✓ Ineffective product and poor service andI downloaded this app while on holiday to edit a picture which had a rock obstructing the top half. The app was unable to remove the Rick and when I tried to erase this is left smudges abd did not blend in with the sky. I went to delete the free trial immediately as I would not be using the app, but couldn’t see an option to end the subscription. I therefore emailed the support address asking them to do this. No response. I emailed again a couple of days later (still within the free trial) asking them to cancel. Still no response. I have now been charged for a subscription and am yet to hear back. I am going to look again at how to cancel independently but have emailed again to ask for support. Currently I unfortunately have nothing positive to say about this product or the service provided..Version: 2.7

The only major problem for me was that after about 3 pictures it completely stopped working for me and tried to make me pay to carry on erasing. Little problems like glitching making my photos end up being ruined but you can go back if problems occur. Overall if you only needed to change a couple of photos this wouldn’t be the worst app. Although if many photos needed to be changed this app might not be your cup of tea. I’m not sure why this is, but once you erase something in your photo the whole colour and vibrancy of your photo decreases, which is really annoying. ✓ Bad bad and BAD!!I have been looking for an app to erase unwanted things in photos for ages but most of them you have to pay £1.99. So I was looking for something else and stumbled across this so I thought hmm let’s give it a go 🤷♀️so I did I downloaded it and first impression was it looked confusing because the two picture icons that come up first I thought you had to wait till it was loaded or something so maybe clarify that a bit more 🤷♀️so anyway I got my picture (my least favourite in case I ruined it) and I got to erasing... so I did and a big black blob came up for the editing and there was no size alteration as to the eraser 🤔I thought no biggie if the app is good I can get over it 🤷♀️so I erased something (more like half the picture because they blob was so big) and I pressed continue because I had finished and it came out GLITCHY!! Now a lot of these apps do appear to have a glitch when you edit and I thought it was just one app ... now I read some reviews just now and it looks like a lot of people have the same problem !!!
