✓ Poor appThe first time I ran the app all seemed well. It let me setup my trip details and I just needed to add a payment card. Today (Feb 7th 2022) it won’t let me log in. Either using Apple or Google just causes the app to return to the Home Screen in an endless loop. Clearly something has broken with this app. Which is a pity as I was all set to use it for my trip but won’t be able to now.LucglobalVersion: 2.1

✓ OverchargedApp is fine and works well, however I was charged for 3 tolls after I had returned my rental car and deposited the hangtag, as my booked trip on the app extended longer by two hours after I had returned the car. These tolls were obviously incurred by the rental car company. customer services are refusing to reimburse these charges, despite me showing my rental car statement showing the time I returned the car. Beware of this, although not significant cost, it seems like a failure in their processes, and unwillingness to accept evidence to the contrary is an extremely poor customer experience. Lesson learned, but not sure how I can avoid this in future, so will not be using again..ColinLilVersion: 2.1

✓ Saves neither time nor moneyThis seemed like a great idea, but it failed completely. Some of the tolls were picked up by the Visitor Toll Pass, but others were not, so I ended up getting a bill from the rental car company for tolls fees. I called Visitor Toll Pass and they said to email them the bill and they'd handle it. It's been a month with no response. They also never refunded my $10 deposit for the toll tag even though I put it in the return bin at the airport. Instead of saving money, I spent an extra $20 in "Convenience Fees" from the rental company and unreturned deposit from Visitor Toll Pass. Save yourself some time and money by skipping this service and just let let the rental car company bill you..Sk077777Version: 2.1

✓ 1 star only because it’s not with all car rental companiesI’m giving this app one star because after a long research, I found that it’s only good for selected rental companies. If you are using “Nextcar” rental, you cannot use this app. Very disappointed because I would have saved over $100.StaraHamidiVersion: 2.1

✓ Terrible user experienceThe visitor toll pass is a great program, but this actual app is terribly designed. 1) You cannot create an account without providing trip start/stop dates and payment info. That’s absurd. Users should be able to create an account, THEN define a trip (or multiple ones) and provide payment info under that account. 2) Once I defined my trip and tapped ‘view QR code,’ the app locked on the QR code screen. Tapping ‘done’ has no effect, it just reloads the QR code. If I close the app and reload, logging in takes me right back to the QR code. What if I need to modify my trip or payment info? Is that just not supported? 3) After completing a trip, the app is permanently locked on the “please return your pass” screen. The only way to define a new trip is to create a whole new account (using a different email address) from scratch. Utterly ridiculous. This app should be modeled like a car rental app. A person creates an account, and then defines as many trips as they want to over time. Instead, each account is only associated with a specific trip, so you need to provide a different login email address every time you want to use the program. Utterly stupid. I emailed these concerns via the in-app feedback system, and never received any kind of a response..This nickname is taken 51Version: 1.9
