✓ Still have adds after payingThe app it’s self I like and think it works really we. Why it’s getting such a low score is I paid £3.49 to remove the adds. Now I admit it’s not a fortune but the price is not the point, it’s the fact that I paid for no more adds and what is still at the bottom of the page…an add. Why exactly did I pay for adds to be removed when there are still adds showing? To be honest I want a refund and I’ll just go back to the add version instead of the supposed add free version…with adds..Version: 1.84

✓ Was great, now no longer connects auto or manualUsed to love this app, especially having a little one who loves to hide the actual Sky remote. Since the latest update I haven’t been able to connect to the Sky box at all. I’ve tried disconnecting my phone and box from the Wi-fi and then reconnecting and I’ve tried both auto and manual IP address connections, nothing happens. Such a shame. It would be amazing if this app became useable again!.Version: 1.84
✓ SoundsThe app is great , what lets it down is the ads , if an ad has sound it constantly plays it and you cannot stop it , as long as you have the remote open the sound from the ads (even if you close the ad) continues until you shut the remote app , only way to stop it is to pay £3.99 to stop ads , because of this i no longer have the remote app as i have uninstalled it , shame really as it is good..Version: 6.1

✓ The new version is very confusingThe old version was amazing, absolutely loved it! But now with the new version, the tv in my room doesn’t come up - but the tv downstairs does and I can control it from upstairs which is very confusing when I’m trying to find another tv. It’s also showing me all these other devices that I’ve never seen before, so not sure if they’re my neighbour? Very very confused. Can’t control my tv now.Version: 5.3

✓ Can’t get it to workSky box is connected to internet by Ethernet cable and iPad via wireless to the same modem however can not get it to work on Sky tv nz. I realise it says bot( need to on the same network but suspect being wired is the issue..Version: 1.36
✓ Ruined a great appLatest updates have removed the touchpad link on the basic remote view. Worse still, the touchpad option has no home or back buttons! It is now a pain to firstly get to the touch pad and then it is impossible to access the main menu! Much easier to go and get the actual remote now! Please restore the last version….. New updates have not fixed my issue! I still cannot access the touchpad remote other than via a menu choice…nowhere near as simple as before, and it is not possible to exit , or go back, via the touch pad. Unusable now, so will be deleting..Version: 5.3
✓ Great App very helpfulCan’t fault the app controller at all works incredibly well and has help me massively since the dog chewed the controller. HOWEVER …. The reason for this rating is that the app has started playing music while you’re using it, not only is this extremely annoying but as far as I can see there is no way of muting/turning it off so whenever I want to change the channel I have to listen to it. I’m sure if you was to pay to have the ad free version this wouldn’t be an issue but I’m to cheap to pay it when I have a new controller coming tomorrow.Version: 6.1
