✓ Some people are stupidThe app isn’t bad at all. Sure it’s not the greatest app to ever be made, but it works. If you’re technologically illiterate, the app may not work for you. It gives you multiple options/ways to sign in. If you can’t figure it out through one of those ways, you should have stayed in the military so your hand could be held the entire time with every thing you do. I’m able to schedule appointments and chat with nurses through the app instead of waiting 15+ mins to talk to someone over the phone. App works as intended and does what it says it does. 4 star rating because they could of spent a little more time on the UI/UX to make sure it reads a little better on the Home Screen..Goob760Version: 9.5.0

✓ Great online serviceNeeded a refill for my medication. Unable to order thru MyHealthyVet because I didn’t have refills available. Downloaded the app, logged in without a problem. Went the nurse route, waited 6 minutes for my turn and he took care of it in no time. Saved me a trip to my local outpatient clinic. Fantastic service. ✓ It worksThe other reviews concerned me, but I installed on iOS and signed in without a problem. I saw where I could chat with a scheduler or a nurse, and while I didn’t try either I saw no reason to think it wouldn’t work. ✓ App works wellI decided to check this app out after receiving and email about its availability. The timing was perfect as I had just taken the last pill of a script that I have been waiting on. ✓ This app is fantasticI will admit that it will be challenging for a lot of people who are not tech savvy, but if you have a my healthy vet account and know how to sign into it, this works like a charm. I was able to talk to pharmacy and get them to process what I needed immediately knowing that it’s going to be done instead of waiting for a reply message on secure messaging. You also need to know what VISN your in …im VISN15 —- on the app it shows V15 - in order to connect to the right service people this is information you will need to know. ✓ LegitI'm a pre-middle agreed vet, so I'm relatively young and very tech savvy. I'm also introverted and hate taking on the phone and trying to find which VA phones number to call. This app is so easy. It automatically found my health teams and I was able to chat with pharmacy and resolve an issue is 5 minutes just by chatting! Thank you to the devs that made this happen! ✓ Amazing!!!We need to get the word out about the app. There are some glitches getting it connecting with id.me but once it works, it’s a godsend! You no longer have to call and wait on the phone forever to be helped! I have gone on for the past two days and I have a person online helping me within a minute! They’re open from 8-4.
