✓ Doesn’t workI got this app several months ago for $7.99, waste of money. You have to constantly reformat your usb stick after you plug it into your computer and it doesn’t work when you plug it into your phone which was the main reason for buying the app for easy viewing. Viewing also on the app when it was working was exhausting, timely and not user friendly. I could have just not bought this app for the convenience of it since it doesn’t work as it tells me it cannot play or read my usb stick now. So save your money and just watch it on your Tesla with the new update using the launch viewer or plug the usb to your computer. Don’t waste your money because they refuse to fix the issue or issue any refunds. Frauds.Version: 4.7
✓ How does this app have such a great rating?I love this developer. I love the Stats app. But I’m completely dumbfounded by how it’s humanly possible for this app to have more than one star, due to the constant app crashing, video playback freezing, files loading to my phone (iPhone XS) and horrible connectivity/ reliability issues between my phone and the horrible sandisk wireless usb drive. Why would such a great developer design his entire app around such a horrible flash drive? Amazon’s review of this drive is only 2.5-3.5 stars, but I had to order it if I wanted to use this app that had such fantastic reviews. I’ve had it for almost 2 weeks now, and I can absolutely say that it’s completely worthless. I want to use it sooo badly, but it never works. It would take me 1000 times less time to plug it into a computer, and it would actually play the videos too..Version: 1.5.1
✓ Buggy & glitchy but maybe iXpand?In theory great but given up using iXpand drive because too glitchy, disconnects and app freezes. Not that user friendly or quick to do quick review..Version: 3.7.5
✓ Needs to support latest iPadsLove Stats. Don’t love this. I have an iPad Pro with USB-C, and a SanDisk drive with dual USB-C abd USB 3 “old style” male connectors. It’s perfect for this use case, as no mucking around with WiFi is needed, and plugs into anything and mounts with no adaptors. My iPad and Model 3 both love it, but this app has no idea what to do with it. I write this in hopes that a future update will allow any USB drive that is plugged into an iPad that is formatted with FAT32 and has a TeslaCam folder will be recognized and read. It seems like an easy thing, but knowing Apple, getting access to a mounted drive on an iPad is probably a Byzantine thing, if for no other reasons than to prevent security problems from cropping up. I hope you can work your magic and make it work. As for now, my investment in this app is useless..Version: 3.7.2

✓ Works better on my iPad then my iPhone rxFor some reason does not work very well on iPhone rx. Most of the time video stops part way and hangs up. Now on my iPad it plays all the way though. I think it has trouble down loading the video on iPhone rx. In other words stops downloading but on iPad it does the download. I have found this happens on other iPhone X’s. Hope this bug can be fixed. Also it is slow to find the SanDisk WiFi, sometimes takes 5 minutes or longer. Once these things are fixed will give it a solid 5 stars..Version: 2.1.1

✓ Seriously glitchy appDownloaded this app and bought a ixpand flash drive on recommendation of a youtuber Terri White, i believe. Unfortunately this app is as glitchy and frustrating as they get. I have iphone 6 ( yes, believe it or not some people still use old phones) but the app doesn’t seem to work on it. Maybe it works on latest iphones, i don’t know, but not to support 6 is ridiculous, imo. Requested refund from apple. I will buy again and happily change my rating if and when developers fix stupid UI/UE issues..Version: 3.7.5
✓ Doesn’t work properlyPretty disappointed in this app. I even purchased the recommended WiFi stick and while everything seems to be working, my phone keeps telling me that there are zero files in the folders even after registering multiple sentry activations. The camera icon looks like it should be working but unfortunately I’m sitting here feeling dumb for spending money on a product that isn’t working. ✓ Needs (a lot of) workI saw a lot of excitement around that availability of this app. For sure there is a need for something like this until such time as Tesla builds Sentry clip reviewing into the Tesla itself, which I’m sure is coming. As the developer points out this app only works with a specific Sandisk WiFi capable usb stick, so I acquired one. The app itself is pretty primitive, it shows the looped video recordings and then shows saved clips. Since the most likely use case for the app is people reviewing video of a recent Sentry activation it would be most helpful if those clips displayed FIRST instead of having to go hunt for them. When playing back clips I frequently have them halt. The only way to get them playing again is to use the search bar, move it around and sometimes you can get the app to start playing again. This is annoying and I’m pretty sure it’s an app issue since I don’t see these problems when playing the video back from a PC. You also can’t tap or zoom to a specific recorded camera and have it go full screen, which you really need when trying to see the video better. Most of my other critiques are related to a UI that looks like it was very hastily put together. More of what I would expect out of a cheap or ad supported free app and not one that is priced similar to full blown apps with much more functionality than this has..Version: 2.0
✓ Lot to be desired. Not a premium app.I was excited to see another product by this developer so went out and got myself the right flash drive. Now I’m left with disappointment. It was priced as a premium app but lacks premium features. First the USB drive itself is not very good. It needs to disconnect your WiFi and connect to WiFi broadcasted by the USB drive. Also the USB drive can not be in use when being accessed or it will show no files. When there is no files - the app seems to crash which is annoying. (iPhone X) When it does work - it is slow to access files for playback. The UI is not very friendly - maybe some kind of full screen menu with the date and time would be better but what it has now is an overlay at the bottom half of the screen and it’s annoying to use. I didn’t read instructions and I tried to delete videos by clicking on the video itself - but looks like you have to click on the date/time on the menu list. Feels very odd and can easily delete clips you don’t intend to. Overall it is nice to have if you find yourself frequently reviewing videos but it’s more of a novelty app with a lot to be desired. Hoping it will get updated over time with better UI to justify my purchase..Version: 2.0

Connect the sd card to the iPhone & always get the message “sd card used to much power” if your lucky or simply just crashes before you get that far. Avoid at all costs !! ✓ Overall it’s a smart appI purchased a new USB JUST to use this app in our model 3. It was a bit clunky to connect, and the UI needs some thought. The files take awhile to load, and some cameras tend to not load at all and force you to wait awhile sitting in your car trying to figure out why. If the UI was redeveloped, the app became faster and the setup was easier, this would be a 5 star review. I’ll still continue to use it, but wish that we could select a certain camera, see all the clips from that camera in full screen, wish it was faster and wish the overall UI was cleaner..Version: 2.1.1

✓ Special Wi-fi usb!Bought new Sandisk usb and now I see I need a Wi-fi enabled one. Can’t exchange so I either lost £30 on the stick or £8 on this now useless app. I would really stress more in the description that a Wi-fi enabled usb stick is needed hence the 1 star. To avoid dissatisfaction for customers, tell them up front they need a ‘Wi-fi enabled usb drive’ which is a non-standard piece of kit! Your description is misleading!.Version: 3.3
✓ No supportI’ve tried contacting support, no reply. I bought the Sandisk connect wireless usb stick , so I could use this app. And the app continuously says "empty folder" but when I plug it in the computer, all the footage is there. I did what they suggested in the frequently asked questions.... changed the usb name with the app ect.... still says the same. Empty folder. Still waiting for support..... zzzzz.Version: 2.1.1
