✗ Why I only gave three stars.The app is good, especially for when you cannot go out to pay your rent. However, the fees to pay your rent online or extremely too high. If the price to pay your rent online was lowered, I can definitely see giving it five stars. Also, when you put in a maintenance request, it either takes a long time to get a response or you get no response at all. If these two issues could be repaired, the Resident Center app would be fantastic..CheethyVersion: 1.3.19
