✓ No Reason Not To DownloadI play a lot of rhythm games, but this one is straight up amazing. I truly recommend this to any other rhythm game lovers. The design is smooth, it’s not laggy, and the songs are cool so far. Not to mention, you don’t have to buy songs or items to unlock songs unlike some games (*COuGh VOEZ) to truly enjoy it, it’s FREE. The rotating judgment line was weird at first (games like Lanota have a basis of the hit area being a circle and such I’ve never really seen rotating judgement lines) but it’s not that hard once you start practicing and anticipating the notes. One suggestion though, instead of just one sound effect maybe have multiple in the future? I notice that most rhythm games don’t have that feature and it’s nice to have more than one sound effect to use sometimes. Overall though, this game is great..Version: 1.1.0

✓ BangerEasily The best rhythm game out there. Every Level is different whether it’s feeling, music or gimmick. There are gimmicks in almost all levels. Also the it’s completely free with no ads nor in app purchases. The developers also interact a lot with their player base through discord etc. and they always do what they can to improve the game without ever thinking about money. ✓ Great game that never ceases to disappointI love the concept of the whole game with the moving judgement line and in game currency. You can replay songs over and over again with different difficulty levels so it never becomes too easy. The art is original and amazing and the whole layout of game is gorgeous. I do have a few suggestions for the next update. 1. In both the profile and selection screen it does not record phi and full combo scores. I have about 4 or 5 phi scores but only says I have one. Sometimes the screen says it’s all 0. 2. Add a contact link and or option in settings - for the first suggestion I immediately went to settings to contact the company but there is no option. The support link in the App Store is disabled and the only way to fix the problem is wait for someone else to complain, write a review here and hope for the company to see it here, or dm on Twitter. There is no guarantee that they will see my suggestions on both platforms but it’s worth a try. I just think it would be less of a hassle if the contact for bugs problem was in game But this doesn’t dissuade me from the game, I love it regardless. These suggestions are small and more just nit picking. Please give this unique game a try..Version: 1.6.7

✓ Flippin awesomeIn the mass majority of rhythm games, I came across this after finishing Cytus II. I just wanted to say it's almost a completely different experience, yet so familiar at the same time. I like how the judgement bar moves erratically and even multiplies. ✓ An amazing rhythm game.I say this with pure honesty, you should be playing rhythm games like this, rather than some of the other garbage like piano tiles or whatever else there is. To say it briefly, this game has an amazing and wide range of songs, with difficulty’s best suit for beginners and people who are really good alike. The mechanics of the game were so different to other rhythm games that I play that I had lots of trouble getting invested in the game. Eventually, I started playing it every once in a while while on break at work or at school. ✓ An incredibly fun experience!Okay, I don’t normally write reviews for games, but since this is such an unknown gem, I’m going to write one. Phigros is an amazing mix of gameplay, similar to Dynamix and Cytus. But different at the same time. This bar feature is incredibly fun and unique, and is used greatly in songs. From it glitching out to the soundtrack or it switching up upside down. The songs are also great, giving challenges but also great tunes to listen to. Hopefully in the future, we’ll see more songs and such. Though, these tracks so far are still incredibly fun and enjoyable. My only complaint is like another comment, being the start button. It’s kind of hard to figure it out where it is, especially as a beginner. Other then that, this game is just... amazing! ✓ One of the bestWhere do I even start? This game has very fun tracks with different styles. Very good game to start your rhythm game career. The game’s tracks vary in difficulty. If you’re wondering when you’re downloading it or you’re just starting, I do recommend an IPad or tablet because of the big screen. And, don’t get into the habit of using only two thumbs. Trust me. ✓ Great gameThis is such an amazing game i have very little to say and its so close to being five stars for me. First of all the idea is just amazing. I love the gameplay concepts and the charts, its a really good song collection as well, i have to point it out. I do however have a few concerns. First of all, i do find the movement of the judgement line rather unnatural, probably because it only has linear movement. Im guessing it would be a lot more appealing if you could have some sort of easing with the lines, similar to lanota’s camera movement. Another issue is the graphic element of the game. Dont get me wrong, it looks really good and even better since this is just a new game, but in comparison to games like arcaea and cytus ii it is quite lacking. No worries however, as i only find it as a minor polishing touch. A very easy fix however would be the addition of note speed adjustment in the settings, and maybe use some actual tips, because they are indeed very funny but occasionally some aspects of the game are unintuitive and some real tips would be helpful. ✓ WowWhere do I even begin? First off, everything in this game is free. No paywalls, no stamina system, no gambling, no in-app purchases or paid songs, and especially no ads. The only thing standing between you and the hardest songs in the game is your skill. The game’s interesting mechanics leave every song fresh and interesting, with some offering new avenues you might not have expected to see. Every new song is an opportunity to find a new pattern to learn, a new gimmick to read, and a new banger to add to the playlist. I could not recommend this game enough to anyone even tangentially related to rhythm games, and this is an absolute must-play. The entries in the “story” section don’t seem to connect to each other and confused me a lot (连忙捡起中文字典 ಥ_ಥ playing this in Chinese is too hard on me help) It’s probably better to look at it as a collection of scraps of writing and poems. ✓ Best IOS Rhythm Game EverWhere do I begin.. I’ve been playing rhythm games ever since I was a child, whether that be DDR, Groove Coaster, Sound Voltex.. More modernly, Love Live, Bang Dream, D4DJ, PJSekai. What this game does differently than what the modern rhythm games do is the lack of a story mode which I am eternally thankful for. I’m not interested in skipping stories just to be able to gain more songs. This is what is the biggest con in the game for me, the emphasis on actual gameplay instead of mundane stories about the characters that I have zero interest in. The song selection is one of the best I have seen in rhythm games, of which I would compare to Sound Voltex, filled to the brim with Japanese composed EDM tracks. I also enjoy the rotation of the maps, it always keeps me on my toes as I am playing new maps and I expect the unexpected. All in all, a great game, great song selection, great gameplay. I used to be confused about this problem until I found the 7th song (Leave all behind) in Chapter 5. ✓ The new revisit function is not workingThe game itself runs perfectly fine, but when i try using the revisit function it only works as it does when you first play chapter 8 until the destruction 3 2 1 cutscene. on my first replay it worked perfectly fine but on the second and beyond it did not play, but let me go to the song anyways. however, every time it got to the pre-distorted fate scene, it would not work and i could not even get to the song. either the button would show up but the scene would not play, everything but the button would show up and lock me in the “button” screen, or i would be on a black screen and be softlocked every time. ive tried out the revisit function 4 times and have not been able to get to distored fate a single time. i hope this will be fixed eventually as i love chapter 8 and want to be able to re-experience it :(.Version: 3.5.0
✓ Why is it so good?Ok, for people who are wondering why I think this game is good, there are a few reasons. 1: uses a lot of brain energy to crack out the enigmas. It has just the right level of difficulty, and as a puzzle lover, I was just so happy that this wasn’t just a tap-kind game 2: excellent music, personal favorite 996 ;) 3: levels of difficulty are just enough for some extreme beginners to play, but you also have those extremely difficult ones for experts 4: complete f2p hehehehehehe The only thing I was kinda wary was the fact that some of the puzzles were in Chinese, and even though I did learn some, I still have to use google translate to understand. ✓ Try it outI don’t normally review games on the app store but after completing the story chapters of Phigros I can tell you this rythm game exceeded my expectations, introducing me to great songs with engaging gameplay to compliment it. To me it’s obvious that the developers care about this game, after all new songs are still being added and to unlock them you just have to have earned enough points through playing the game. You shouldn’t find yourself ever needing to grind for these points however because there’s no in app purchases it’s actually very easy to unlock new songs once you get used to getting high scores. Judging from how few ratings and reviews this game has not many people have tried Phigros so I recommend you try it out, after all you’ve read this far into a review of a free game..Version: 1.2.5
✓ I can’t unlock distorted fate.I love this game and I’ve been playing it for around a year now. I have a score of 12.72 and I don’t plan on resetting. My problem has been with the distorted fate cutscene. The first “start” shows up normally but after I click start, my screen turns black and the cutscene doesn’t load up. I’ve tried over 20 times by now and tried low res mode, turning the brightness down and other combinations and nothing worked. I’m on a iPhone 14pro. I also tried this on my almost 5 year old tablet and the cutscene worked it was a it laggy but it loaded up as normal and I could play the level. ✓ Pretty strong startThe moving line gimmick takes a bit of getting used to, but after a while it gets to be pretty fun. As someone who has played numerous rhythm games, I would rank the mechanics of this one up there. Some of the charts are a bit too quirky though to the point that they almost abuse the mechanics, such as moving the holds around without warning (would recommend something which indicates where the holds move to ahead of time kind of like VOEZ does) or making the line jump a bit too suddenly so as to limit note visibility, but generally these aren’t too common. Overall, once you learn the charts, I would say that as of right now it is one of the easier rhythm games out there, so it’s a good one to start with. ✓ Perfection for a rhythm gameThere isn’t much to say, the game is awesome and I love the random speed changes and when the ‘judgement line’ starts flying around the screen, making sure that you are always ready for what comes next. ✓ Amazing game, highly recommend!I’ve literally never written a review for a game before, but this one is SO GOOD, I just had to. First off, it is so creative and I love the entire concept. The art is beautiful, the gameplay is challenging, and the music is great. I love how much better the quality of art has gotten too! I play this on my I-Pad so the art used to look very pixilated, but now it looks great! And the hints make me laugh too, so kudos to whoever write them. I recommend getting this game if you like rhythm games, and especially if you like Cytus and/or Cytus II since it has the same hit-line concept. ✓ Great gameThis is a really fun and challenging rhythm game with great music and difficulties and I really love it a lot. Some changes I don’t understand though is why the sudden removal of the ability to see your ranking, I really wanted to see where I was ranked at in the system but then noticed that I couldn’t look at the ranking anymore and what percentage I am at out of all the players who own this game. And an improvement that I could recommend is the option to create an account and save your progress, for example using Game Center or an email account. ✓ 2 years and still going strongI've been playing this game for about 2 years now and it's amazing to see how far it's come. It's easier to navigate through all the songs at once, many older and clunkier charts have been revamped, and there's a challenge mode with a stricter scoring system, to name a few things. Not to mention we finally have CLOUD SAVE FUNCTION! Even still, the most surprising thing is that the game is still completely free. As much as I enjoy free stuff, I find it almost suspicious that there aren't any IAPs. Makes me wonder how they get the funds for all these big updates and collabs with other rhythm games... To get back on topic, I have enjoyed playing Phigros for the last 2 years and I hope it gets even better! Thank you Pigeon Games developers!!.Version: 2.4.0
