Crap avoidWorst system i have used. U register the camera to your wifi App finds it then give it 5 min camera goes j to stanby mode and u can never ever access camera again until you re register the camera So Many flaws im returning back to amazon 0/5 stars pathetic.Version: 3.11

Great but IssuesLoved the cameras at first but here lately I have no notifications that pop up letting me know I have activity. I have went through my notifications to see if maybe I turned them off I didn’t so I am unsure how to fix this. I was thinking that maybe it was an issue with my iOS software because I’m in the beta program, so if it is, I may have to come out of that program just to make sure that works correctly, I’m hoping that this can be resolved easily and quickly and then I will give you the correct amount of stars that you deserve.Version: 3.20.4

No way to have the app on two phones !The app only works on one phone. If you install it again on another phone then it says “this user is signed in on another device” and signs the first phone out Literally not possible for two phones to see who’s at the front door. No more live video on mobile data! Please fix it!Regarding my 2 cameras that I bought one month ago. It did worked for one month and now is not working anymore on the mobile data. Works fine if they are on the same Wi-Fi. I tried different phones as well, exactly the same. Contacted my internet provider, and all good from them. It detects motion, but no live video on mobile data. So disappointed. We have the subscription as well too. Any help would be appreciated!.Version: 3.12

Look elsewhere if you want remote viewingThe main reason I bought the camera and subscription was to remote view my cats. It’s essentially worthless for that. 80% of the time you get server timeout issues. When you are able to connect, it takes 5 or 6 tries. Support is just as bad. At first you receive a canned reply asking you to try different things and if the suggestions don’t work, to email again and when you do, you never hear from support again. I have another camera with a different vendor and it remotely connects within 3 seconds every single time, so the problem isn’t with my internet service..Version: 3.23.0

Inferior productTHIS CAMERA IS NOT RELIABLE. I usually turn the camera off during the day, when I’m at home. For no reason, the camera will turn itself back on, even though I had turned it off. I have my camera positioned to capture only people and animals at night, because we have recently had raccoons invading our back yard. The camera will only start recording AFTER the raccoons have entered the designated viewing area of the camera. Also, there have been several recordings that I HAVE NOT deleted, but these saved recordings delete themselves. For the record, there is nothing wrong with my internet connection or anything incorrect about the way I have set this camera to function properly. So, all in all, this camera is not dependable for security. Look for a camera that will deliver what you bought it for!!.Version: 3.22.3

You deleted my review, that’s dishonestCustomer service❓ (not what I’d call what they’ve done) either they don’t read what was written or they don’t understand enough English to respond in a helpful way. cameras seem fine, after you do all the research to get the information they didn’t bother to give you. Hopefully I’ll find a better company or this one will get their act together. at this point I regret buying 7 of their products. I feel the same way about previous company, but I didn’t feel that way about them until after several years (Got bought out after I bought the products, & it went down hill FAST). next time I’m buying the better stuff from a company who knows what customer service is & how to inform the customers with the information before they need before they want to throw the product against the wall..Version: 3.22.6

Good but not so goodThe camera qualities are great! Good picture, decent sound, night vision, etc. The app itself is at best, disturbingly atrocious! Severe lag, connectivity problems, constantly crashing. It would be nice if there was an option to record up to say five or 10 minutes worth of video instead of 20 seconds. I can assure you it is not my Wi-Fi rather an in-app issue. Whenever I attempt to review a video, it takes a good 10 to 15 seconds to actually connect to a saved video, not a live video, which makes no sense because it’s saved. Also, when reviewing saved videos, it lags and freezes, and I have to shut the app down to view a saved video. I get constant notifications that there was motion detected but when I click the notification it takes 10 to 20 to view it, which in my opinion is way too long to catch a would be thief or something like that..Version: 3.22.4

Changing router unnecessarily complicatedYou can’t just quickly switch routers. You have to go through the entire new camera connection process. I have a misspell SSID that I can’t delete because it is halfway under the greyed out connect button and I can’t pick the correct one because it is all the way under the connect button. This needs to be fixed. I have to get the camera and bring it next to the desired router to connect it. The entire process is entirely too complicated and takes me 3 or 4 tries every time. Why can’t I just go in there and switch it in a couple of clicks?.Version: 3.19.2

Good camera but…It’s a good camera but to record all day you have to pay a monthly fee! Why?? I bought many cameras before and they just record into memory card! This one records only when it detects a motion. And doesn’t even record the whole action. I received a delivery and it said motion detected. It only recorded the packages. Can’t see who dropped them. Can’t see the delivery guy. So if you don’t pay a monthly fee this camera is just a live stream machine. Also some options are limited if you don’t pay monthly extra fee. They don’t mention this when they sell it. So be aware!.Version: 3.22.1

DisappointedBeen very disappointed I got these cameras because they had pretty good reviews. A lot better than my other cameras, a.k.a. Eufy but now this isn’t turning out to be not so great I have two of the exact same cameras and one keeps going off-line first they tried to tell me it was my Wi-Fi, even though the other camera doesn’t go offline, then they try to tell me maybe it’s because of the cold weather so the cold weather only affects the one camera not the other so unfortunately I will be returning this camera and seeking out another option also, I would like to add that if the cameras Wi-Fi issue and It disconnects my other cameras will reconnect them selves because if I lose the Wi-Fi at my house, all my other cameras reconnect themselves but this one can’t..Version: 3.19.2

Does the jobI’ve only had my cameras a couple of days and the live streaming over the internet was not working, it only work while you was connected to the same LAN as the camera. Reading other reviews this happened when IOS was updated to V16. I was just getting ready to send the cameras back and I noticed that there was an app update which turned out to fix this issue. All’s well that ends well but please issue app updates with bug fixes a bit quicker please..Version: 3.22.6

Camera will not live stream on mobile dataBe warned camera will not live stream on mobile data if you are running ios16 works ok on iOS 15 latest app up date does not fix this problem so if you won’t a cctv system that only works on wifi this is the one if you talk to suport they will tell you that it is every other reason not the thing you won’t to shout about ,if you have a old Apple phone running iOS 15 like I have works on live stream as soon as I use a newer phone running ios16 + will not work compatibility problems only thing that will sort it out is the right app update but they can’t seem to address the problem will tell you it’s something else so if you get this problem this is the reason.Version: 3.22.1

DisappointedI have had three camera for about two and a half years now. When I first got them, oh my gosh, I loved them! But the 9 months or so, have been nothing but headaches. Every time there is an update to the app, the cameras, one by one, go off line and you have climb up to the cameras and do a hard reset. This is ridiculous and I should not have to do this, every time there is a new update. Today there was an update, and there is one offline as a result. In a couple days another one will go offline, then a couple days later the other one will go. Been through it so many times… ridiculous!!!!.Version: 3.22.3

Camera is useless once free Cloud expiresI have used the camera for 9 months - the live streaming is poor and replaying from the SD card has never worked. But replaying from footage uploaded to the free Cloud in the app worked very well. Until it was no longer free. The camera is useless now..Version: 3.22.1

Everything quitI have had 5 of these cameras for about a year and they have worked well until recently. About 28 days ago I could not access any of my cameras from my phone app anymore. I tried submitting requests for help with no response. I finally deleted the app and re installed it and tried to sign in and that would not work either. It’s continually loading but doesn’t do anything. I even tried the forgot password feature and that also doesn’t seem to work. I’m really frustrated because I have 5 useless cameras at the moment. Hope I can figure this out soon..Version: 3.22.8

VicoHome notification audio control flaw.After using “Live” view, VicoHome app reduces audio volume that controls all apps on the iPhone. With VicoHome volume set to 10, the volume is very low. VicoHome volume setting must allow for higher volume. The low volume causes all notifications from all apps on the iPhone to be missed. The VicoHome app should allow user to select audio file to use in iPhone Settings Notifications page. This will allow the user to select a low volume file for the VicoHome app if desired. This bug must be fixed ASAP. A temporary workaround to this flaw is to completely close the VicoHome app after using “Live” view rather than letting VicoHome run in the background. Once the VicoHome app is no long running, the iPhone volume control resumes control of the iPhone volume..Version: 3.22.4

Bad RecordingThe video quality is pretty okay, but boy is the morion sensing and recording useless. It usually starts recoding way too late so what ever it dis pick up, if its not still standing in front of it it either shows nothing or just the back of the thing. Thats when it decides to record anything thats not either me or my car. Im having a feeling like its tracking me more than anything. Other people can drive/walk by but it wont pick them up. But me every time I walk by it outside or pull up in my car it starts to record..Version: 3.7.6

Not really impressed yetFirst, my positives. Great price and super easy to set up. Now, negs-not happy that if i need to recharge the batteries, i will have to take down the camera or purchase a solar panel charger. not impressed with the delay as to when the camera starts to record. While testing, i was able to walk about 1/2 way through the recording area before the camera started recording. one test i was able, from the sidewalk right into my apartment with out the camera picking up any movement..Version: 3.21.0

Wrong birds for continentThe bird recognize app is identifying birds that aren’t on my continent it identifies birds from Asia and Europe among others but not my continent. The house finch which has red males and plane females always identifies the red male as a rose finch which is a Europe Asia bird not here. The northern mockingbird is always identified as a cuckoo bird or tropical mockingbird. This is a huge problem that regardless how many times I contact with the correct information it doesn’t change. I have sent in correction after correction and it doesn’t matter it keeps identifying bird’s wrong and from other areas of the world. The answer isn’t to contact them letting them know of the problem because I do daily. Maybe your app should limit the identification to the area you’re in instead of the Asia Europe region..Version: 3.20.4

Creating account issuesI bought it as a single mom after mine and my sons’ bikes were stolen off our back patio I have since moved but never been able to use this security camera because the app will not let me create an account I can not pick my country to even set up my account it says the request timed out try again it’s been at least 2 months then I finally found customer support via chat and they want me to pay for tech support?? This is very frustrating any one else found away to fix this?.Version: 3.22.8

WiFi won’t connectThe camera connects fine through a hotspot but will not connect to my WiFi which it obviously needs to do..Version: 3.22.8
