needed the receipts, 5 years ago all they needed was my player ID since it had my purchases on it. Back and forth between the support I’ve noticed more and more that I’m not even talking to anyone but I bot since I keep getting the same responses and it never acknowledged the picture of my in game account. Sad to see 5 years of gameplay and $20 gone but the service has died when it used to be the best..Version: 1.27.13

✓ A good startHot take: Galaxy sale mechanic forces replay of the early game too often. Resource panel doesn’t show as much info as it could/should (e.g. alloy rates / sec.) Resource panel sometimes shows incorrect stats (it says I’ve collected roughly half the silver that I’ve actually collected; doesn’t appear to update calculations properly during some boosts.) Detection of idle time breaks occasionally (I just lost 2 hours of progress because of this.) Severely reduced rate of mining when game is minimized forces having the game open with nothing to _do_ except wait. 8-hour spans between market transitions are super long in the context of “I have to keep the game open to make progress.” More frequent market transitions would give more to do while waiting. I spent time trying to figure out where my manager of public schools perk went, going through Projects, etc., to find that it was actually a manager from a public school. Consider “Manager (Public school)” etc. In the “Alloys” page of Resources, “Aluminum bar” text is wide enough on iPhone 11 Max Pro that it overlays the count column. Please please add confirmation when buying boosts. I just wasted a bunch of dark matter because I accidentally tapped a “buy” button..Version: v1.11.1

✓ Pornographic ads you must watch to advanceI got this game to play with my 8 year old. It’s says it’s rated for ages 4 and up. The ads are for sexually overt trashy games where you can be a gynecologist, or just touch busty women. I’m not a prude by any means, but this isn’t appropriate for young kids. And you must watch the ads to get money to advance the game. OTHERWISE, pretty awesome game. If ads are linked to advancement, then don’t say it’s appropriate for kids. It’s that simple. And yes I know you can pay to avoid ads but I’m trying to teach the lesson that we aren’t buying shortcuts, that we’ll be patient and persist..Version: v1.7.15

Game often does not progress with app closed, so you often will not make any progress overnight or sometimes during the day. ✓ Great gameThis is a rather good idle game, you don’t get bored of it that easily and with the expansions they’ve added there’s a lot more research you can do that clearly affects how you play. They’ve even moved things around in the UI a bit to make them easier to access and added some stuff. The only thing that I can really say that’s bad about this game is how there are a few more adds than there used to be. Now don’t get me wrong, moving a power up that you can get by watching an add isn’t a bad idea, but changing the daily reward feature to one that uses adds to claim when there’s a limit on the amount of adds that you can watch daily is annoying. Just adding that feature was annoying, and what I really liked about it was that you always got a reward every day even when you couldn’t connect to the internet, this game being rather entertaining during such a time as it can give you a range of rewards such as the secondary currency or even power ups that could drastically reduce time needed to craft stuff which for an area in the countryside the fact that I could have most of the advantages of the city was really nice and made this game one that stayed for about half a year I think, since March 26th 2019 really. Also, a iCloud backup feature would be very good as I had to restart my entire game once and that was a bummer that I couldn’t get it back as I didn’t have the player ID for a myriad of reasons, but that’s probably in part my fault for not saving the ID. It was then that I stopped playing the game for a while until I reinstalled it. I wouldn’t have minded to replay the game had I had more than one copy of it, but alas I only had one and there was no way to backup, unlike EggsInc, another great idle game which has a backup feature. The big problem was that I uninstalled a lot of the apps on my phone for some reason I can’t exactly remember now and I lost the data. That was sad..Version: v1.5.1
✓ Ad rewards overwriting each otherDear Devs, I'd've gone with a higher rating, but lately it seems there is a very old bug (that no one seems to've *ever* picked before...), in which ads are offered back-to-back, but oft times the reward for the second ad is actually different (which isn't an issue... normally) to the first one - in many cases the cash reward for buying planets & ore-based upgrades is necessary... yet the reward for the next ad (being dark matter) is often credited for *both* ads viewed - this has caused my game to stall due to the numerous times the correct reward was replaced incorrectly by the next ad's reward! PS, don't worry, i know the developers of this game (like many others) never read these reviews, instead only serving to highlight the issues to would-be new players!.Version: 1.3.5
