✓ Unexpected FunThis game is a mix of Fallout Shelter and Clash of Clans/Lords Mobile. Build your shelter, do missions that involve battling enemies, join a clan and fight enemies while growing your army of different Roger personas. The character dialogue is one of my favorite aspects of this game. Each character is accurate to the TV personas. Their dialogue is humorous and it’s almost like mini episodes of the show. This game has no ads, and so far has not needed any purchases to continue playing and having fun. I hope the developers keep it this way. If you’re an American Dad fan, and a fan of this genre of gaming, this is for sure the game for you..Version: 1.0.2

✓ Love it ~ AddictiveThe game is great, I genuinely like the differences between this and fallout that make this game a little better. Everything works up and you’re never really confused. I just wish you can invite anyone who isn’t in a clan but no just through chat rooms. It’s hard to get people to join your clan when you start it (you don’t have to start one though) and usually the already big enough clans are just always scouting saving no one for other smaller start up clans. Other than that it really is great I love it! —Also if anyone does need a clan, search and join Wolvesbain from the clan from. ✓ Just a heads up! :)I downloaded this because my older brother and my father plays this so I thought I gave it a try I actually took my dads phone and did some stuff it’s really fun and all but I’d like when you join someone’s clan you could trade or give people things to help them get better for new players just a little heads up to make the game a little bit better I like everything else so I rate it out of 5 my older brother and father are totally addicted they always play it in their free time. ✓ Must Try for StanWasn’t expecting on loving this game so much. It got me hooked pretty much immediately. Ads actually reward you and you basically choose how many you want to watch so if you are only half paying attention you can go though a bunch of ads and be rewarded well. It doesn’t feel to me that you have to put in a lot of cash or any at all to stay competitive, but I think $5 would go a long way in this game. The game runs perfectly on my iPhone XS Max and it’s not too big of a drain on my battery life. Playing for 20 mins won’t drain too much. Only minor issues for the most part like some ads you can’t mute or still have sound when muted. For a new game I think it runs and plays great and I can’t wait for future updates and being able to use the family members as heroes. Overall it’s a great time killer with diff modes to try out with pvp and tournaments and base building. All that combined with American Dad is a winning combo for sure..Version: 1.1.1
✓ AddictedI love the show and i typically don’t enjoy this style of games but they did it really well here. There are so many small details down to the in-game ‘tweets’ that often reference the show and really feel like the individual characters and don’t sound stupid. It’s definitely possible to advance in the game without paying for the premium. I’ve made it to level 26 or so with relative ease but do intent on getting the premium soon because I joined a clan and want to advance faster. There is the perfect amount of detail without it being overwhelming and too complex. I’d definitely give it a try.Version: 1.30.0

✓ Losing interest!I’ve been playing this game for quite a while. I really like this game except there are few things i hate about it, and they make me less interested and play this game a lot lot less every day. The waitings are extremely long, one, two, up to 8 days for upgrading a room! Sorry but that is a lot! Unless you spend real money you’ll have to wait so much for a room to be upgraded. I’ve purchased the one month premium which supposedly will give you a high chance of receiving epic and legendary items. I literally have received 0 epic or legendary items. I’m losing interest since I can’t play the game until I upgrade my rooms so i can compete with other players. And the upgrade takes days for one room to be upgraded..Version: 1.12.0

✓ Didn’t expect to love it so muchAaaa I love this game so muchh. I didn’t expect to since i haven’t gotten hooked into any mobile games in a while but this had me obsessed. I’m a college student and since I didn’t have classes today I ended up getting wound up in this. It’s so fun and relaxing. I love American Dad a lot, so having all the mini interactions/dialogue with the characters and all the mini references from episodes is so awesome. I haven’t watched the show in months and the mini references from the past episodes genuinely made me laugh. And all the clone rogers? I love them and I’ve genuinely getting attached, I don’t think I’ll have it in me to kick any of them out, the being able to name them is a cool bonus. ✓ Excellent Game, Beware of the ReviewsHey what’s up, I’ve spent the last two days playing the game consistently and here is what I have to say and points I want to address. 1) Yes, typical of other games of this genre there’ll be a point where your progress slows down dramatically, that’s generally near the third phase of the campaign. However, we have to consider that the game itself has developers to pay and investors to keep happy. If incrementally more casual yet enjoyable play/progress isn’t rewarding for you, this won’t be your game. 2) Is the game a rip off? No, it’s obvious that Fallout Shelter was only of the first games to develop the shelter concept, but the products compared to this one is drastically different. The art style, mechanics and reward system are different. To say this game is a rip off is as ridiculous as to back up PUBG’s lawsuit on Fortnite. So of you think it’s a rip off mainly because they’re sitting in the same genre of games, you’re horribly mistaken. TLDR: Don’t knock it until you try it, yes there is a paywall near phase three of the campaign, but it’s still decently enjoyable, and no it’s not a rip off, it’s a spin off of the “Shelter” genre of games..Version: 1.0.2

I just started the new update today and I am upgrading my situation room to get all the new rooms. I really appreciate the update because it has been a while. But you made an unnecessary adjustment. The way in which you changed how health decreases in a battle was bad. It was much easier to gauge how much health I had relative to my opponent when the health bars faced opposite directions. Your new update makes it much more difficult to know when I need to use a battle power. Also there is a bug in the new update. When I have a battle on 2x. It’s all of a sudden really slow. ✓ Great for super casual gamersI love this game so far! American Dad is my favorite cartoon and when my husband showed me the trailer it was an instant download for me. This game is exceptionally entertaining! I am a very casual gamer, I don’t really play phone games at all. Since getting this game I’m obsessed with it. I didn't think it would be as fun as it is but it’s like a good book, it’s hard to put down. It’s like playing through an episode. When in the clan theres a lot of people to account for, and because theres so many rewards to distribute it would be nice for there to be an option for the game to distribute things itself to those who participated the most. As well as to see who is actually active. Being in a clan means you should be actively participating and theres no good way to see if someone is active everyday. ✓ Game’s coolDownloaded because I love the show, the games funny and good, amazing HD graphics for a mobile game, love the 3D elements to the house and the little character interactions, and the Facebook parody is very funny. ✓ Love it!This game is so fun!! It’s like a little sims game! So much to do, so much to build, you can never get bored of it! Joining other clans, constant battles, constant cloning, and it’s not money hungry like all the other cartoon games! ✓ Great gameThis game is fun and entertaining. You can actually earn ingame currency you just have to be patient while doing so. Maybe they could upgrade the amount of gold turds you collect to go by your house lvl or something. The only real problem with the game is once you get to a certain lvl they only really place your against people you can’t beat. Your highest lvl fighter may be lvl 65 but they will put you against a team that is all lvl 85 and it doesn’t scale do to the weapons and armor being lvled as well. ✓ Love that it’s not like the others!I’m thoroughly enjoying this game! I’m really happy it’s not like the other adult cartoon games on the App Store e.g family guy, the Simpson’s etc. I find those kinds where you have to build a city and wait hours upon hours for things to happen, very so boring so was excited that the American Dad game was different. The game is very straight forward, easy to understand and quick to get into, I like how this game doesn’t make you feel like you have to spend loads of money to progress like others when you get to a point in the game and realise that without spending money you won’t get anywhere & this game doesn’t feel like that at all, well... at least it hasn’t so far! Although I have purchased a few perks but purely because I’m enjoying the game, not because I felt like I had to. ✓ Great Game but improvements can be madeThis is a really fun game that makes you want to keep playing and you can still not play for months then come back, and with the exception of some stolen resources, you’re right back where you left off. There’s lots of great postgame things to do. You’re base and the Roger clones inside are all super customizable. And I love that the Characters from the show can help your team as the Hero of your choosing. Now with all that being said I would REALLY love to see a feature where we can send more than the currently set amount of resources to friends, as well as the ability to trade Rogers with friends or clan mates. ✓ I play this everyday.This is coming from someone who doesn’t really like phone games. This one is very fun and interesting. I suggest joining a clan so you can ask for resources and talk with people. The game is definitely a “Grindy game”. You could also say that it’s a pay to win game but it’s really not. If anything dumping money into the game works against you. I’ve seen a lot of people that have bought things and still lost to me in the PvP portion of the game. If I had to change one thing about the game it would be the fact that you can’t have Rogers speed up the time for building rooms. ✓ No titleThe games been running well the last few years (joined 2019) as with most games there’s always an update here n there although the new overlords (Reliance Gaming) are a bit poor with/at support now, beforehand you’d be contacted within 24hrs now it’s near none existent if you get a reply (put a ticket in a few weeks back October 5th ‘23 and still no response to date November 7th ’23, the matter has been dealt with but not by reliance). The games easy enough to play and learn but don’t rush to the top sit room (11) though it can & does work very well even for FTP its not PTW like most games can be. ✓ I do like the game so far.I have been playing for a while now, since launch. I love the game in a lot of ways but it could always use work. I was just over the moon with the new krampus event and bought the small pass and mimosa tickets so I could get coal. Chose not to pay the extra 5 to skip levels cause I actually want to play. Was playing all day at work and I get the suspicious activity thing. That is great and all cause bots overwhelm this game. My problem is I don’t know weapons. I guessed wrong every time. Even googled them to know what that type of weapon looks like and got it wrong. I took a screen shot and asked others and they chose what I did that was wrong so I am not the only idiot who doesn’t know weapons. It needs to be easier choices. Like which box has a roger in it or Steve. I know American dad just not weapons. Even which box has a weapon on it and don’t select the empty boxes. So on and on of easier ways to do that. I guessed wrong and got banned for an hour when I am real and paid to play all day. This game punishes those who want to play cause they don’t have the bots under control. Maybe don’t keep the real people who are even paying from playing. I worry what will happen if I keep guessing wrong. I run my own clan and talk all day, a bot wouldn’t do that! ✓ Make Tournament less time consumingThe game is great and the devs are w-h-o-r-e-s for offering better weapons and or gear and or anything in general to give you an edge so basically pay to win almost but not really but my biggest problem is tournaments take wayyy too long. I have premium so I can x4 my fight time basically making each stage take 30 seconds or less but each stage takes 3 minutes which is ridiculous because I’ll just be staring for minutes on end to try and get tournament gear but I honestly can’t do them because it’s actually so morning because I’m just staring at a roster for 10 out of the 15 min of each match and it’s horrible. ✓ Not only an amazing game but super accurate tot he showWhoever developed this has clearly put a lot of time and passion into the actual show. I love the endless references to previous episodes and I love how they made all the Roger gear actual disguises that he’s worn on the show. The storyline though- I absolutely love how they made the plot an extension to the ‘Lost in Space’ storyline from the show- and they did an amazing job incorporating other villains from the show even though they weren’t involved in that storyline. ✓ Love this gameI have been playing this game for a year and I play everyday. One thing I love is that there is always something to do when playing versus games you play for 15 minutes and have to wait til next day to play again. However, it seems you have to buy a premium account to get any where once you get to the higher levels. It got to a point that everyday I played and earned money when I logged on the next day I had less than I did the day before because of people attacking my house. Yet I had Reginald koala collecting coins for me and spent no money. I could never get ahead and was further behind than the day before. So, I do spend the 4.99 a month for the premium account which isn’t much but it seems to be the only way to progress. As long as you don’t mind spending money this is a great game and highly addictive..Version: 1.12.0

✓ Very addictive but...I found this game very engaging and cool when i got it, progressing through the levels and getting new clones - equipping them with weapons, naming them, it’s creative. The only thing i would say is that it gets a little bit annoying after a while when every single upgrade takes several hours despite how upgrading things is a daily thing. Also i found that quite early in the game, certain room upgrades were really expensive, however i guess you can’t make it too easy otherwise there’d be no challenge. The last thing i want to pick on is that every time I’ve cloned three star clones so far, they’ve breeded three stars and also two stars (degrading) which i found confusing as to wondering how i would even progress the clones’ potential with the ratio of the result being so uneven. Once you purchase something, it seems like the random pop up ads for characters and other fun stuff + discounts never appear again (at least for me). ✓ Amazing!If you love American Dad you have to download this game. If you don’t like American dad...something might be wrong with you but you still have to play this. The graphics are great, the missions are fun, and the support team is quick to fix any issues that may arise. Leveling up characters and finding the right outfit, weapon, and accessory combo is pretty interesting. I love the morning mimosa battles and the ability to raid other player’s homes. ✓ Fun until you hit a paywallI started off playing this on my phone but after making a few in-game purchases I decided to start a second game on my iPad. That way I can only spend money when I buy a iTunes card. I don’t mind spending money on something I enjoy however I hit a big paywall. I can’t acquire enough resources to upgrade anything without spending real money. I keep getting robbed by other players and even with a premium account I can’t save enough resources. When I try to rob other players, my team losses even if I out rank them by a couple hundred points and training take days per level. Lastly, all of the gear they give me for resources gathering my character aren’t high enough to equip which brings me back to the first problem..Version: 1.10.0

✓ Great start. Now letting me down.So I started the game hot. It was fun and everything I wanted in a phone game. I even spent money. Like $50 cause I was hype and wanted to boost up my players. Now I’m deep in the game and I’ve hit a wall. I can’t spend more money to do the things I need to because I’m not about to drop another $50 or more. I’ve spent days earning money and building up my supplies to upgrade my rooms but it’s been like two weeks and there just not much I can do until I upgrade like 7 more rooms. I can’t make my fighters better. I can’t beat the current level. I’m just stuck. ✓ Some great ideasThe game has some great features with pvp , base building and family wars but the length of time it takes to level up is beyond tedious ... I can see this game turning greedy and trying to force you to spend real money for the above average upgrades ( already creeping in ) but until the boredom of getting beat down by the big spenders kicks in I’ll keep it ticking over and waiting for the levels to mount up 😷.Version: 1.5.1

✓ Like, Don’t LoveThis can be a fun game, it’s one of the few that I actually spend money in because I see actual value in the purchases and they’re (not always) a cash grab. My biggest criticism isn’t even big, it’s just consistent. With every event, a new mini side quest, where you play games to get tokens which allow you to possibly progress to get items. This is all very common. The thing I dislike is that with EVERY event, you can’t ignore the prompting and you MUST click through the steps and look at every page and be shown the page where you can buy tokens to progress before you can play. I started playing about 2 weeks after it first came out, so I’ve seen EVERY event and had to look at each one..Version: 1.29.1
✓ So addicting and a ton of fun!This game is the best. It’s beautifully designed and plays really simple. If you keep at it the game is set up to keep pushing you along so you level up at the same rate as your game play as long as you’re taking the time to do your missions and upgrade your house. The game also offers many opportunities for free golden turds and free extras to things like mimosa and football tournaments so that you really don’t have to spend your own money if you don’t want to. But you end up wanting to to progress faster and help support the developers with updates. It incorporates strategy in a unique way like Rock Paper Scissors where you have to build a smart army to beat players/levels above your skill. 5 stars all the way!!.Version: 1.6.0
✓ Good so farLove the graphics! Hoping the outside proves more dynamic (storms, day to night transitions, etc). Seems fairly balanced, though I’m not that far in so we’ll see (in app purchases). Similar vein as fallout shelter and west world (but much prettier imo). Funny storyline and dialogue, too. Overall, worth the download. Will revise this review once deeper in. Edit: revising it down to 4 because it’s an online-only game, which is rather annoying. Didn’t notice until I wasn’t connected to wifi. ✓ Amazing game.I’ve been looking for a new long term phone game for the past week or 2, I’ve downloaded and deleted quite a few games. The second I found this game I knew the search was over, and I was right. This game is the perfect combination of American dad humor, strategy, and live combat. The display is perfect, and provides a really cool layout to make your base as original as you want to. ✓ Fun game!I have been playing this game for what feels like almost a year So I can tell you that it takes time to fully grasp what you’re doing like to get 5 star clones, you do not purchase them! at some point you expel all rogers below 4 stars and go from there The events are quite frequent which I do adore Things are a bit slow unless you purchase premium which is cheap enough but the rewards you get back for doing everything and the other perks like sped up healing out of battle… nah I could not do without now Thing about premium is there are no battlepass type quest or rewards which is quite a disappointment This game would be the result if clash of clans and fallout shelter had a strange 50/50 baby Thoroughly recommend 👍.Version: 1.30.0
✓ So farI like the game sure, only thing that’s annoying is the same mini game over and over. Make some new ones please. And allow us to do more of them through out the day not just once a day. Other than that let some of the characters have a role in the game as well not just Stan and Roger, Steve has brains so having him in the house should help with building armor and maybe weapons, Francine should be able to help with cooking and Haley could help with money. Not complaining but I get your persona of the game, just different mini games and numerous of times through out the day would be better and any type of role for the other characters would be great. ✓ Addictive but I’m not sure how.There’s not a great deal going on, especially once you get going. It’s just tapping on characters to acknowledge they’ve completed a task. But it’s been entertaining so far. I’ve just hit the wall though. Reached an enemy that’s overpowered (obviously forcing you to upgrade your gym) but to progress you need to upgrade most rooms in the house in order to hoard enough supplies to pay for the expensive gym upgrade. Except I worked out it’s going to take a week of waiting just to upgrade the gym. That doesn’t include upgrading the bank in order to hoard enough money etc. Also defeated all the enemies in the second wave of invasion prior to the overpowered one, so there’s no extra money to be collected. I literally just have to wait. Unless I pay real world money...which is a ridiculous notion! Sounds like a negative review, but I’m still playing, so obviously not..Version: 1.6.0

But since I started, I’ve already spent money as it’s demanding it to get anywhere with the game, all the buy one get double from your first spend, well used all them plus some n are still waiting 5 days for a level up or 5000k turds at least to speed it up to use, definitely not a game for children, n am disappointed that whatever you need costs money n to make anything armour etc it costs 10 of each shard ? Why isn’t it different amounts for a ring say could be 3 instead of 10 n 10 for an outfit is ok, but not for a piece of jewellery ? N also everything that you need is for dollars ??? Or so ridiculously long for upgrades or spend money to speed it up ?? This is disappointing as it’s all about the makers getting rich, not about fun for the player, n he was right as soon as you spend money, must shift you, cause I can’t get any shards n also can’t get anything to strengthen my team without spending money ? Wish I had not spent any money on it but can’t take it back, but would’ve spent at least $500 or more, as I even bought more after I’d used the bonus beginners amounts !!! Not very fair for a game that’s supposed to be fun, but you can’t win a battle once you spend a cent, so everyone out there learn from my mistake n keep your money, instead of making the game makers rich n us spending more than we wanted when we started, I know my own fault can choose not to buy !!!
