✓ App not optimized for iPhone X and upDue to the nature of the indent in the top of the screen of the iPhone X and 11, and the application attempting to fill the full screen, the perk bar and button are hidden from view. Additionally due to the replacement of the home button with the swipe bar, the bottom menu buttons are also hard to use efficiently. The gameplay is really addicting though, and should the issues be fixed I would definitely give the app a 5 star review but due to the issues stated above, it is hard to play on the newer phones..Version: 1.1.20
✓ Terrible bug with offline incomeI would rate this game higher save for the fact that there’s this terrible bug where the game will take my income while the app is closed and ask if I want to double it by watching an ad. I do so, and instead of giving me the double amount, it multiplies the amount by 2 and...somehow gets zero? And I get nothing? That’s actually -discouraging- me from clicking the ad, which sounds counterproductive to your business model. You don’t seem to have a help or customer support so I’ll just put this as my review. ✓ Could be betterBeen playing for about a year now. How it is now is how it’s been since the beginning. It gets really stale and the only reason I’ve been playing I hoping to see what other cards there are but frankly at this point, I don’t think there is any. Supposedly there’s 30 different cards to acquire and level up. Supposedly. Every time you buy another card with earned diamonds, you get the same 15. All. The. Time. Nothing new. Ever. Then there’s no new content. No events, no puzzles. Just sit back and watch your ball get stuck until you level up the board. I think I’ve seen maybe four updates for this. So unless you enjoy watching balls do nothing, this isn’t the “game” for you..Version: v1.7.13

✓ “Zen Idle” is not so Idle...I enjoy the game a decent amount because I’m a busy person and can’t play the game consistently, but what I’ve figured out is that you make substantially less if you were to just play idle instead of leaving the game open. For a game marketing itself on being idle, it’s pretty frustrating not being able to progress further because your limitations are based on actively playing. I hope this can get fixed for the future as I really do enjoy the concept and upgrade system of this game..Version: 1.1.32

That needs to be more prestigious and more levels or some kind of endgame because it eventually gets to the point where you’re producing so many balls that the system just grind to a halt. ✓ VIP Ball ChangeThey decided to fix the VIP balls multiplying with the gate splitting and now all the people who got so high using that keep their progress that would be impossible without that glitch. Now everyone is basically stuck where they are. Lower people will never be able to come close to the higher people. I see why they want to fix it but this will most likely ruin the game for almost everyone. That’s part of what made the game fun. Such fast increases were cool to see and you had to do research to figure out how to really progress in the game. ✓ It’s an ok gameIt’s not a game that forces ads down your throat, you do have options of watching ads for more money etc. it’s not really a game to sit on for too long of a time. Just a heads up DO NOT do any in game offers to earn gems such as surveys or aping the wheel. It is all a scam, these websites get all your data, you answer stupid questions, you get 1 wrong and you have to redo the survey. I spent at least an hour on one no joke and who knows how much info they got from my phone. It’s a scam a ripoff and should ABSOLUTELY BE REMOVED AS AN OPTION. ✓ Almost Faithful recreation of the original idle zenIt's missing a few features of the original game though. There doesn't seem to be a point to being active in the game aside from upgrading. If tapping the bubbles gave a small boost to profits, it would give you a reason to "play" when we can't upgrade. Edit: after playing for a few weeks, prestige is so slow, you barely advance, as of right now, I only add about 1.5 point to my multiplier each prestige, and I'm already at 12. Adding only 1.5 at that point will barely make a difference. Needs tweaking and balancing.Version: 1.1.13
✓ Message to developersHi I’m having a bug where I had previously purchased the $10 remove ads but now the game is still giving me ads. The reason is because I deleted the game and re-downloaded it in order to start over but now the ads are back. I tried hitting the restore purchase button 1,000 times but it doesn’t do anything. ✓ Pay to playI paid for the 2x bonus when collecting from coming back into the game, but the game stops counting at 240 min max, so you need to come in and check it at least every 4 hrs and overnight you are not getting the full points. Progress is tediously slow to upgrade balls, you basically have to sit with the app open and catch a money ball and coin rewards that pop up to get anywhere since the idle time is wasted. Then they try to get you to buy gems to upgrade the balls.Version: v1.10.2

✓ Not optimized for iPhone 11I downloaded this game when I still had my iPhone 7 and when I switched to an iPhone 11 I noticed that the display is just a zoomed in version of the iPhone 7 version. This causes problems with balls getting stuck in places they shouldn’t because the path is too small due to the change in format. I also have this issue with the geyser section because the bottom platforms don’t spray the way they’re supposed to. A solution I think would work is either allowing the zoom feature to reveal more of the map or adding bars on the top and bottom to keep the main screen the same aspect ratio as the iPhone 7. Also because this wasn’t tested on iPhone 11 it’s harder for me to access the perks because they’re right at the top of the screen where the little notch is on the 11..Version: 1.1.32

✓ Good game, but could do with improvementsI really like this take on an idle game, and I enjoy the progression, but so far there’s one problem I’ve seen almost immediately. Balls get stuck really easily, and it blocks others from getting down. There’s no benefit to letting the blockade grow as more balls get stuck on it, and it ruins the “Zen” feeling to have to get rid of blockades constantly. An idea to possibly help this is to give the balls a “lifespan”, where if they don’t reach a checkpoint or the end within a certain amount of time, they’ll disappear. There are some minor bugs that make the game less enjoyable however. On the iPhone 11 (or any device without a 16:9 screen such as the iPhone 8, Galaxy S8, etc) the channel is too narrow and obstacles are to big. On an iPad (9.7”, 4:3 aspect ratio) the channel is too wide and some obstacles do not work as intended. The developer is calculating the width based on the screen height rather than a fixed size. The monetisation is much more aggressive too, which would be understandable if the game was more original. However, the game is incredibly well implemented and the original features, such as the card system and challenges, are well designed and implemented. My only gripe with these systems is their purpose as money makers rather than gameplay enhancement. All in all, the game gets a 3/5. ✓ PointlessI have been playing the game for months now and these “massive” prestige bonuses do not do what they say. I am prestige 300 and it feels like it has no effect on anything. It’s the same piece of crap level every single time and I keep playing hoping something will change. You might think your prestige bonuses will add up but it’s just as hard to get plus 2 prestige 3 months later as it was when I first got the game. The fourth ball you unlock has a value that no other ball can come close to matching. I can’t explain how frustrating that is when you grind for weeks just to unlock the next ball and it can’t even make 1/4th of what the other one can. Another issue I have is the useless perks they give when you level up every prestige. There’s only 3 perks that make a difference in how much money you make per second. And even those only add .01% value to your current standing. Anyone who left a good review for this game played it for a week and wrote about how amazing it was.
