✓ WebkinzThe games are fine but the graphics and movement reminds me of paw patrol-the pets seem very preschool like in their clapping etc on login screen etc. The games are ok but the entire Webkinz map and things to do seem too much & very difficult to manage on my phone screen…. I like the classic much better -I play Webkinz for the games not so much for making a cactus wall craft..Version: 2.20.2

✓ Long Time Webkinz Fan Approved!I’ve been playing Webkinz since almost the beginning. Since 2009! Ganz is an amazing company, this re-imagining of the classic game is very faithful to the original. I feel like it allows Ganz to more easily and actively respond to their players having the game be mobile friendly. Everything is smooth and the gameplay is very fun and sweet. There’s surprisingly a lot to do at this point even though they are still working on the game and adding more features. Very similar to how the original game was back in the 2000’s! I couldn’t be happier with how Ganz is handling Webkinz’s legacy, the fact that they took the time to port the original into a desktop app. Along with pouring so much love into this new game! I’m supporting Ganz as long as i can, and you should too! This is such a fun game and it’s honestly the best thing to come out of the 2020’s! Play it now!.Version: 2.27.1
✓ Awesome Game!I have played Webkinz Classic ever since I was a kid. I’d heard of Next but until recently wasn’t interested in trying it. Boy do I regret not playing since the start! It’s a great game, different from Classic and you can do all the things on the phone app, unlike Classic which you need a computer to fully experience! I like being able to have baby pets, but I wish we could add sparks to a pet instead of needing to buy multiple basic pets to have all the genetics to play around with. I’m autistic and it also bugs me to have an odd number of sparks. It will always be odd numbered no matter how many pets you buy! ✓ Just needs a bit of workI love the direction this game is going! and i really think it’s gonna revive webkinz to a newer generation. however there are a lot of bugs that need to be fixed, but that’s understandable because the game is still very new. as someone who grew up with webkinz classic i’m very excited to see what’s in store for the future. you’re only going up from here!!!!.Version: 1.2
✓ Work in ProgressThis game has a lot of potential, they just need to keep working on it, it’s fairly new still. They just need time for more updates. I just REALLY hope they add click-to-drag in the houses. walking between the rooms is kind of annoying. The baby system is really cool. I’m just glad they’re keeping the old game too. ✓ It’s okWebkinz v2 is ok. I do like the decorating features as well as rotations of items. The pets themselves are average. They lack the charm of Classic pets. The bare-bones games and activities need to be increased soon. I get that this game is new, but so far it’s only fun for a few minutes after you log in. ✓ A new twist is so fun and addictingIm an OG classic user and i am obsessed with Next on mobile. its so much fun with the battle pass and challenges and the open world, community events, sparking babies, and all the new items. it took me a bit to get the hang of but i actually prefer this over classic now. it’s too good and too fun. im obsessed..Version: 2.44.0

✓ Better than the original!As an adult who grew up playing the PC version, I was so upset when I logged in to find the Classic game had become mainly about having eStore points and being a member. There’s almost nothing to do on there now. I do love the layout of this game though more than the first one. It seems like there’s way more interaction throughout the whole town. I always felt like the original was fun to do the daily things like Wheel of Wow, Gem hunts, and Wishing Well. But this is giving me fun tasks that makes it even better! I just wish my game wouldn’t freeze every time I go into the arcade. I have a few tasks right now requiring me to play games, and can’t compete them but my screen freezes every time :(. Other than that it’s a total win for me!.Version: 2.26.0

✓ Great app, still needs small adjustmentsSo, I grew up playing Webkinz and if you’re like me and looking for nostalgia, I would recommend playing classic over this. However, they still have a lot of “old” features and games from the original that I enjoy. Because of the rebranding and new design choices, it may take some time to get used to if that is what you goal is. Overall, the app works well and the games are entertaining, even as a 20-some year old. I do see how it has potential, and this is why I gave it 4 stars. When the universe expands more (more games, more pet options, etc), I could see it being better than the original. That said, we aren’t there yet, so at will give it a 4/5. If you hear someone complaining about graphics, it’s probably because they just miss the old version. It took myself some getting used to as well, but you have to see it for what it is. With that said, I would love to see some older stuff come back such as the board games they could keep in their house, a few of the old arcade games, and overall more decoration options to buy..Version: 2.23.2

✓ Addicting but stillSo my last review on here was a bit negative. The game has really grown on me though. I’ve already gotten a baby pet and holy hell is it adorable! I really wish that I can see my previous pets. I am a deluxe member on the account that I used to log into webkinz next. I wish I could pet the baby though! And I kinda wish pets kept their sparks so I can keep breeding and getting new combinations but then I’d have too many pets lol.Version: 1.3.0
✓ Love it but it could be improvedI love this game but it is difficult to stay interested because it’s so difficult to earn kinzcash. There are too many limits (only 6 games of each game can be played per day, cops can only be harvested 10 times, etc.) and in the end I end up leaning more towards games that are easier to earn money in because that’s the main interest of mine in most games like this. ✓ BoringThe app very seldom changes. There is no excitement like Webkinz Classic that offers new things very frequently. The newest thing is the academy which after a few weeks has lost it’s luster. No new games, limit to playing only 3 times daily per pet and very few dollars to be earned. There is no reasoning behind how to enter a plant in the competition. The challenges stop once one gets to adding a baby. Not everyone wants to add a baby to their family. I thought that Next would be a change of pace, but it has gotten very boring. Why can’t the Wheel of Wow be upgraded or changed much more frequently? It can’t be that hard to add new items..Version: 2.43.1
✓ NostalgicAs someone who is 22 and played the og webkinz as a child and collected so many, this app is so amazing for the nostalgia and vibes while also being different and better in all the ways I always wanted when I was a kid, plus so many more new fun things I never thought of. I'm so excited for the webkinz academy to be up and running and see what they do with the town hall. The games are so fun and I love the new seasons aspect as well as the fantastic things (snowman, flower, etc)..Version: 2.27.1
✓ Bring back Mazin’ HamstersWebkinz Next would be a great platform for Mazin’ Hamsters to be revamped. I don’t really understand the snowman and flower building seasons and those mostly glitch all the time. I think Mazin’ Hamsters would be better than the snowman and flower watering event. It’s a shame that veteran players do not have the option to transfer their pets from Webkinz Classic, I would also like to see some movement on this as well. Overall, great game just wish it filled in the holes of Webkinz Classic a bit more!.Version: 2.33
✓ Not as good as classicFirst of all over half the game is just loading you can’t going anywhere without bumping into people the only reason I downloaded it was to chat with my friend which was really fun but it isn’t really that “ new “ the only really new thing about it is that is the drawings ;chatting ; and trading stuff but if I really wanted to do that I should have downloaded Roblox instead and I can’t believe they switched ms. Birdie for ms. Biscuits 😡classic is better they really should change some stuff about this game It’s good and all but it’s not really that great and just the day after it said it was updating and I couldn’t get on it till 2:00 pm 😡😡 And worse of all instead of the soft plushies they have stuffed animal things with ugly big eyes and the drawings on Webkinz next are really creepy classic and classic is way more fun.Version: 2.44.0

✓ Much better than I expectedI decided to try out the new Webkinz game. The graphics are gorgeous with the exception of the pet. The pet looks okay in the right corner, but when you’re walking around, your pets eyes look kind of creepy. However, the gameplay seems really fun. There’s a bunch of quests that you can do. You can also walk (or ride) through downtown Kinzville. The new park is really nice and realistic and has an awesome carousel. The games have limited numbers of plays a day, but it’s not a big deal..Version: 1.7.2
✓ Love it!I love that they are bringing back webkinz. my older sister loved webkinz as a kid and all of her webkinz are now mine too. I have 4 webkinz and to see them on my screen and next to me is so cool! I love that there are so many things to do and see in the new game. The old game had some glitches on my iPad but the new one has no problems. I love the friend aspect a I can play with other people who like webkinz to! Kind of like Roblox. ✓ Stupendous with a lil work to be donePlayed this game for days on end love the in game apps at the arcade, waiting for the rest of the town to develop for more fun! Although I Wish there was an option for smaller and larger room sizes for decorating the house, also a lil sus with the ‘ichi ban’ theme name for the Japanese room. Need to add more games to the arcade like the classic Milk Money and bananza! Wish we where able to bath our pets like in the original game and wash their teeth it was a fun and interactive part of the game..Version: 1.2.5

✓ Still needs some love!I started playing Webkinz when it first came out, on PC. I had collected upwards of 50 plush toys and spent waaaay more time in-game than I probably should have lol. The daily login incentives (Wheel of Wow; Wishing Well; Jumbleberry Fields; Bingo; etc etc) and tournaments (especially Goober’s Lab; the cooking competition; and the fashion game) were some of the main draw-ins for me. I recently picked the game back up, and now I explore both Classic and Next daily (right back to that way more time than I should category 😅😂). I still definitely prefer Classic, but as a prior review read, Next has so much potential! Many kids have access to a phone/tablet before a computer these days, and the controls I struggled with as a kid could be easily mastered on an app for the targeted age range. One of my main lacks with Next is the lack of the daily login essentials. I can’t wait to see how this game grows ♥️.Version: 2.21.0
✓ Decent but could use improvementsIt’s a new game so it’ll be awhile but it’s good for what it is and the update fixes most of the bugs currently and we get 6 plays a day after tutorial with free play coins gained off missions and you guys are eventually adding real pets with codes and continuing to update webkinz classic so these are all wonderful things so far and you only charge around 20$ for babies which was the same as a regular plush toy so so far so good but hoping to see more content and can’t wait for the curio shop etc you’re adding in the future.Version: 1.2.5
