✓ Love this gameHave been playing on and off for almost a year. I absolutely love this game and wish they would have some updates or new classes/races. I’d definitely pay to unlock those. I got the most usability for my buck out of this game. Highly recommend if you are into these type of card games as it’s the best one out there. (Similar to night of the full moon with more sepia/artsy graphics versus full moon being more modern looking).Version: 1.90
✓ Great gameBig fan of deck builders and this one is no exception. A few issues op up here and there. The last boss against certain builds seems to be almost impossible, and about 1/3 times I fight him, he somehow turns my entire deck into skeletons. Like the entire deck. I pick 5 skeletons on my turn, he gets another free turn, I go, and I pick 5 more skeletons. I’ve chased his cards and he does NOT have a card that says “automatically end the game by turning your opponent’s deck into a worthless pile of monsters.” Like... I can kill the third level boss and barely take a point of damage, and then the Lich will kill me with barely a scratch on him. Balancing needs help..Version: 1.52
✓ Great gameThis is a fantastic title and what I would call is the dark souls of games, criticism here is your mana should refresh like your actions do, instead of only being limited if you don’t own a mana recharge card -_-.Version: 1.73.2
✓ Best Card Roguelike on AppStore!There’s so much going on in this game, from fusing cards together to changing character path mid game, also tons of characters and classes. It ups the ante for all roguelike deck builders. The game is great, 2.99 is a steal. Gg devs Need to vent a little: Just did a run, was three lvls deep and went up against the kraken with tons of necrotic spells and it played one card that took all my mana (16). Game over just like that, I couldn’t do anything. Seems a bit excessive..Version: 1.49

✓ This is what mobile games should be likeDollar for dollar I’ve had more fun with this game than any other iOS title in quite some time. Easy to learn and difficult to master. No cloud based online only bs so you can pick up and play and quickly close it out to do something else on your phone without losing progress. I do wish certain systems like the quiver, souls, and other skills had a better explanation from the get go. I would also like for it to be more obvious what the gameplay differences are from one race/class to the next, but I suppose the vague descriptions encourage the player to try each one and find out. Wonderful game overall and a great value at $2.99.Version: 1.52
✓ Amazing gameIt is free. It is really good. More diversity than Slay the Spire but without the animation and more card focused. By the end you want to play again. And it is free. There are supposedly paid races and classes that I have not ran into yet. I have two full playthroughs with basic races and classes. I think some of the other races and classes are the paid content. Definitely worth giving the devs money and probably will search for a way to do so soon..Version: 1.73.2

Need Landscape Mode, especially when you have a lot of cards (swiping left to right to get to a specific card led to too many FAT FINGER mistakes!!) 2. Really poor documentation to get player up to speed; learning curve was unnecessarily too steep 3. Only one save file. Seriously?! You can’t create five (5) separate game files in case I want to switch Classes, etc. How about one save file per class. 4. One “default” mode: I miss the days of at least 5 different levels from Easy to “Nearly Impossible” Fix the negatives and I will gift the game to my friends. Nice simple game that takes about a few minutes (if you die fast) to a few hours to kill the last Boss Mob. Thanks for the game..Version: 1.88
✓ RiggedThis is a really good game. There are some very confusing aspects I have encountered while playing around with my deck, and some random events I have encountered are not so random. There is an event that, if chosen, will make you discard a card out of three randomly chosen cards. After discarding one of my cards, usually being one of three valuable cards, I then get a merchant or treasure chest that never fails to replicate the card I chose to discard from the random event. After several of these types of encounters I have concluded that this game, having much deep strategy, tactical thinking, and challenging choices, is also calculated in such a way ( I’m guessing at the very start of battle) that you already have a chosen percentage of defeating the final boss, or really any foe that you encounter. Similar to how the random event is not so random..Version: 1.62

✓ 5 BUT Couldn’t keep my enthusiasmI gave this 5 stars because maybe it’s just me that feels this way. I love card rpg games, although on this one it fell a little short for me. Maybe it’s because there are so many card rpg games out there but there is nothing that really sets this game apart from the others. I think it would have kept my attention if there was some actual cut scenes or showed some sort of attack between players. There just to me seemed to be lacking a lot and got very boring to me fast, couldn’t keep my enthusiasm. Again I still have 5 stars because there are a huge amount of people out there that love the game so it could just be me and my high standards for game now a days. With graphics and sound for games these days this just seems very basic. Feel free to pay and try though you may be presently surprised..Version: 1.49

When you play as a mage/elf you get the splice perk. This lets you fuse two cards. If it’s a perk then why would you charge money after the first use? ✓ A deep and interesting game with no annoying In-app purchases!I have gotten a LOT of enjoyment and replay-ability from this game. The combinations to choose from for your hero allow for some really interesting interactions. You can experiment with different classes and powers, which can be enhanced by the cards you can find or get from the Blacksmith. The game benefits from interesting features like occasional random events, and unlockable cards each time you defeat bosses, even if you don’t win with a particular hero. Very similar to Meteorfall in structure but a little more complex, so if you like that, this will be your jam. Text is just a wee bit uncomfortably small but you get used to it. ✓ Excellent, really fun game!I’ve really enjoyed this game - hard enough with enough variety to be replayable and no in-game $$! I’ve won with every race/class (except Bard). It can be annoying to get through all 3 locations, only to get slaughtered by the Lich, but keep tweaking and it can be done. Fun card game!.Version: 1.55
✓ Awesome supportI recently found Night of the Full Moon and fell in love with the game. This game is a wonderful copy of that game. It has more options to start. Choosing class, race and a path. You then have more options for leveling cards and you gain awesome benefits from leveling. The artwork is simple yet delightful. It has minor bugs that are being worked on and for the price no one should complain. The thing that makes this game a 5/5 is the support. The creator was on reddit during beta and I see the suggestions were turned into features. There is also a discord that is very active to seek help and discuss bugs to fixed. That is more than a AAA game company would ever give us. I couldn’t figure out what Path changed and from going on discord I easily found that you can click the header and it explains it in detail. The only thing I would like to see is my in-battle skills being reset for the final fight. I could not beat the two bosses in a row. But likely it was due to my builds. Keep up the awesome work. ✓ Great Roguelike Deck BuilderGame is deceptively deep. Three starting character traits can yield different synergies with varying degrees of effectiveness. The real challenge is discovering the optimal build for each combination. The hook is finding a synergy that not only gets you safely to the end-game, but allows you to dominate the final boss. True: the card graphics are very minimal with no animations and limited effects. True: you will die frequently, it’s a Roguelike. But like all great RL’s, death is its own reward, as new cards unlock after each run. True: the final boss is very difficult, but what good is a final boss if they aren’t challenging. This game is not for the shallow, impatient or anyone who doesn’t enjoy the challenge of roguelike mechanics. This game will definitely appeal to the patient, tactically-minded player who doesn’t need their hand held, doesn’t require AAA graphics to hold their attention, and values the challenge and replayability of roguelike games..Version: 1.50
