Airalo: eSIM Travel & Internet for Positive User Reviews

Thank youThank You airalo. Good experience. Definitely I will use it next trip..Version: 1.42.0

Happy CustomerI loaded the eSIM in Australia to use on our holiday in Europe. As I’ve never used an eSIM before I was a bit concerned whether I would be successful loading it properly on my iPhone. I downloaded the eSIM and activated it at home and as soon as I landed in Amsterdam to my delight I was up and running with internet coverage. We are visiting multiple countries throughout Europe and the British Isles and will be away for 6 weeks so this eSIM will enable us to keep in touch with family back home. I also have been using the eSIM for Google Maps, banking and booking tours. I’m very happy to rate Airalo with a 5 star rating. Susan.Version: 1.29.0

Happy repeat customerI first tried Airalo esim in Spain and Iceland - so much easier to use than trying to buy a normal sim, and changing from my Australian sim. It was super easy to top up, too. My next esim was for India - in didn’t realise that my dim didn’t transfer to my new phone, but the team at Airalo fixed that for me, easily. Third esim was a local one for Jordan - again, super easy to use, and gave me enough data for my short stay. Very happy with the product and the service, especially the global esim, as i just need yo to up when needed. Would highly recommend !!!.Version: 1.25.0

Very affordableVery happy I found out about Airalo. I bought two Esims one for Switzerland and one for Rurope, Italy and Spain. Both work really well. You just switch back and forth. Much easier than having to find a kiosk in country and buying a physical SIM. Also a fraction of the cost I would’ve been paying for Verizon my carrier in the US. Just search for hints and tips from Airalo as well as other bloggers who written about some difficulties they’ve encountered getting connected. I had to wait a gre minutes before each were activated. but once they were everything was smooth sailing. I will end up paying under $30 for 830 months day. Under Verizon that would’ve bought me three days. The only issue I had was when I was in the states and downloaded the ESims. I had a question and it took a long time for Airslo to get back to me. Turned out my question was irrelevant when I got in country and everything went fine after landing at Charles De Gaule airport in Paris. It’s eSIM all the way when I travel from here on out..Version: 1.23.1

Save money with Airalo eSIMI am an American residing in Costa Rica. For some time I’ve maintained my US mobile number with an AT&T prepaid account, which includes wi-fi calling, to handle US business and to have service when traveling to the States. I also have a Costa Rica number which requires a physical SIM card. I recently purchased an iPhone 13 (iPhone 14 doesn’t have a physical SIM card slot) and the world of eSIM was opened to me! After doing a bit of research I found that if I ported my number from AT&T to Google Voice for only $20 (there’s no monthly fee for Google Voice) and install an eSIM from Airalo I no would no longer have a monthly fee. All I have to do is top off my installed eSIM prior to traveling to the US. An extra added bonus is that while I’m in Costa Rica my US number is no longer dependent on wi-fi because of my Google Voice App which works using my Costa Rica SIM data! This change is a win win! I no longer have a monthly fee, I can use my US number anytime I want and the service is fantastic! As inexpensive as the Airalo data is I am pretty sure that if I returned permanently to the US I would likely continue using an Airalo eSIM and Google Voice..Version: 1.31.0

AiraloI downloaded the app while I was still home in Canada. Our son used it while in Italy on his honeymoon. He highly recommended it to me for cost and service. When we were in France I purchased and activated a package for our time in Italy. Once I got it installed and activated it worked very well and continues to do so. I have had no issues to date, and would definitely recommend this service. The e-sim automatically chooses the strongest provider in the area, and so far has been worry free. I. Neufeld.Version: 1.42.0

Works AmazingGreat App and highly recommend. We downloaded and purchased our very affordable package before leaving. Once landed in Europe we changed the cellular to our travel eSIM and bingo. Full data worked perfectly. Much more convenient then looking for phone stores in a country that has yet to be explored. Waze, WhatsApp, messengers etc. all functional. Give it a try..Version: 1.42.0

Smooth from the start.I was new to e-sims and did my reading, chose Airolo. Even before I purchased they promptly answered a question I had. It was easy to set up in my home country and on arrival in France followed instructions and turned off my provider, switched to Airolo and had great coverage at all times. I made sure my skype account was in credit and planned to use that for phone calls (didn’t factor in Microsoft having a Skype meltdown but eventually got around it.) And in any case it’s a few small setting adjustments to switch back to home Telco if one needs to. All up: e-sims revolutionise international travel, and Airolo has been nothing but helpful and efficient. Highly recommend..Version: 1.23.6

Easy to use sim. Good price. This sim I found easy to use turn on and off when needed. Only data but saved us on a number of occasions. Well priced compared to our local overseas travel Telstra/ Boost packs that were on offer. Installed through App was easy and automatically done. When asked bout keeping your local phone number just keep it. I was asked a few times if I wanted to keep using my local Boost number and just hit the keep button. Can also run two sim at same time. But preferred to switch between them. I found AOL sim was more reliable at times for data..Version: 1.33.0

Would definitely recommend, just has some headachesOverall, have really enjoyed my experience using Airalo while traveling to Iceland, Ireland, and Italy. My carrier, Verizon, doesn’t have affordable packages for long-term international travel. But I can’t give five stars cause I’ve definitely dealt with some headaches figuring the process out. These problems can definitely come from my lack of knowledge on telecommunications, so I don’t think it’s inherently Airalo’s fault. But from an accessibility standpoint I do want to mention these problems. I never figured out how to have a working phone number. Sometimes my data and network would cut out for 5 minutes at a time. Not often but maybe twice in a month. And the set up process was definitely a head scratcher, I spent an hour trying to understand what was wrong until I realized I just needed to switch Iceland off while Ireland was on. Overall, this service has been fantastic and affordable! I would definitely recommend, just give yourself an hour on Wi-Fi to figure it out for the first time..Version: 1.23.2

Beats US International Phone Plan ChargesAiralo E-SIM and our new dual SIM phone will make our upcoming trip so much better. The last time we purchased a physical SIM in country and paid way too much for what we used. Airalo has a good selection of data and time to meet most peoples needs. I imagine it is difficult for companies to provide instructions due to the variety of phones available. We managed to download and install the E-SIM and align our settings without too much trouble. I would recommend waiting to install until after you read the tutorial provided with the purchase receipt! That answered questions after the fact that would have been helpful with the install. We plan to make the E-SIM line our primary data source and leave our regular SIM for Voice and Text. So, family can call us or text us and not use data from our regular plan. We have our phones set up so it will be a simple transition when we are jet lagged. Sure beats carrying 2 phones. Thanks Airalo!.Version: 1.24.0

Absolutely brilliant appI travel a fair bit to other countries for work and my phone contract with my existing mobile provider is coming to an end as well as their previously rather handy international roaming package (which covered a significant number of countries) will no longer be available. As such I was quite concerned as to how I could continue using my phone abroad at low cost for data in countries where otherwise I would get absolutely rinsed by any new mobile phone contract as most don’t seem to offer roaming packages anymore. I’m currently working abroad and Airalo has been absolutely brilliant. I got the Airalo app, set up an account, bought the great value data package for the country I’m in and switched my old data roaming off when I got here and switched on the eSIM data roaming and it has been faultless. I did have a couple of questions for the Airalo Support Team before I set off so I dropped them a message and got an email back the next day with the info I was after. I never normally write reviews but this has saved me all the hassle of getting a cheap mobile with a local SIM instead. I couldn’t be more impressed..Version: 1.25.0

Airalo SimE Sim easy to install, I did it wrong somehow, but later put Default line on travel and YES it is working! In every New Country adjust to that counties network easy! No more buying of SIM cards and you can keep your own number!.Version: 1.34.0

Highly recommend!I used this app during my recent visit to Bali and it was awesome! It is really simple and easy to use, the 4G was fast, I had no issues with the service, and it ended up being cheaper than if I were to buy a SIM card over there. The only problem was that I didn’t buy enough data initially and ended up running out while I was away from my villa and trying to contact a friend - so maybe adding an option to turn on notifications for when the data is running low would be helpful so I could have topped up before going out - or maybe the app already has this functionality and I just didn’t enable it 😅 either way, I am going to be recommending this app to anyone travelling overseas. It’s much better than buying a new SIM card as I just used WhatsApp to make calls and contact people I needed to!.Version: 1.23.6

It’s a good cheap alternative…If you travel a lot and don’t like physically swapping sims, this is a good cheap alternative. It’s easy to use and you can still whatsapp using your choice of number. There are some things that are annoying, like the signal isn’t always great and things take long to load - hard to tell if it’s a South Africa mobile data problem or the service. Also sometimes it doesn’t connect, and when you are out there isn’t anything you can do about it. I switched my phone off and on again only for it to default to my actual sim, which I didn’t notice until hours later. Thankfully I switched off roaming on my original sim so I didn’t get charged for it, but it also meant I had no internet the whole day. Another thing is that my data got used up very quickly, something I don’t see happen in the UK, so again I think the South African networks may be a problem..Version: 1.32.1

Great one for travelHassle free when travelling to other countries, keep me connected to the internet. Takes a while to install an esim and which requires wifi connection. Recommend purchase before go..Version: 1.25.0

Connection home from remote locationWe spend a few weeks a year on a boat off the Indonesian coast of Sumatra, the Mentawais Islands. Airalo is an easy and cost effective way to stay connected to home for everyone. Not just for emergencies by it it’s nice to keep up with what’s going on at home. Getting the eSIM is easy, the cost is not huge but the benefits are great. When ever we had a signal I had data connectivity. Top up is also easy and seamless. My home service provider is good but pricey if you spend a long time away. An eSIM from Airalo is easy, cost effective and simple to activate. Give them a go, you won’t be disappointed..Version: 1.41.0

Highly recommendedI have been traveling across Europe for the past 3 weeks. I have been to 4 countries so far and the regional bundle was amazing. It saved me a lot of time, money, and headache of purchasing Sim cards upon arrival to expensive roaming options on my local courier. The service worked great and even when I am on the train crossing borders, the service stops for a while (due to losing signal) then reconnect to the other country available networks. There was one time that the internet wasn’t fast and the signal wasn’t good, but the solution was very simple which was that I manually selected the network and service was great. I had no interruption with service (only in very few places that didn’t have signal). Setting up e-sim was very straightforward and I recommended to get it if you are traveling to multiple countries or one country for few days. It surely felt good to have internet upon landing to a foreign country. Airalo made everywhere I travel feel like home. Get Airlo and stay connected..Version: 1.23.0

5 week Greece travel using AiraloInstalled the esim on my iPhone-12 a few weeks prior to our departure from USA, and activated it as soon as plane landed at the Athens airport. It did not find the carrier right away even though all the settings seemed to be set correctly. After turning on and off the esim several times I found out that the roaming was not turned on. Turned the roaming on, and everything worked fine. We moved from cities to cities on mainland as well as went to several islands such as Milos, Corfu and Crete. I saw some case where the carrier was not found after we got out of WiFi in the hotel room to the local cities, or the speed became E or LTE, in which cases I had to reboot the iPhone. Afterwards the local carrier was selected at high speed, some in 5G. Overall pretty happy and satisfied with the esim. We bought the 30-day/5GB package for $15, and used around 4.5 GB for 4 week, mostly for navigation on the highway, cities, and to find places to visit. My suggestion is to highlight the main settings in a list, instead of screen shots of settings.Version: 1.29.0

Excellent way to travelA real game changer for travelling, takes the hassle out of arriving in a new country with no data, just turn on the eSim and you’re good to go. Our daughter who’s a flight attendant put us onto Airalo, great idea, I’m sold.Version: 1.30.0

Great app for travelling!!I recently came across Airalo and was a bit skeptical so was hesitant to use it. I travel to turkey a lot where my SIM card doesn’t work in turkey. I have just come back to turkey for a week and decided to try it out as I needed data for a few days that I’m here. I bout the 7 day package and honestly it’s been faultless. I downloaded it when I arrived at my hotel and took about 15 minutes I total for it to start working. I had one slight issue with the instructions so I messaged them and got a reply instantly which sorted any problem I had. Definitely recommend if you’re travelling out of your current sim usage and will be using again many times!! The only thing I think could improve is adding normal call features and not just data usage 😁.Version: 1.25.0

Good product but install at destinationThis was my 2nd eSIM purchase for use in Thailand. The first time didn’t go as planned as I failed to read all of the fine print. The Thailand eSIM commences validity on installation rather than the apparently normal system of validity being linked to activation. I installed my eSIM a week before departure so it had almost expired (10 day validity) when I could activate it in Thailand. 2nd eSIM worked beautifully. It installed and activated easily and is working as expected. It’s convenient and safe (can’t lose old sim). Unfortunately you can’t replenish on expiry so if you need longer period you have to delete the eSIM and purchase another one so you can’t keep a single travel phone number for extended travel..Version: 1.35.0

Great, but not perfectThe rain was a great solution for my business trips. But I find them a bit expensive. The app and installation was a little confusing but once I figured out the user interface it was good. If the options were a bit cheaper I would recommend it to everybody out there..Version: 1.25.0

Great app and serviceWe are in Guadeloupe and being from the IS, I wanted to get an eSIM. After much research, my husband and I decided to use Airalo. We each got the 2 gig 15 day plan hoping it would work to use Maps and Google Maps. After activating the app in the airport, it didn’t work. 😞. So I remembered reading that maybe you had to go into cellular and find the best network to tap into. As we were driving trying to find our lodging, I played around with the cellular service to see if it would work. I saw it was on some weird network so I turned off automatic and then found Digicel which is what they Airolo stated they tap into. Poof, maps work, thank you god, because when we reached Basse Tier, Carnavale was in full swing and major roads were closed. If we didn’t have the data, we would have been lost for some time. Worth it, yes!! Better instructions could be used in place on how to find the cell network that you need to tap unless I didn’t find it..Version: 1.41.0

Great service, easy, dependable, of valueOur daughter suggested Airalo to us as an altrernative to a sim card for our travels through Europe. I work while I travel and using esim allows me to maintain my current phone number - that alone is a bonus for me and no need to switch sim cards!!! We chose to give Airalo a try and have been pleasently surprised! I purchased the global service and my husband purchased Italy, our current location. I opted for the global service as we will be moving around Europe. So far the service has been excellent, providing great coverage and reliability. We are both very pleased with the ease of use of the app, service and its reliability. I have also reached out to Airalo support several times snd they have responded within 24 hours, addressing all my questions! This service is great value for the money - it is inexpensive enough that I use Airalo over the wifi offered in our current rental as its faster and more dependable. We will continue using Airalo through our travels and top up when needed!.Version: 1.25.0

So EasyFirst time using any type of SIM card while traveling so was a bit nervous to use an e-SIM. Talk about pleasantly surprised. It was so easy to set up and if you aren’t familiar setting up a SIM card (like me), the instructions and FAQ’s are so straight forward. We just got from Mexico and it worked flawlessly. Will definitely use Airalo again..Version: 1.42.0

Great travel aidI found this product to be great. Easy to use and worked fine. I bought the global package which unfortunately didn’t include Uruguay. Hopefully in the future, global will include a full range of countries. That said, it was easy to buy extra time for Uruguay. I would like to have had my global package extended by the amount of time I bought for Uruguay. Perhaps this could be included in an update. However, this didn’t prevent me giving it five stars as it worked so well and was most useful..Version: 1.24.0

Worked in ItalyEasy setup, full LTE In Positano. Rome worked great as well, any issues were just network congestion in busy tourist spots. Highly recommended for Canadians escaping high roaming daily charges. So far so good!.Version: 1.23.1

ExcellentNo need to pay a crazy amount (15$/day in my case) for roaming, just easily install the eSIM and have plenty of data for the trip for much much cheaper.Version: 1.42.0

It worked well for me so farI used the service in Costa Rica in May of 2023. I lost service one time down a side street but the power was out in the city at the time I later learned so that may have been the cause idk. I only lost service for about 5 mins maybe and it was just in that exact spot. It worked again when I got off that street and around the corner. After that I had no issues for the remaining time I was there. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max. I didn’t use much data so I think I bought the smallest amount and it lasted me for my entire vacation of several days. I would suggest purchasing in the airport on Wi-Fi or data and installing before you leave the U.S. or w/e airport and Wi-Fi if you can. You can Google the best instructions but I did not have any issues with installing, the internet worked etc. I will say that I don’t do much social media and I was too busy to be streaming much so a few gigs is more than enough for me..Version: 1.33.0

Game Changing Travel AppI was recently introduced to Airalo whilst in Qatar for the F1. Having limited data roaming data from Virgin KSA, and not wanting to spend a fortune on a dedicated data sim along with the hassle of using my passport at a physical kiosk, a friend showed me his solution to data roaming whilst travelling. Enter Airalo, easy to download, easy to use, multiple data (and call) packages available for most of the world. I selected the eSIM required for 7 days data and within 5 minutes I was powered up and online. You seriously cannot travel without Airalo! #GameChanger.Version: 1.34.2

Reliable and fast data all over Japan.Made our vacation so much easier having reliable data wherever we went in Japan and at a great price so much cheaper than roaming from New Zealand..Version: 1.39.1

Perfect for travelThis makes it so, so easy to travel and switch between different sims to get rates that aren’t crazy. It’s probably slightly more expensive than buying a sim locally every time you go somewhere, but the convenience of e-sim delivery plus one app to monitor all your data balances more than makes up for it - and it’s still pretty cheap! Definitely give it a go..Version: 1.21.4

Worked great for me!I installed Airalo esims on an IPhone 14 pro max a few days before I left for my trip. I’ve never used an esims for travel before but I found this to be easy to install (as long as you follow the instructions) and even easier to use. I bought the Eurolink 30 days/10gb and used it mostly for maps, searches for things to do, as well as WhatsApp. It worked seamlessly in Ireland, England, Scotland, Norway, Iceland, and the Netherlands. As I travelled from one country to another the service moved from one network provider to another without me having to do anything. I ended up using about 9gb of my data - another person in my group used 8gb. If you are traveling to multiple countries check the regional esims that are offered. That is what I purchased (Eurolink) and fortunately it covered all of the countries I planned to go to. Also keep in mind that this is for data only, not voice and text, but if you use WhatsApp you can still do all of those things. There may be less expensive esims to purchase, I don’t know. But this one worked great for me - no complaints at all..Version: 1.32.0

Traveled Europe for 8 months with AiraloSo easy to install, very convenient for traveling anywhere in the world! I continued using my iPhone from the US while traveling in the UK, France, Greece, Turkey & Montenegro. It took less than 5 mins to buy & install a new esim for each country I visited (oftentimes using the airport wifi after landing in a new country). I recommend naming each esim in your phone with the country name so you can keep track of which esim to turn on/off as you move through different regions. My sister also traveled with me for four months and used Airalo too, I got a referral bonus when she signed up! I’m returning to the US but will continue to just buy a US esim from Airalo because it’s sooooo much cheaper than getting cell service from an American phone company! (I use the Hushed app to call/text with my own American phone number from anywhere in the world for $5/month too). I highly recommend Airalo!.Version: 1.24.0

ESIM is easier than you thinkWe are traveling to Brazil where it’s difficult to find reliable traveler SIM cards. It’s not impossible, but not easy, especially when you’re trying to coordinate pickups from the airport before you can even make it to a phone store. This is where Airlo comes in. With the 15 minutes of free WiFi at the airport, I was able to buy my eSIM, install it, and connect to the top cell network in the country, and all for a very reasonable fee. Once the free WiFi ran out, I had no issues easily communicating with our ride, family, and friends locally, and back home, over the cell data network. I brought an international cell booster for the family to connect to because we thought it would be easier than finding SIM cards for everyone, but Airlo is so cheap and easy that the cell booster hasn’t even left our bags and everyone just has the Airlo eSIMs installed. Just a quick note about eSIMs in general (not specific to Airlo), iPhone 13 and newer can use simultaneous eSIMs, which is super easy to keep your personal phone number active (with data roaming turned off) for iMessage. If you have an older iPhone that accepts eSIM (iPhone 12 for example) you have to switch between eSIMs so you essentially just use your Airlo number while traveling. You can switch back to your personal number to get iMessages when on WiFi, but it’s not perfect..Version: 1.38.0

Very convenient and efficientThis is the first time I’ve used an eSIM as I’ve always bought physical SIM cards whenever I’ve travelled. On this trip I was travelling through 4 different countries in South East Asia - Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia - and so I decided to try out an regional eSIM covering Asia to see if it was any good. The cons are that it is cheaper to buy individual SIM cards in each country, but the pros are the absolute convenience of landing each time in a different country and seeing your phone connect automatically to the local network - brilliant! So saving time queuing for a SIM card, fiddling about changing the cards over and able to connect with your friends or accommodation before even getting off the plane! Another bonus is that it is incredibly easy to set up, simple to top up if you use more GB then you expected, and it actually works REALLY WELL. One piece of advice I would give to anyone using this (and something I wished I had known beforehand) is to switch off the photo synching from the eSIM (this cost me nearly 2GB within 10 days before I realised) as you can sync your phone for free when you connect to WIFI. Another thing (which I DID realise) is to turn off your VPN (if you use one) as this drinks GB data like nothing else! Apart from that, I fully recommend using Airalo eSIM, you won’t be disappointed..Version: 1.26.0

Makes multi-country travel a breezeWe used Airalo on our 7 month round-the-world trip and it was perfect. There were countries we were in for only a few days so getting separate sims would have been a waste. The global e-sim covered a majority of the countries we needed and others we could purchase individual packs for. The customer service was great when I needed to switch my e-sim to a new phone. Yes, it’s slightly more than a traditional sim but the convenience of having internet as soon as you get off the plane is so completely worth it.Version: 1.34.0

A Traveler’s DreamAiralo is a game changer. The stressful days of trying to buy a data plan with a physical SIM card abroad, in an unknown town, in a foreign language, are now gone. With Airalo it was a breeze to find the right data package. Their regional plan was even better covering almost everywhere I visited. Cost wise it’s a no brainer: cheaper and more data than what my cellphone company was offering. I only ran into one problem when I initially tried to connect. At first my phone couldn’t find service, but I had googled potential problems and this seems to be common. By turning off automatic network connections and manually selecting the network I was able to get it work. I then turned automatic back on and the rest is history. Crossing borders and changing network providers was almost instantaneous. I don’t normally write reviews, but the thought of this service not existing because it’s unknown (like it was to me before this last trip) is terrifying - thanks to Airalo I no longer have to spend my entire trip panicking about whether or not I am going to lose my normal SIM card while a foreign one takes it’s safe spot inside my phone. Instead I just have data, no assembly required..Version: 1.19.1

This service keeps getting better and betterAs somebody who travels a lot, I appreciate e-SIMs as a way of easily reducing my roaming costs when abroad. I recently went to the USA. If I had stuck with my UK mobile provider, it would have cost me £2/day, making £14 for the week. With Airalo, this was just $4.50. These figures add up over a year! However, you do have to take the time to understand how to adjust your various iPhone settings before you travel, so it works when you get there. I had problems the first couple of times, so take the time to carefully read or view the various help resources provided by Airalo. For my last trip, it worked perfectly immediately and throughout the trip. Highly recommeneded!.Version: 1.24.0

Great product - simple and effectiveI was travelling through multiple countries in Europe and was delighted how simple it was to download and activate the e-sim. The instructions on how to use it are straightforward and simple to follow. It worked perfectly giving me seamless coverage without needing to change my phone number so I could still send and receive iMessages and calls. It was especially useful in Andorra to avoid the very expensive roaming charges there. You do need a later model than iPhone 11 though. It wouldn’t work for a friend with an 11 but was perfect on iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro..Version: 1.34.1

Would definitely use again, but sometimes deprioritizedThe first time I used Airalo, I did it through their website. When I set it up for my wife and daughter, I did it through the app, which was easier. The app is clean and intuitive, and lets you see how much data you have left. Airalo’s service worked pretty well - in Italy, I originally had it set to automatically pick a network - however, when I was in a very busy area, I wasn’t getting data despite having a strong signal - I presume I was being deprioritized by the network owner. I manually switched to another network, and was able to get data. I had to do this a few times on the trip. Getting a sim directly from the network owner would avoid this, but it would also be way more complicated. The nice thing with Airalo is that I have one app to deal with getting an esim pretty much anywhere. I’ll definitely be using it again the next time I travel abroad - or even if I run out of data on my main plan at home..Version: 1.30.1

Is a must if travelling to Türkiye from UkWhy bother with looking for a Wi-Fi package from the many street vendors??? With an E-Sim that is simple to download, pick a package that is suitable to you, easy to install hassle free (providing you follow the instructions) and then to connect automatically to 4G signal when you arrive in Türkiye, why would you want to carry around a mini Wi-Fi box! After a 8 night stay in Türkiye and a 10Gb data download package I will be recommending this E-Sim (I already did with my wife) to anybody who asks! Yes this package suited me for this holiday, maybe not for my forthcoming holidays due to the eurozone connectivity I have with my own provider, but for travelling out of my zones this will be the my first choice of E-Sim app I will go with, hoping that the connectivity I had even in the most obscure places where I could live video from the most serene beaches and places, I could have elsewhere where my network provider will not cover. Great work guys a solid 5/5 on this for me on this one!!!.Version: 1.34.0

So helpful!!I was just on a trip to Switzerland and Croatia for about three weeks total and Airalo was perfect to use! The design of the app is really easy to navigate and had very straightforward instructions for downloading the eSIM. Definitely cheaper than my provider’s international plan and nice to not have to take out my existing SIM card. I did call my provider before installing it because my phone said my SIM was locked even though it shouldn’t have been, but I called them to make sure and I had no issues after that. I’m not sure how this would fair if you’re going across multiple countries for just a few days, but for only 12 days in each country 3 GBs was a great amount to get around when I couldn’t find wifi. The only downside is that you do have to turn off your regular number so I couldn’t send or receive SMS (and any that were sent in the time you don’t see when you turn it back on) nor call — my texts and FaceTime calls just went through iMessage, but that might be a capability I just missed when setting up the eSIM. Either way I definitely recommend Airalo if you’re looking for a simple and easy way to stay online during your travels!.Version: 1.23.0

The BestI travel 6 months of the year and this is the best app for data roaming there is. It’s faster and effortless to setup and install. I would not go anywhere else. It’s made travelling so easy I’m just going to use it when I get home and stop using a phone line altogether, and use data based apps..Version: 1.32.1

Excellent AppA friend recommended Airalo because she uses it when she travels from UK to New Zealand and it works really well for her. I also live in the UK and am currently travelling in South Africa. I bought a South Africa Airalo eSIM for 2 weeks and I activated and used it for the first time today. I found the download and activation instructions incredibly clear and easy to follow and I managed to get straight on to data roaming as soon as I needed it. It’s great that you can customise the name of the eSIM so I don’t confuse it with my UK provider. There are tips to help ensure you don’t incur unnecessary costs as well. I am a convert! And the best thing is that I’m usually very ‘tech-shy’ but it wasn’t scary at all to use the eSIM (and I didn’t need a young person to explain it to me either!). Highly recommend..Version: 1.34.2

My great first experience with travel e-simsThis is my first experience with a travel e-sim. It was easy to set up in advance before I arrived at my first destination (USA). It connected to the local network and I was able to use my apps to call friends. I needed to use Google maps live view whilst walking to several destinations and the data worked very reliably. I subsequently purchased a regional Asian e-sim for use in Malaysia and yet another e-sim for use in India on this extended trip. Airalo’s plans are economical as they also have plans with a lower data allowance for users like me. I will continue to use e-sims from Airalo on future travels..Version: 1.24.0

Cheapest way to travel with your phoneI bought an eSIM for a recent trip to Mexico and was pleased with the experience. It cost me $6 for a week, while my home carrier charged $12 per day! Buying the plan for Airalo was easy, just follow the instructions to install it and make sure you set the APN correctly (if needed). This is the hardest part, but it takes less than a minute. I bought my plan a week before travelling, and it activated just fine when I switched my phone on at destination. I’m never travelling again without an eSIM!.Version: 1.1.0

Perfect for travellingSo much cheaper than buying a data roaming package from your cell phone provider. My wife and I used it when travelling to the United States (we’re from Canada) and it worked great. Never purchasing a data roaming package again from my cell phone provider. I’m going with Airalo..Version: 1.32.0

AwesomeEasy to set up. Easy to use. Easy to top up. I used this when I was on a month-long tour in Europe and the change in providers for the different countries were seamless (and I didn’t have to do anything)! Would use this again in my future overseas travels..Version: 1.27.0

Works fabulous for dataI bought the eSim for a trip to Japan and it worked great. I didn’t realise it required wifi for set up so with some trepidation I used the airport wifi but it worked. The instruction provided on setting it up were very clear. Loved the notifications re low data and I ended up purchasing a top-up. I did have problems with my primary number though, which I’d set up for text and phone line. I received a few incoming calls, which instead of showing up as coming from Australia showed up as local Japanese numbers. I wasn’t sure if these were spam or not. I even asked my Mum to call to work out if I would see an Australian number calling (which it did) but not sure why the other numbers showed up as being local. I also didn’t receive the voicemails that were left until I arrived back home. I also couldn’t send a text. All of these functions would have been great to have working as normal. Not sure if this was user error but the number switching was def weird..Version: 1.25.0

Was a little concerned, shouldn’t have been.I wasn’t sure about using an esim in my iPhone, but my son had used one and said it was simple, (not always the case, but was this time). I have probably been over cautious but it has worked for me in Turkey and I intend to use in Canada. The set up process was easy even though I didn’t do it the easiest way. I bought the esim and then downloaded the app. It is more straightforward if you down load app and buy sim through that. Anyway once I had signed in (using same details as when I bought the sim), it was there in my sim. The on screen instructions were great, however remember the sim won’t activate until you are in the country you have bought it for. You can still do things like name it and set it up for data etc. In settings you will see primary and secondary (the E-sim). To be safe (as I didn’t want overseas calls charged to my primary sim I disabled this, so only secondary was active. As soon as I arrived in Turkey and switched the phone on, it worked. With hindsight I probably didn’t need as much data as there are loads of wifi connections here, but that was my choice. Would definitely recommend and will be using again..Version: 1.27.0

Fantastic appI was reluctant to use Airalo to start with, it seemed too good and easy to be true, but I bit the bullet and tried it for the first time yesterday in South Africa… I am impressed at how simple and easy this is. My job takes me to many different countries multiple times a month, and although my network allows me free data access in many places, I will definitely be using Airalo for all the destinations my network doesn’t cover. I was surprised at how simple it was just to purchase via Apple Pay, tap install eSIM and you’re ready to go 👌🏼 I’m also satisfied with the reasonable pricing, $5 USD for 1GB of date for 7 days in South Africa, can’t complain at that 😁👏🏼 Thank you Airalo for such a fantastic service, with very user friendly installation process. Please please please download this app and give it a go, I’m sure you’ll be as satisfied as I am!.Version: 1.23.6

Very useful when travellingHad both USA and worldwide cards. All worked for me..Version: 1.42.0

Easy to use and great connectivity all over the worldI recently had the pleasure of using AirAlo's eSIM platform, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The platform is excellently designed, making it incredibly easy to use. What impressed me the most was the seamless automation of processes, ensuring a hassle-free experience from start to finish. Furthermore, I was particularly impressed by their exceptional customer service. On one occasion, I encountered an issue on the 31st of December, a time when many services might be less responsive due to the holiday season. However, the AirAlo team was not only available but also went above and beyond to promptly assist me, resolving the issue with utmost professionalism and courtesy. In summary, AirAlo offers a top-notch eSIM platform backed by an outstanding customer support team. Whether you're a tech-savvy individual or someone new to eSIM technology, I highly recommend AirAlo for its user-friendly interface, automated processes, and exceptional customer service. They have certainly earned my trust and appreciation, and I look forward to continuing to use their services in the future..Version: 1.38.0

Great!Value for money this is the best for overseas data. I found it reasonable easy to activate. The data decreases slowly. I used 2 gig for 2 weeks in Bolivia. If you live in NZ don't use Spark, Their charges are exorbitant !!!! I forgot to turn off roaming and had a $123 bill in a matter of a day!.Version: 1.37.0

Convenient, Cheap and easy to useJust came back from Iceland and tried Airalo for the first time and my experience was VERY good! It's easy to use via the app, secure and I had NO issues at all with network coverage nor network strenght across the whole country. I'll definitly give it another try in my next travel! Hint 1: Buy and install the eSim the day before or before you take off. Hint 2: After the eSim install, make sure you switch your cellular data network BEFORE taking the airplane mode off..Version: 1.16.2

Saved me over £75 on a trip to Hong KongI used Airalo whilst staying in Hong Kong for 2 weeks (I am based on the UK). It was going cost me about £90 in data roaming charges to use my phone as normal during my trip so decided to try Airalo. The eSim cost me £14 for a one month 10GB data card (it does not support standard phone calls just data). It worked really well. The set up was a bit fiddly as you have to change a few settings to make sure your data is using the eSim but the instructions were clear. Everything worked well and I used WhatsApp most of the time to keep in touch with family on holiday with me which was fine but for some reason iMessage did not work. It was not a major issue as everything else worked really well and I saved over £75. Very happy with it..Version: 1.30.1

Just what we needed in JapanHave been to Japan from NZ a few times but didn’t use our phone roaming is next level pricing, so this time we wanted to use our phones and a friend recommended Airalo, once downloaded and setup we were good to go, didn’t take too long, coverage around Otaru and Kiroro were excellent fast uploading/ downloading never drops out highly recommend using this app you won’t regret if.Version: 1.38.0

Does what it needs to, but…Look, this worked pretty well when I went to the UK (although it did constantly go between LTE/3G, and the fact my phone was constantly searching for a good signal absolutely killed my battery). However, it ended up being wildly unhelpful to not have the ability to make calls with a UK number. Obviously, this would make the service more expensive, and I don’t know how feasible it is. However, when you end up with a flat tire on the side of the highway, it’s pretty important for you to have the ability to call roadside assistance. I won’t be using this service again for that reason alone. Having a local number gives me significant peace of mind. If having an emergency and needing to call someone for help doesn’t concern you, I would still recommend Airalo, but bring along a battery pack for your phone so it doesn’t die in approximately five seconds. Also, don’t be stupid like me. Please bring a USB-A to plug your phone into the rental car to charge because unfortunately I forgot my USB-A, and my USB-C doesn’t plug into any car I know of..Version: 1.24.0

Easy Button for International DataI used to switch to T-Mobile or Google Fi when traveling internationally, which meant stopping my Cricket service, porting my number, and paying a higher rate for a month of service when I might only need the international data for a few days. My wife and I traveled to Aruba recently, and decided to try out Airalo instead. Since it uses the internal eSIM, we were able to keep our existing cellular plans untouched and just add a 1GB/week plan for under $10! The Airalo app made it super easy to install the eSIM on our iPhones, then we had to make some small modifications to the cellular settings (which the app provides instructions for) and it worked great after that! I have wifi calling enabled, and my iPhone indicated that my Cricket service was running over the Airalo data connection, just like it does when I’m connected to wifi, so I was still able to use my main phone number as if I was still on domestic coverage. This will definitely be our main travel data option going forward, as long as they have coverage for the country we’re traveling too..Version: 1.21.3

ESIM workedThe company is pretty good. They respond to text messages from a chat module within the APP pretty quickly. Not lightning fast, but within 15 mins. So if you are in a jam, you won’t get out right away. They respond to emails only about once a day, so keep that in mind, but they are always friendly and thorough. I used one eSIM for Portugal and one for Spain. It only took about 30-60 secs for the eSIM to activate and connect to the network. One thing: I needed to use other settings than their instructions indicated in order to make iMessage work on an iPhone. Their instructions indicate to deselect your phone number and just chose your email as the preferred contact info associated with iMessage. I found I did have to select my actual primary phone number (I selected it in addition to selecting one of my emails associated with iMessage) in order for things to work properly and for the menu options to appear more like they appear in their help pages and videos. But once configured thusly, iMessage worked!.Version: 1.23.2

Reasonable price and very practicalI have been traveling for work and leisure for long time. International SIM plan always has been a headache. I spent nearly $200 for the international plan for about 12 days in my previous trip and the data package was awful. I bought a local sim card for my current trip but that wasn’t good nor cheap either. I found Airalo online and compared with the others. I purchased the 5gb/30 days plan for Costa Rica which was cheaper than the other providers. I took me about less than 10 minutes to purchase and install all together. It saved my trip. It’s been working perfectly in every area I have been in last 10 days. I didn’t have to pay anything to my provider for roaming nor I didn’t have to deal with the local providers like which one shall I chose or how do I top it up for prepaid when I run out of money. It’s very practical, convenient and works smoothly. Price wise it’s better than the other companies. I am very happy about it. Thank you!.Version: 1.25.0

FeedbackThis was great to use while I was in New York did experience any issues with connectivity I was in NYC for 12 Days and 20gb was too much I only use 5 gb the whole time I was there. Would highly recommend.Version: 1.32.1

Travel the world with AiraloI am so happy that I decided to use Airalo. It was cheap, reliable and convenient. This was my first time using an esim. I found the instructions provided by Airalo easy to follow and I managed to complete the setup in my home country but I was unable to connect to the network as the Nova network was only available in the destination country. I reached out to Aíralo support who confirmed this. I was automatically connected to the network as soon as I landed. It was very very convenient. I could use the personal hotspot to let my kids connect to the network. There is an option to top up if you runout of the data you originally purchased. The network connection was really good I managed to connect even in the remotest parts. This was very essential given we drove and were dependent on the maps. I am very happy with the service and will surely use it during all my travels in the future. Thanks for making my holiday memorable..Version: 1.32.1

Perfect way of being in touch from homeI was hesitant at first as I was more of a roaming guy to be in touch with important people but with the experience I would definitely recommend it as you’re 24/7 connected and no worries of thinking you might blow up your mobile roaming bills. I did encounter an issue as I’ve activated it beforehand and once I’ve reached destination didn’t work after turning it ON but managed to fix it. And plus internet connection is everywhere though a little patchy sometimes without the need of looking for a free wifi somewhere. Would definitely use it again for my next journey. Overall it’s good and hoping it would be the same to other destinations in future travel..Version: 1.34.2

This is my new favourite travel aid!I’ve waited until getting thorough use of my eSims and trying the top-up feature etc before reviewing this app. I’m happy to say the network coverage I got from the Uzbekistan eSim exceeded my expectations and it was also no problem using the Turkey eSim on our brief wait in Istanbul for our connecting flight. Before the Uzbek eSim expired (7 day limit) I topped up and it seamlessly activated the top-up only once the original data expired. The cost in time to buy a local physical sim on arrival was prohibitive and likewise the cost of roaming using my home network. This is a brilliantly simple solution and I like that it is very clear which countries my sim will work in. It does require a bit of understanding of your phone’s eSim and mobile data settings to ensure you don’t waste data or accidentally roam using your primary sim, but it was simple enough to toggle those options once en route and in flight mode. I suggested Airalo to a slightly less tech-savvy friend for her trip to Antigua and she found it equally simple and effective. I’ve already bought an eSim for my next trip.Version: 1.21.3

Esim is the way to goI needed a SIM card for a trip to Japan. I ordered an Esim from another company but they didn’t send me activation instructions. Airalo was much cheaper so I took a chance. In fact it was a good result as the installation instructions were pretty easy to follow and it worked perfectly. Only issue was that because I had Norton security installed it gobbled up 70% of my data in 5 days and I needed more data. I bought a second Esim from Airalo but it didn’t automatically work as expected. Somehow my iPhone had turned off data roaming between switching over from the first to the second sim but customer support quickly helped me fix the problem. For $13 I had just the right amount of data for 2 weeks. No need for a physical sim which meant I could keep my primary sim for phone calls or texts and use the Esim for data. No need for a portable WiFi unit. Highly recommended.Version: 1.34.2

Works Flawlessly in JapanDidn’t want to pay the mad fees my phone company wanted to charge me (as I’m pay as you go). I was in Japan for 2 weeks, 1 week in Tokyo and one week in the much more rural Buzen. Once you understand set up, making sure you set you eSim to just handle your mobile data, while still allowing your real Sim to handle the calls/texts kind of thing it’s amazing. Means I can keep my number while in Japan so can use WhatsApp perfectly for zero phone bill costs and perfect communication. Japan seems to have insanely reliable network connection at very decent speed too, makes my SIM card from the UK (EE) look really bad! Can’t vouch for other countries but would defo try again as super reasonable price!.Version: 1.24.0

No hassle eSIM for the USJust did a trip to the US, installed the eSIM before I left NZ. Turned phone on in Houston and immediately connected with data, no issues in Boston too. Got a 10GB plan which was good for the week. Lots of Wifi around so was easy managing data use..Version: 1.26.0

Easy to set upI was advised by a friend to use Airalo as Roaming charges for One NZ are $8/ day and I needed data on the move for activities we are doing. It was relatively easy to set up by watching You tube first and having the Airalo set up instructions. I used my own number as Primary and my esim I call Travel. I’ve had Data roaming Off for my own number but with Airalo have had good internet on the move. We are still travelling in France. I tried a week esim first and all went smoothly. It was easy to top up. No more installing to do and my new esim for 30 days switched over automatically when the week had expired. So far so good. Thanks Airalo.Version: 1.30.0

Esims a real game changer for overseas travelTravelling in Europe used to be an issue with phones…. However esims from airalo make it dead easy. I used an international esim and didnt need topping up the whole time….we were travelling for two months. Airalo also was the most cost effective and easy to set up. They do a great job. I checked out many providers and decided airalo was the best for the variety of products and the comprehensive list of features. I mae sure I got an esim with DATA, TEXT and importantly VOICE. Esims have changed the way I use my technology overseas..Version: 1.34.2

Absolute gamechanger! We had come to South America for our honeymoon from the UK. Our network provider was going to charge us stupid rates, so we thought that we might need to buy SIM cards when we were over there. However, even that would have been difficult, and require lots of form filling and getting someone to set it up for us, because of regulations in Brazil. I did a bit of research and found out about Airalo and eSIMs, having never heard of them before, and can safely say they have been the answer to all our problems! We could purchase eSIMs for both Brazil and Argentina, top up when we need to, and be connected to the network in seconds. Not only has this saved us a fortune but it has made it so easy and straightforward to have mobile data abroad. Our normal phone numbers still work too - the eSIMs cover the data usage whilst we are abroad but we can still get phone calls and texts on our UK number too. Would totally recommend and will be definitely be using for all foreign travel..Version: 1.21.1

Surprisingly easy!Yes! Off to Europe and thought I’d try out this eSim in my home country NZ. It was so easy. It just took maybe 30-40 mins for the NZ provider to recognise my active sim, which probably should not have been a surprise, as this is the time it takes when you connect your normal phone eSim. So, really easy and great service. Exceptional service really - you felt like it was important to this company that you connected ok. One month into my Europe trip and this Regional Europe e-sim has been outstanding! So easy to use and top up. Works seamlessly as we move across borders!.Version: 1.33.0

So much better than physical SIM cardOk I admit. When I first tried to install an esim it was difficult. I didn’t understand the settings. I went to a phone store in Guatemala and was told I had no data even though I had just bought an esim and 1gb of data. The staffer supposedly made adjustments to my settings but it didn’t work. Finally I found a tour guide that made the settings work and instantly I had service on local networks. The trick is cellular service is now from a secondary source. You can toggle the turn off this line to stop service from your US or whatever country your home is. Think of it as two options. You want to stop the original one and begin using the new one. It’s so much cheaper than my home carrier which wanted $10 a day. I got 3gb fir a month fir about $30. Dont be discouraged if you can’t get the setting right. Just ask a good tour guide who is used to this question. You’ll be happy once it’s working..Version: 1.25.0

Simply greatI was apprehensive purchasing an Esim as I’d never heard of them before, however the esims offered were very well suited for where I needed to go (Japan, Switzerland, Germany and Italy). I purchased one Esim for Japan and the European Esim for the Europe part of my trip. Activation can seem a little confusing if it’s the first time you’ve done it but once you’ve done it one time it’s quite straight forward, just take your time with it, the initial installation can take quite a while. I installed my Japan Esim before leaving Australia as this Esim only activated once it connected to the Japanese mobile network. While I was waiting in customs I switched on the Esim waited about 10 minutes for it so connect to the network and from there it was very reliable, I only had one issue when I was catching a train home at night where I lost service for about 20 minutes, other than that it was great! I installed the Europe Esim before I left Japan to head to Switzerland and had exactly the same experience as I did in Japan; switch it on, wait 5-10 minutes for it to find the network and you don’t have to think about it again! Will I use an Esim again? Yes, obviously and the rates and deals offered on Airalo are very competitive. This was my first actual trip overseas by myself and so I needed reliability and that is exactly what I got with these esims..Version: 1.28.0

Reasonable price and very convenientHaving read about Airalo, I decided to try it on my trip to Australia and New Zealand. I purchased the eSim and installed both eSim at the comfort of home. When I arrived at the Australia airport and tried to activate the eSim, it does require an Internet connection. Since I had free airport Wi-Fi, that was no problem. Unfortunately, I could not find a cellular service. This is the only comments that I would have on any eSim is documentation or lack of. The issue was due to me not enabling “Data Roaming”. I thought the eSim was for Australia so no need for data roaming. I was wrong. Once I enabled data roaming, everything worked as expected. When I arrived in New Zealand, I thought I would need to enable data roaming. As it turned out, I didn’t. So my recommendation is to read whatever documentation from Airalo on how to activate the eSim and if in doubt, enable data roaming on the Airalo eSim but do not enable data roaming on your primary cellular provider or you will pay. 😏.Version: 1.25.0

Excellent service - after serious reservationsNaturally I was afraid of venturing in to the unknown - and therefore scary - world of eSims. As of now, I’ve travelled the US, Mexico, Peru, Bolivia and Chile. I have not had one problem with using these eSims. At one point I thought I had an issue in Peru, however the poor signal was owing to the region I was in and was the case with all networks. I did email Airalo to ask about this and they responded within the hour. Costings are fair and are generally around 7USD a week for 1GB, other than Chile, which bizarrely was 7GB for 5 days. Overall my experience has been excellent and I have since recommended friends to use Airalo and they have had similarly excellent experiences. The only slight issue than can arise, is that iPhones do not automatically connect to the network provided by Airalo, it is important to turn off automatic selection and find the network yourself. I found this out via a review of an Airalo user and not Airalo themselves. This is something Airalo should include in their video tutorials. Please note I am not a tech wizard and I have found using Airalo to be pretty straightforward..Version: 1.23.5

Convenient app for travellingEasy to pay for and to install. No more lining up and waiting at the airport to get a SIM card. Not sure how prices compare to actually getting a sim vs using this app but it is all about convenience and hassle. Also easy to top up if needed..Version: 1.37.0

Worked perfectly - a first time user!I’ve never used an esim before, but it was really easy to install and use. Step by step instructions and a video plus message support if I’d of needed it. I got an esim so I could use Lyft and Uber whilst in America on holiday. Plus I hired a car so it was peace of mind whilst driving incase I broke down, got a puncture etc. we are so used to having a phone with us at all times these days! Having data also allowed me to use Waze in a situation when the car sat nav decided to completely give up! My only grumble is that the data doesn’t roll, I go to America a lot with work and I’d buy it more often if they had a package where it rolled or allowed a set number of days a month. But I’d definitely recommend it for trips of 7 days..Version: 1.34.2

A great alternative to roamingI was told about this option by a friend. I had been using the roaming service of my cellular company and the roaming fees add up quickly. This alternative is obviously not as seamless as roaming from your cellular company, but not too hard to set up either; instructions are provided. Once set up, you get to choose a esim provider. I chose a local supplier, but a smarter option would have been to choose regional or global suppliers so you don’t leave behind unused data as you move from country to country. So, tried it, liked it and would recommend it..Version: 1.30.1

The future in OS data accessThis really is the future in overseas travel data access. So much easier than going into a store and buying and setting up a new SIM card on you phone. Topping up is easy too. Set up on an iPhone is a little bit tricky in terms of knowing exactly how to set up the on off switches for the airalo vs your primary service. Overall whilst OS I found it quite reliable and we travelled through UK, Spain & Portugal & Morocco. Some areas are a bit slow but that would happen with any service. Still, great for using google maps in particular. Would be great if you could use it to make calls and send /receive SMS. Recommended..Version: 1.34.0

Excellent productReally pleased with this product. Delighted not to have to pay absurd roaming fees or to have to swap out physical sims. Setup was pretty straightforward and key point to understand is that you’re simply diverting your normal data usage on your physical SIMULATOR , to a pre paid data data allowance on your eSIM, which co-exists with your physical SIM. You buy as much data as you need upfront and then toggle your data usage to run off your eSIM. Traditional phone calls still run through your physical sim so avoid that by using WhatsApp, Signal, etc for any calls you want to make - all that data runs off your eSIM..Version: 1.32.0

Live in the US with Family in Germany & BrazilThis app is a complete game changer! I have an iPhone 12 mini which has an eSIM. I keep my physical US SIM card installed in my phone, and via this app, I have both a German eSIM and Brazilian eSIM installed for INTERNET DATA ONLY (I just chose which of the 2 eSIMS I would like to have active depending on the county I’m in and purchase the 1-time data package that works best for my visit. No contacts!). With this setup, I keep my American line active in case an important call comes in, and pay for that call according to my Verizon plan. But I typically only answer the call if it’s important. For the rest of my time abroad, I just use data-based apps like WhatsApp (or Apple Facetime and Apple Messenger of communicating with another iPhone user) and all of this is covered by the data. Very practical since I don’t live in Germany or Brazil and it’s not worth getting a different number there. The data rates are very reasonable and it works perfectly if you follow the installation and setup instruction closely and thoroughly. Total setup takes about 5-10 minutes, maybe a little longer if it’s you’re first time..Version: 1.24.0

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Was told of your App by a traveler who stopped to help us. After loading onto my phone, following simple instructions, making payment. I haven’t experienced any problems and am having a trouble fee holiday. With all the barcode technology it is a must have. A big thank you score 5/5.Version: 1.27.0

My First Try- It worked InstantlyI tested this with an unlocked I phone 12 pro max ( I bought second hand inUSA) on Groupon. I really wanted to see how it worked in prep for an upcoming trip to Europe. I bought a USA 7 day 1 GB e- sim to use in the USA for 7 days. I was using my home internet connection. You need a secure connection to get the E sim from Airolo. The tricky part but they flashed the instructions was to assign this E/ Sim to the second spot and turn off The Primary Cellular Data spot. I guess it can’t get two internet signals at the Same time? My primary physical sim had an Orange SIM card in place ( expired) from a former trip that had no data on it but must have still been active. I turned it off. I am picking up T- Mobile 5 G in my local area on the -E-sim from Airolo. My future plan is to purchase another E- Sim from them when I travel to Europe in several months. I think I will purchase it in advance but activate it when I reach my destination because you need an internet connection or I guess you can use any free wifi at airport arrival to activate it. May even consider on plane internet ( purchase on flight) to activate it on route. This is Data only. No voice phone calls..Version: 1.25.0

UK & ItalyI have been actively using the app abroad for about 6 weeks. The initial activation process needs a good connection so should be planned for on arrival. I tried to install before departure then activate on arrival, but this didn’t seem to save time and may have caused issues with messages connecting; a reliable 2 step install/activate process may help getting up and running on arrival. The help system is quite good once you understand what info the Bot is looking for. Top ups are straightforward. Sometimes the activation/top up doesn’t show as activated; I found running a speed test would kick start this. Picking the best provider for your locality is key, the app tells you to use manual selection, so access to coverage maps would be good and it pays to check what providers support your SIM before arrival.Version: 1.34.1

Easy, efficient, economical, and EFFECTIVE!I was skeptical because I'm easily overwhelmed learning a new technology or software or change in my devices (I'm almost 60yo, so I'm in THAT group of digital immigrants -- my kids have always been my in-house IT support). But now traveling on my own internationally, I was tired of paying the $10/day on my US cellphone plan every time I needed/wanted the data service in a new city (especially on travel days when I don't yet know where to find the free wifi). I learned from a friend that it's easier to download the app BEFORE purchasing a data plan (she used the website and then had difficulty figuring out how to transfer her account onto the app, but the Airalo staff were FABULOUS and helpful and took care of it for her). I read through the instructions a couple times, and watched their video tutorial (sent in an email after purchasing a plan), and it was SO EASY! Boom. Just like that, I'm a believer and a fan..Version: 1.34.0

Highly RecommendedI have now used an Airalo eSim on three occasions, one for Europe and two Global for use in the US and Mexico. It has worked well on each occasion and I'll certainly be using it again for further travels in 2023. It's important to understand it is for data only which is exactly what I wanted. Using WhatsApp rather than texting serves the same purpose and saves activation of an expensive Telco 'DayPass'. Being able to leave your physical Sim card in the phone for emergency calls ensures there is no threat of losing your home Sim card with physical Sim card changes by purchasing in a specific country. Just be careful with purchasing the Global eSim not to purchase too early because it will activate immediately if it is valid in your home country or country of purchase. I time the download the day before I am due to depart. Also turn off data roaming on your home Sim card to ensure there is no chance of 'Day Pass' activation..Version: 1.24.0

Very impressed! Works seamlesslyAiralo is a godsend. Important to know that your phone has to be unlocked for it to work. Previously I have been using a Huawei mifi dongle for my travels in SE Asia which works fine but you have to swap out the sim every time you move to another country - I have not had a great experience with roaming packages from the local ISPs. Installing the Esim was relatively straightforward. I’m still experimenting with how the designation of primary and secondary sim works. But I have just travelled from Việt Nam to Thailand and Laos with a regional esim installed and it worked perfectly. No more messing around on arrival - the app recognises where you are and selects the relevant data provider. None of those issues at airports because you can’t access the free wifi and you need to get an email or flight ticket downloaded. I’m only using Airalo for data not voice service because I tend to use WhatsApp and Viber. Topping up is very easy too and much cheaper than the UK mobile phone company packages which are ludicrous. Five stars!.Version: 1.24.0

The way forward for travelI recently travelled to Turkey which wasn’t on the list of free data countries for my current sim. My phone has eSim capability which I had never used. So I gave it a try and bought a data eSim covering the time I was there. It worked! It provided a solid data connection throughout my stay, with excellent coverage. My friend, without any local sim, had to continually check in with free WiFi at restaurants and hotels etc which was most certainly a hassle compared with my experience. So, the things to watch: * the cost of the eSim was low - excellent value but was charged for in US$ by credit card - so UK users would ideally need a special no-conversion fees credit card * setting up and turning on the eSim required a bit of patience if you’ve never done one before - following the instructions to the letter is pretty important. I didn’t need the well publicised help line but it’s there if I did. * the eSim provided data only. Thus you could still make and receive texts and phone calls - and would be charged a lot for those at roaming rates. But no problem as I used data services like WhatsApp to keep in touch. Yes I’ll definitely be using this service again..Version: 1.16.2

As good as it seemsYou know when people say “if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.” Well, not for Airelo or these eSIMs. I was originally sceptical and asked for friends reviews via my social media. With positive responses from one, I braved and tried it for a 7 day USA work trip. Never will I ever go back to roaming/physician sim swap. Very easy to set up if you follow their instructions. Set up before you go. Phone works instantly in arriving country. You can even turn off your whole phone number for your physical sim if you want peace of mind that it won’t charge you. But leave it on to receive two factor authentication texts. (I chose to set a spend control of $1 as I am NZ based and use 2degrees as my regular carrier, who auto charge $7 per day for international roaming). Came home with not a single cent charged. Very impressed! Have told everyone I know to use an eSIM going forward..Version: 1.27.0

Airalo enables inexpensive data roamingI was travelling to Singapore and Vietnam but had the problem of how to continue using data on my iPhone13 in those countries, to enable services tht we now consider essential like navigation, translation, online banking etc. Roaming data charges from my Spanish Vodafone mobile provider would hve been prohibitively expensive! My son suggested using an e-SIM which iPhone 13 supports, and said Airalo's product was ideal so I downloaded it and within minutes I had set it up for Vietnam. After setting it up with the instructions in the app and a bit of help from my son, I found it was fast and it worked perfectly. It was cheap! You have to pre-pay to buy 1 GB of data configured to run on the Airalo e-SIM while keeping voice calls and SMS on the standard physical SIM, meaning my phone number (and WhatsApp) did not change. Airalo sent me email reminders when my contracted data allowance was running low, then I renewed a GB at a time, all very inexpensively. The only snag I had was that while all this worked smoothly in Vietnam, I found that Airalo's Singapore e-SIM product was apparantly "Out of stock" so I cannot vouch for it, but based on my experience with the Vietnam Airalo e-SIM I can only give this product and its app 5 stars..Version: 1.25.0

Finally future is hereGreat idea. Finally no more switching SIM cards. I found out about Airalo reading travel article. Was skeptical at first but it’s really the greatest thing that I tried recently. You simply purchase desired plan for particular country or region and install e-SIM card on your phone. The process looks complicated at first but if you follow detailed instructions it’s not that difficult. You cannot actually activate the new SIM card while in US but once you arrive to your destination your phone is ready to use. Just make sure you switch from your primary line to travel or whatever you name the new line. You actually don’t have phone number associated with this line so can’t make regular phone calls. But if you have iPhone you can use FaceTime to call or any other app(WhatsApp or Viber). It’s truly great app. Rates are very affordable and you can refill any time. I will definitely use it every time I travel abroad. No more buying SIM cards Thank you Airalo.Version: 1.24.0

Great value! And will use again.Got this to cover Switzerland which is excluded from my SMARTY coverage. Settings to install on iPhone a little tricky, but SIM activated without smoothly. phone. After a while and some fine tuning of settings between SMARTY SIM and airalo SIM, I had to reset network my iPhone’s network settings in order for email and iMessage/SMS to function. (If not in airalo instructions this might be a worthwhile addition, noting that you may need to keep a note of the existing network settings for your main SIM - this is so for Roaming on SMARTY). Once network settings reset all worked excellently. All in all the issues I experienced were more to do with iOS than airalo, and I will definitely use again, as much better value than paying home network roaming charges!.Version: 1.29.0

Global Connectivity Made Easy: An Airalo ExperienceAiralo has become an indispensable tool for my international travels. As a reliable and secure eSIM provider, it has consistently delivered seamless mobile data connectivity in various countries. My spouse and I recently ventured to Turkey and were thoroughly impressed with Airalo's performance. The app's installation process is straightforward, and its user-friendly interface ensures a hassle-free experience. One standout feature is the built-in loyalty program, "Airmoney," which offers rewards for every purchase, adding to the overall value. While there are occasional hiccups in connectivity, a quick toggle of the airplane mode or manual network selection usually resolves the issue. The pricing is competitive, often providing a more cost-effective solution than local SIM cards or international roaming plans. For travelers seeking an efficient and fairly priced way to stay connected internationally, Airalo is a top choice. Highly recommended for the modern globetrotter!.Version: 1.34.1

Easy to set up and useWould use this app again when travelling - much easier than a physical SIM card when you only require data. Easy to install and use..Version: 1.25.0

Easy as 123While I’m still to use the mobile data service in Europe the ease of setting up the eSIM on the phone couldn’t have been easier. The online tutorial is comprehensive and easy to follow plus the app provides excellent documentation during the configuration process. I’ve also loaded the Airalo eSIM on two additional devices for friends and they both couldn’t believe how simple the process of installing the eSIM was. UPDATE Landed in Helsinki and within 40 seconds had full mobile Data service in the last 10 days I've moved within three different countries and seamlessly the service is 100% operational..Version: 1.34.2

Airalo Thailand eSIM - Amazing solutionCurrently nearing the end of my 7 week holiday in South East Asia. Previously used WiFi to access the internet but increasingly needed immediate Internet access. I was aware of eSIM technology as an alternative to purchasing and swapping out local SIM cards. Met a fellow traveller who was using an airalo eSIM who was very happy with the airalo product. The following day I downloaded the airalo app and purchased my first eSIM, an affordable 10 day plan for Thailand. I routinely travel to different South East Asian countries as part of my retirement. There are eSIM’s available from airalo for all the countries I have previously visited and will visit again. I will purchase further eSIM airalo products for my future travels without any hesitation - I’m so happy with my eSIM experience so far. Many thanks to the airalo team, your app is easy to use, your eSIM products are easy to purchase, install and activate. 100% satisfaction - thanks again 😃.Version: 1.34.2

Best esim, reliable, save time and $$While all my friends are paying $10/day and others at the airport are paying $20-$70 for a local sim, I paid just $5 each for reliable data in Rome, Israel, and Turkey! While you can usually get a sim card in country and outside the airport with 5-10gb for cheaper than $20-$70, the time it takes to do so isn’t worth it and by that point it makes sense to just buy the 2 or 3 gb plan from Airalo for a few bucks more. My 1gb got me through with maps and internet searches for 2-4 days in each location. Data speeds varied between fast and fast enough, as do all carriers, but it was really fast more often than not. I have a 2020 iPhone SE. Very satisfied! Airalo was recommended by a friend and after researching other esim alternatives it looked like the best one. I will definitely be recommending to everyone! (ps, I’m writing just because I’m satisfied. I wasn’t paid by Airalo!).Version: 1.29.0

Convenient & straight forward - need some larger data allowancesI used this to travel to Grenada and Barbados and found it extremely convenient and straight forward to purchase a sim in advance and add to the phone. This gave me some peace of mind before arriving rather than hunting for a shop. I was already using my second eSIM for a business line, but could turn this off while traveling. My only criticism is that there weren’t large data packages competitive with local providers. So after I used my 1GB eSIM allowance I ended up buying a physical SIM card from a local provider in Grenada, which offered me 10GB, 10x the maximum I could buy with Airalo. If they enhance the range of large-allowance options they have, I can imagine myself using this extremely regularly..Version: 1.21.3

New user for esimsI have never used an esim before and when I got to Barbados I still was not planning to use one on this trip. When I checked my UK providers cost for just turning my phone on, I was shocked at the £50 cost. I am pretty savvy with not using data abroad but Barbados cost was unbelievable. I have now got the esim and I have been using it all week. $9.50 US dollars and I can use the data everywhere while not connected to WiFi. Just a little adjustment to the APN which is very clear when setting up the esim and you are up and running. Definitely has saved me a huge bill and I will be keeping the app for other holidays as I can get a esim for over 200 countries apparently. If you are worried about using esims then try it out, it was easy to use and does what it says on the tin..Version: 1.30.1

Airalo E simUsed the Airalo E sim for the first time when visiting family recently in LA. Chose as an option to using a locally purchased SIM card. The E sim allowed us to keep in touch with family via WhatsApp (using purchased data on E sim) and it worked perfectly. We hardly used any of the data and turned out even better than anticipated. Make sure you go through the online process of installing the E sim prior to your trip and when you arrive at your destination go to settings/mobile/your installed “Airalo E sim”/toggle on “Turn on this line”/go to “Network selection” and chose local network and finally toggle on “Data roaming”. Things to note is 1) the“Data roaming”is only to be used with this Airalo E sim 2) have WhatsApp connections in place prior to trip..Version: 1.24.0

It just works seamlesslyMy first experience with Esims. You need to pay attention at the beginning and follow the process carefully. I did this the day before leaving to remove stress and I knew I had a solid wifi connection. I then labeled it travel so I could recognise the Esim. Then I turned off the data on my home country Sim and turned the new sim on. I moved through UK and Europe and it worked wherever I went. You can even buy a local sim if you need a mobile number and operate one for the mobile and the other for data. All done in settings or just use what’s app or FaceTime The Airalo apps great as well. I was with three family members who purchased local data sims and all had problems and top up was a pain. We cut our losses and purchased more Airalo Esims so we all had data. Brilliant..Version: 1.24.0

Very convenientA bit dearer than a local SIM card but so handy for when you don’t have the convenience or time to get one and ideal for transit countries or when all you need is some data to let someone you know you’ve arrived from a flight at airports. I’m very glad to have discovered this app and didn’t think it was possible without a physical SIM card until I tried this. Easy to setup and you can easily turn it on or off when you want to switch to another e-sim or your actual SIM card, etc..Version: 1.24.0

Airalo: Bridging Borders with Reliable eSIM SolutionsAiralo has emerged as an indispensable tool for international travelers. As a reliable and secure eSIM provider, it consistently ensures seamless mobile data connectivity across various countries. During a recent trip to Turkey, my hubby and I were thoroughly impressed with Airalo's performance. The app's installation process is straightforward, and its user-friendly interface guarantees a hassle-free experience. A notable highlight is the integrated loyalty program, "Airmoney," which rewards every purchase, enhancing the overall value. Although occasional connectivity issues may arise, a quick switch to airplane mode or manual network selection usually resolves them. Airalo's competitive pricing often offers a more cost-effective solution compared to local SIM cards or international roaming plans. For travelers seeking an efficient and reasonably priced means of staying connected internationally, Airalo stands as a top choice. We highly recommend it for the modern travelers..Version: 1.34.1

Great ServiceTraveling abroad has always been a battle to find WiFi since Telcos from home charge extraordinary prices for data roaming overseas, with little flexibility and daily limits. I was nervous about trying an eSim as the technology was foreign to me. The Airlo eSim has been an absolute joy. It was exceptionally easy to set up (even for a 65+ like me)and works like a dream. The normal phone sim and the eSim work together seamlessly and calls, texts and data all work without you needing to do anything. I would recommend wholeheartedly to any one wanting data on the go when traveling overseas.Version: 1.29.0

Easy and worked perfectly! After years of juggling expensive little sim swaps during pre-Covid international travel, the Airalo eSim is just amazing. There are so many different options to suit your destinations - single or groups of countries - and your data usage. And it’s surprisingly cheap. Because it was such a new concept I was very nervous about the process, but you purchase digitally through the app, install before you leave home by following the little demo video provided, and then just turn it on in your phone settings when you plane lands. I had INSTANT connection in each country, and the app informs you of your data usage and it’s easy to top up with small affordable amounts if you need. This is simple and affordable and a must for international travel..Version: 1.32.1

Love how easy it isI’ve used Airalo in two countries so far. I like how the esim is pretty much automatically installed and how easy it is to get more date. Obviously the price to pay is not what you would pay for a local sim. But I prefer not to swop SIM cards and don’t mind the extra cost..Version: 1.32.1

Makes travel easyEasy sim purchase. Did what the app said it would. Recommend reading and taking a screenshot of the set up instructions your first time. Will use again in the future!.Version: 1.23.3

Easy reliable traveling dataI have used Airolo Esims in Australia and Chile, and they worked once I followed the instructions. If things dropped off, I simply turned Aeroplane mode and off and I was reconnected. I will continue to use it in Japan next year..Version: 1.24.0

I’m Happy and have referred to manyHave been travelling for 2 months in EGypt,GReece,Turkey,England,Italy,France and Morocco and have used Airalo and have been very happy . only place with any issue which i think is more a local issue has been Morocco and also when around GRand Prix in Morocco . Great for when first arriving in new country at airport . Just so handy and less stress when you are out for maps or ubers or taxis as each country differs in available wifi. this companies sim cost was less than another company i had started with . Best travel hack i have become aware of on this trip and at 61 was happy to enlighten my kids about something they were not aware of. Happy travels.Version: 1.32.1

Worked well for DenmarkSolid coverage in Denmark, only spent a few $$ for the week on data, way cheaper than roaming. I possibly should have set it up before arriving in country so I had less stress at the airport..Version: 1.38.0

SeamlessThis was the first time I purchased an eSIM so I was worried but I need not have. Instead , I was very impressed: the entire process was quick, easy and reliable. Instructions are excellent, the FAQ’s are extensive and the support team are responsive and very helpful. With the numerous options available, Airalo is now my first choice for travel SIMS..Version: 1.42.0

Great solution to a modern needI was looking for an eSim solutions provider for some time now. As a digital nomad this definitely helps me avoid swapping between cards, spending time to look for local places that sell sim cards and leveraging between their deals to get the best price. Instead I can use the digital card on the go with a few clicks. I would love it if you guys can have more options (preferably cheaper) to use long term use in the west. For example, have deals for 10-15GB monthly. Currently, your plans are ideal for short term daily consumption such as to check emails, social media, make a few calls and having to top up constantly adds up (which makes sense to get a local card in that case). I am assuming this will get cheaper once people realise how easy eSims are to use..Version: 1.21.1

Excellent service for travellersHas saved me literally hundreds in roaming costs: and saved me hours in setting up local numbers/sims. My only wish would be for a trans-Atlantic regional sim that covered both Uk/eu and USA. That’s just me nitpicking though: an excellent service all round!.Version: 1.23.5

The best way to buy data when travellingI’ve just bought a small data pack for 2 weeks in Japan. Not going to lie- it was a little complicated to understand and set up at first but the support crew at Airalo were fantastic. I’m not tech savvy. They walked me through each step by way of a very timely return email then followed up to see if I had any questions or difficulties. Service like that is pretty awesome. I haven’t arrived at my destination yet so at the time of writing, I cannot say if I have installed and set up correctly. I bought Airalo on the recommendation of a friend which gave me a bonus credit and now I’ve referred others which have added bonus $ to my account and theirs. At this price, why would you buy data any other way..Version: 1.34.1

Works GreatThis is my first time using Airalo eSIM and it’s great. I got myself and my partner the euro eSIM for the whole region. We’ve been in Germany and Amsterdam and it’s working great. I got 5 GB of data for 30 days. Our trip is 16 days. We are driving everywhere and using GPS to do it. So far we’re a week in an I still have a little over half my data. My partners data is still in the upper 4s. I will definitely be using their eSIM again. We usually get SIM cards in other countries to help with navigation and translation but this was by far the easiest choice. We landed and had data right away. The only slight uh-oh moment where we lost data was when we crossed the border, but because I had already read reviews saying that you have to choose your network when crossing borders it was an easy fix and we got the next network chosen after turning the phone on an off again. After that no problems and the data has worked great. I even used hotspot for a bit for a movie for my kids on my laptop and it worked great. I love the ease of buying it online and not having to go anywhere. I will try it again in Vietnam in a month and hopefully it’ll work just as good there..Version: 1.40.0

Great for multi destination travelI used the Asialink esim during my time travelling in SE Asia, as I was covering several countries over a month, so a regional sim was cheaper than buying local sims for each country. Set up of the esim was straightforward and mobile data worked well in every country I visited (Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia). I would highly recommend this sim for anyone who is covering lots of destinations in one trip. The Asia sim is good value for money, covers lots of destinations and you can easily buy and set it up from anywhere. Also, as you don’t have to remove your own SIM card, it reduces the risk of losing your SIM card during travel. The Airalo app is great for keeping track of data usage and how much is left and also offers reasonably priced top-up options..Version: 1.27.0

Convenient and easy to useThis is the first time I’ve used an e-sim and have to say I’m impressed. I was a little nervous to begin with not knowing what to expect. I decided to use it for a cruise to the USA and took out the 2gb for 15 days. I needn’t have worried it was relatively easy to set up and only had a little hiccup on the switching it off and back on but worked out not to just switch it to off but to go in and switch the line off as well or you get a message constantly flashing unable to find provider and you can’t do anything with your phone. It’s good for basic contact hello goodbye and messages though what’s app or messenger type of thing any internet based messenger. I must admit it was hard to not use my phone and the apps like I normally do but if you do use it a lot you will chew through the minimal data you get and need to top up which could end up quite expensive. I switched virtually all my apps off, my iCloud and backups to ensure didn’t use my data up within a day 😂 The e-sim is convenient and saves all the hassle of swooping sims about and I would definitely recommend this e-sim and will use for future travels, but will weigh the benefits of using my own sim at £2 a day and the freedom to use my phone as I do normally against having limited access for a few £’s for the duration of the holiday. Possible more benefits in the more exotic areas that your home sim doesn’t cover..Version: 1.33.0

Second time I have used eSim with AiraloBoth times due to my own lack of IT skills I have been guided by Airalo to connect to data. This system is so much easier than buying and installing a SIM card. Really appreciative for the Airalo’s speed of response and guidance. Love the data provided for short trips and keeps me connected. Thank you Airalo.Version: 1.34.0

Great ServiceI was a little skeptical to begin with but decided to use this app for a recent European holiday. It was easy to set up and hit the ground running with my trip without the hassle of worrying about data and my roaming cost from my local provider. Highly recommend the Regional Sim when travelling to multiple countries..Version: 1.41.0

Easy to use and worked wellSet up our e-SIMS back home in Australia before we left for Europe and Japan. Easy to add, able to choose amount of data, good price. Turned off my primary number from home when I flew out. Switched on e-SIM that I named Europe when arrived in Europe and I will turn off when I leave and open Japan when I get there. Just go to settings in phone then mobile to toggle between. Maybe once I couldn’t get internet so I just turned off and back on in settings mobile and worked straight away. I’ve added the Airalo widget to my mobile screen so I can track my data usage. You also receive an email if it’s running low. Very happy with it and anticipating that I will have no problems in Japan..Version: 1.30.1

Brilliant, simple, convenient. As someone who is travelling between countries quite a lot over the next few months, Airalo makes navigation and communication easy and affordable. It only takes a few minutes to purchase, install, and activate the e-SIM and it starts working straight away. I have used it in the US and Austria and plan to continue to use it as I bounce between countries for the rest of the year..Version: 1.25.0

Working well.Visiting SE Asia on holiday. Three countries in a 30 day period and this product (a 30 day data only e-sim) seemed to fit the bill. Good information provided on how to install. I initially tried one way and messed it up so I then copied the QR onto another device and then read that onto my phone. This way was seamless. All good to go and four days in I’ve had data wherever and whenever I’ve needed it. I will be using Airalo again on my next holiday..Version: 1.30.1

Airalo So Far So good!Travelling in France from NewZealand and my savvy daughter suggested I use Airalo rather than buying a SIM card when we got here. It’s been great so far and my wife has now signed up too because her roaming plan from home got chewed up quickly. We go to Croatia next and it’s great that Airalo will work there as well so no need to change anything. Great system! Thanks. Steve.Version: 1.30.1

Avoid if you want to pay absurd fees with your cellular companySickened by daily roaming charges of up to $15/day by my Canadian mobile company, I researched ways to bring the price down and came upon eSIM technology and Airalo. I figured, what the hell, let's give it a try for a trip to the US. A bit of a learning curve to get it up and running, but it worked flawlessly and I was sold. Went to Europe and used it there, again with no issues and at a fraction of the price. They monitor your usage and send you an email so you won't run out of data, and both the original and the top-up fees are beyond reasonable and the connectivity is great. The only deficit is the lack of a phone number, so I took off one star, but with all the apps available for phone calls, it's a small inconvenience. Still, I'd like to have the option. But there's no question that this is how roaming should be done: conventient, cheap, and plentiful. I'll be using Airalo again and again..Version: 1.24.0

BEST DATA SERVICE EVER!!!The person who created this app deserves all the flowers! So typically I go through my phone service to pay for International data whenever I travel ( which was always costly 100$ or more) ever since I discovered Airlo I pay SIGNIFICANTLY LESS and the data speed is way faster than any USA international data plan. I honestly want to call T-mobile and cancel my service because Airlo data is literally so much faster & cheaper . If you are traveling internationally DOWNLOAD THIS APP ASAP!! I have used Airlo when traveling to Europe ( Paris, Spain, sweden, Denmark, Oslo, london) and Latin America( Colombia, Mexico). Idk how Airlo does it but the data speed is so much faster than any other USA plan you have. I honestly found this app out of random and upset I didn't know about it sooner. If you’re from America and you like to travel abroad THIS IS A MUST HAVE APP. Also the App is super simple and easy to navigate takes less than 5 mins to download your e-sim. So many more great things about this app but ill let you discover on your own😉.Version: 1.33.0

Excellent easy way to get internet access abroadGetting the eSIM via the Airalo app was very simple and the installation procedure is clearly documented and straight-forward. The rates are pretty good for holiday use too - much better than roaming costs from your normal mobile phone provider. The only downside is that you need an internet connection to install the eSIM (even if you purchased it in advance), which means if you don’t have data you have to find a WiFi hotspot. As clearly people will get the eSIM to access internet data abroad, and won’t want to pay heavy roaming costs, it is non-sensical that you have to find WiFi to set up the data access. The instructions say that the installation process accesses the data signal to complete the setup, so you can’t do it in your own country before you go. Seems it’s a job to do on the airport WiFi when you arrive..Version: 1.30.1

Saved a lot of money! For $20 (USD) my husband and I each bought 5GB airalo sim cards. We were on a 3-week road trip in Europe and were able to use our iPhones as a GPS, we could call or text each other as well as family and friends, using WhatsApp. Many of the places we had booked accommdations at also were on WhatsApp. We didn't need to rely on free wi-fi ( often not that reliable) and didn't need to pay a daily roaming fee of $15 CDN. We didn't run out of data, but it is possible to top up if you need to. We will definitely continue to use e-sims cards to avoid international roaming fees and will recommend to friends..Version: 1.26.0

Great service, great productAiralo has just been superb for our trip to Singapore and Italy. We used their service in both counties and never had an issue with not having data available when needed. It is not possible to call local numbers using this service, but that was not a problem for us at all. I would highly recommend Airalo and the virtual SIM as a solution for travelling and remaining in touch with people. As well as for not having to incur the daily roaming charges that would have happened, had we not got the virtual sim. Thank you Airalo 😊.Version: 1.39.1

Awesome!I’ve only used Airalo for a week, but so far, so good. I downloaded the app and purchased a Europe plan while in New Zealand. On landing in Zurich I turned the sim on and within 30 seconds e-mails were rolling in to my in-box. Easy! Airalo is both cheaper and more convenient than purchasing a local sim on arrival. I’m an instant fan. Thanks Airalo!.Version: 1.24.0

Easy and affordable alternativeThis was my first time using an esim while traveling outside of Canada. Purchased a 30 day 5GB esim and only cost $21CDN in comparison to the $80CDN my cellular plan would have charged me for the same amount of GB. We only used it for data while we were on our road trip in the US. I did a lot of research on how it all worked before settling on airalo, which seemed to be the best fit and most affordable option for data. So much simpler than swapping out a physical sim card or taking an additional phone to use with a physical SIM card. Once purchased it was easy to set up through the app. I was able to keep my physical sim active for texts and turn the esim for data usage. When I didn't require data, I would turn it off so it wouldn't use up the 5GB too quickly, then turn it back on again when I needed it, which was pretty simple on the iphone. The only trouble I had was trying to make a phone call with my physical sim. I was pretty sure I had all the settings correct, yet it wouldn't allow calls in or out. We had to use my husbands phone to make calls. With access to wifi in most places, I only used 4.2GB of data in 2.5 weeks. It was used mostly for maps, finding restaurants, ordering Lyft, and tracking our golf scores live through golf canada app. If you have never used it before, I suggest googling proper use on your particular device so you are comfortable with how to put all your settings so both sims are functional and you don't come home to large data charges on your home sim. I would definitely use airalo again next time I travel..Version: 1.33.0

Super easyI can’t get over how easy this was to install and use. I downloaded my country eSIM card for a week to try before I go overseas. Worked seamlessly so I go over to the states, knowing that an eSIM is definitely a way to go. I highly recommend it..Version: 1.25.0

Useful with some quirksUpdate: Airalo has gotten back to me with some suggested items such as a global SIM which can be used. I’ll try them out. I’ve used this on two trips so far, one to Germany and another to Japan (I live in the US). iPhone 14 pro max has no sim slot so I’m stuck using eSIMs. The good is that you will get data connectivity. I had no problems activating the eSIM and using them. Everything worked ok and even my US provider worked via cellular data. Pricing is ok. Not great but ok. But this app has an appeal to those who want an easy on-ramp to getting connected to many countries. Now the quirks. In Tokyo Japan it connected only at 4G. Not even LTE, but 4G, as in 3G that is labeled as 4G. This was with SoftBank. That’s fine for google maps and other stuff but it’s not very fast. The other eSIM app I used, Ubigi connected via 5G and was pretty fast. You don’t get a native in country sim in some cases. This mostly won’t matter but it could mess with geofencing and geolocation via IP. For example in Japan my eSIM was from Singtel and as such some apps thought I was in Singapore. In Germany it used a SIM from Play (Poland) and some apps thought I was in Poland. The final quirk is that for each country you need to install the eSIM. Some apps like Ubigi just let you install one eSIM and just add in data packs. This one you need to install a SIM for each country. If you travel a lot you could end up with a lot of eSIMs..Version: 1.32.1

ConvenientThe eSIM had made accessing the internet in Turkey more convenient for me. The first one I bought without the app. But with the app you can track how much data you have, something I couldn't figure out how to do with the SIM card I bought in Turkey. I can also top the data... It is important to note that this does not give you texting and phone calls, only internet access. I use an app to do phone calls. And texting using iMessage mostly... When you first load the SIM, you have to find a way to scan it. I would just ask a person, using Google translate since there is not much English here, and have them take a photo of it so I can scan it. I thought afterward that maybe you could scan it in a mirror. I think once it's loaded I can just top up without having to scan again, but I haven't run out of data on the second one yet.... It works great though and the price is reasonable compared to an actual SIM, as long as you don't need the phone service with it..Version: 1.23.5

The best way to travel overseasMy friends and I all purchased Airalo Global eSIM’s when traveling back and forth between three different countries recently. I found the eSIM easy to set up in the Airalo App, just have reliable access to Wi-Fi for this part of the process and follow the instructions carefully. I actually set it up at home the day before I flew out, and just had it turned off in settings until I was ready to use it. The data access worked so well and the only very small glitch was it occasionally took a short time to start again in a new country. It gave me peace of mind if family needed to contact me in an emergency, and not having to worry about any unsecured Wi-Fi. It was reasonably priced and saved the hassle of a local sim in each country. I’ll definitely be using it again when I travel again in a few months time. I can keep this eSIM and just top it up when ready..Version: 1.25.0

Excellent to compliment free wifi while overseas using your own mobile numberI am so pleased I am using eSIM Airalo App while travelling overseas. It is a great way to compliment free wifi without paying exorbitant costs in international data roaming. Better still, no swapping of SIM cards and I am able to use my own mobile number. Use local eSIM if you are in one country If in Europe, use regional and if travelling around the world, use global eSIM. I find the cost rather reasonable compared to my own mobile provider using international roaming (Telstra Australia) at $10/day based on local Australian time. Once data is used up, I can top up (purchase more). Tips: Turn off your own primary mobile provider Turn on wifi, use free wifi at accommodation Turn on eSIM airalo, it will turn on when there is no free wifi If you want to save your data even more, turn on aeroplane mode when you are out and not needing to use data. Only turn off aeroplane mode when you need to use airalo. Always make sure your primary mobile provider data roaming is off… good luck..Version: 1.32.0

With Airalo, I will never choose a physical SIM againI relied on physical SIMs for much of the last decade while traveling for work and leisure, but I recently discovered Airalo and I will never again buy a physical SIM. If I have internet access and the Airalo app, I have an eSIM for wherever I want to go, whenever I want to go there. No searching for SIM kiosks, hoping to find a reasonably priced one at an airport or city center, and *more importantly* if I need customer support, Airalo is just an email away; getting in-country support can be challenging unless you take the time out of your workday or vacation to "go to a local store." Airalo customer service is very responsive and was super helpful when I bought the wrong eSIM, they deactivated the SIM, credited my account, and I was able to then purchase the correct one. Great service, and my coverage is always on par with the locals I hang out with while in-country. Great service! Totally recommend!!.Version: 1.24.0

Worked perfectly in Saint LuciaFirst time I’ve used an esim and it worked perfectly for our 2 week trip in Saint Lucia. Bought one before we left the UK and activated it Heathrow, when we arrived in Saint Lucia it worked straight away. Got at least 3 bars of 4g pretty much everywhere we went…better than at home! Sim was data only but I used Skype for the odd local call, which was a bit hit and miss but that may have been down to Skype. Only option was a 7 day, 1GB sim so had to time the buying of another for my second week. It would have been useful if I could have just bought 2 packages at the start and the 2nd one automatically activated when the first one expired. I’ll definitely use again on our next holiday..Version: 1.24.0

Great tech and valueEasy to download and use. Very price competitive. Full of handy info. Works in tandem with my existing mobile number. It is probably more cost effect than roaming with my usual carrier even if they offer a package. Great for countries where your carrier doesn't offer a roaming package. I didn’t really understand eSim but this makes roaming a breeze. I highly recommend this app..Version: 1.30.1

Super useful for traveling, esp through different countries. Could have some UX improvements thoMy bf and I used the app for the first time. We flew to Portugal and the UK. My bf got the regional esim and I got 2 local esims just to test. His regional one worked well and was more seamless when switching countries. His service seemed better a lot of the times too, which was surprising. I got the local esim in case I needed to call any restaurants/stores but never used it. If I were to travel to multiple cities again, I’d definitely use this! I’d also get the regional esim so I wouldn’t have to install again. It’s way cheaper than my phone provider costing $10/day. Highly recommend! Also appreciate the UX/UI, most of it is clear and easy to use. Difficulties: 1. Installing the esim and activating it - this was probably the hardest and most confusing step. We got confused with what labeling of the esim and we were not sure whether or not to turn off my original sim. It’d be helpful to have instructions that were currently on the esim. We ended up turning off our original sim just in case. I also had issues activating and had to restart my phone a couple times. They should recommend that when they have certain errors. 2. Topping up - I had to top up my Portugal esim and it didn’t activate automatically like it said it would. I had to restart my phone multiple times and click a button to activate. Wish this was more seamless as it says it should be..Version: 1.34.1

Works flawlesslyI came across this a while ago but hadn’t had a chance to use their eSIM’s. I use eSIM on my iPhone anyway for my usual airtime provider so am happy with the process. Turkey is a very expensive Roaming destination and doesn’t appear on any networks inclusive travel areas so this was the only option. I paid $4.50 for a 7 day 1gb package before I left the UK and installed the eSIM but didn’t activate it. On the aircraft I switched off my primary line and switched on the Airalo provided eSIM. As soon as I got a signal it just worked. The data rate was better than O2 in the UK (not that difficult really) and I had Data for the whole of the stay. Using WhatsApp for voice and text was easy, just make sure you tell WhatsApp not to change to the new number when it realises you are using a different SIM. Back in the UK I simply deactivated the Airalo line and switched my O2 one back on. The Area bundles are really good value (especially Asia) and I will use one of those once UK airlines eventually realise that people actually want to travel to the Far East again. My daughter is doing research in Tajikistan and I told her about Airalo and it worked for her - saved her a fortune as you need all sorts of paperwork to get a local SIM there. Thoroughly recommended..Version: 1.23.5

Great for travellersWe have travelled extensively and our biggest issue was getting a sim in each country so we decided to try a e-sim as we spent a short time in Australia before heading to the UK and Europe. Worked as described and have had no issues. Follow the instructions and reasonably easy to set up. At this stage we would recommend getting an e-sim..Version: 1.30.1

Internet made easyWhen our friend found out we were going on a Mediterranean cruise and we wanted the internet she suggested Airalo It was so easy to set up and works fine no problems I would recommend Airalo to anyone and are doing so Kind Regards Neil.Version: 1.34.2

Works in MexicoWorks well in Mexico easy to use. Nice to be able to get information fast on the go and not rely on free Wi-Fi..Version: 1.34.2

ImpressiveWe went to Portugal and upon our arrival my T-mobile (US) Cellular data wouldn’t pull out Waze. We were circling around outside the airport with our rented car trying to find signal - to get to our Airbnb (Imagine how tired and exhausted we were after a long flight, we just want to relax but we couldn’t get there) and Waze never worked. We even called T-mobile technical support trying to make the data work but it didn’t. We were helpless. But for some reason the Iphone maps worked (at least to get to our Airbnb). So when we arrived to our Airbnb, I immediately searched for eSIMS and found this. This is my first time using eSIMS, my husband used it as well. To our surprise, it’s perfect for all our needs. All the apps worked fast (even 5G) without using too much data. We purchased 30 GB - $19 for 15 days and on the last day there was still 29 GB left unused. It was reliable, powerful search and best eSIM ever. I will definitely used it again the next time we travel abroad. It totally made our trip hassle free and memorable. I would absolutely recommend it!.Version: 1.21.2

Fantastic - super worth itI used an Airalo e-sim card when I had a complicated trip going to four different countries in two different continents on my first overseas trip since Covid. It was brilliant – easy to set up, worked perfectly everywhere, gave me clear information as to how much data I had left and was equally easy to top up. I never had to call customer service once. I have kept the Sim card on my phone since then and used it on two other trips without having to do any extra work. It covers multiple countries, the prices seem really reasonable to me and the fact that you don’t get a local number was an advantage for me as it means that I can still check the voicemail on my local number or even answer it if necessary while away. You do need access to public or someone else’s Wi-Fi to make it seamless if you don’t have a local number but in the places I was that was easy. The only thing that is slightly complicated is learning to toggle between the eSIM number and your original number but I figured it out. Overall, I think it’s a game changer and I won’t be going back to any other way of keeping my phone usable while overseas..Version: 1.24.0

My new favorite travel hack!I had never even heard of eSIMs before planning a recent trip to France. In the past, I’ve used Verizon’s Travel Plan ($10 a day for service), which worked reliably but was very expensive on a long trip. And when I go to France, I tend to stay for as long as I can manage. As soon as I learned of Airalo, I read all the how-to’s and watch all the tutorial videos the site provides, then I immediately called Verizon to have my phone carrier unlocked. Airalo was remarkably easy to use from there. The eSIM I chose ended up being a far larger data allowance than I actually needed even though I used my phone absolutely constantly to navigate while I was there, but it was still only just over $20. An enormous difference in price! And the service was excellent the whole time in both Paris and Strasbourg. With hardly a hiccup in service, I am thrilled and very excited to have this inexpensive and easy new way to keep my phone service when I travel. I couldn’t be happier with this product 😊.Version: 1.23.3

European esimI used the regional esim for Europe which so far has been super helpful! It picks up any available service in any European country that I travel too. Service wise everything is fast and downloads quickly. Once you purchase a sim you can top it up without offloading and having to redownload anything so you just pay for more data and it’s there in seconds. My only fault would be that there is no option to have a phone number so there is noway to call anyone if I need to which is a little risky when travelling. In that case I have to switch back to my roaming service..Version: 1.25.0

Simple and works greatOur family of five travelled together for a month and we each used this app instead of the mobile wifi dongle which we used in the past. This was much more convenient and cost effective as we could move about as we needed to. Highly recommend this app..Version: 1.24.0

Airalo for the win!Easy to setup and use. Even if you can’t quite figure something out, a quick and positive response from the help desk will resolve any wrinkles. It’s substantially cheaper than any plan my provider was offering. I had concerns not knowing what network connections would be like but from minute one, we were up and running. The top up feature was even easier as we were staying for 60 days. Will use Airalo for all my travel eSIM from now on. No more losing or struggling to find/ buy a SIM card. Cheers! Doug.Version: 1.42.0

Don't be afraid of the magic of virtual SIMs, and the price is right. My first eSIM with Airalo has been a good experience so far. I got a data only ‘Europe’ package as I'm visiting UK and Turkey over a couple of months. The price is reasonable, the sign up was easy. The activation required a bit of new knowledge in unknown areas of my iPhone settings menu, but once I had understood this, it has been easy too. I can use VOIP apps like WhatsApp to stay in contact with people via voice and text message. I travel to Turkey later in July and will find out how the package works there too. 39 countries and neither UK nor Turkey are in Europe!.Version: 1.30.1

Works great! Saves huge roaming chargesI saw this on a New York review site and thought we’d give it a go as we have newer iPhones and were visiting from the UK, plus for around $13 for 3 of us it was worth a go. It’s really easy to register and buy, a bit fiddly to set up to make sure you’ve turned off your international roaming (just make sure you follow the instructions carefully) but once done you don’t have to worry about overseas roaming charges (ours are £6 per day each!, so around £90 for a 5 day trip) We had 5g coverage almost all the time. We bought 1gb of data each ($4.50 each) and it lasted the whole 5-day trip, it’s also super easy to top up if you run out. Would highly recommend if you’re not covered by international roaming and we’ll keep it on our phones for our next trip..Version: 1.23.5

It’s real! Two friends who travel lots told me about Airalo. I thought I’d try it in Mexico before we do our Asia trip. It’s been amazing! Turned my primary provider off, used Airalo’s eSIM. I waited to try the app before writing this review in Mexico… so inexpensive and it works. I needed help and Airalo had prompt support network. Will use this app again and recommend it to others..Version: 1.42.0

Quick and EasyHonestly such a quick and easy app to setup and use for esims! Pricing is fair and it’s saved me from having to roam. I prefer this way more than having to buy a SIM card and swap it out manually, never again. Keep up the great work! I hope to keep using this as I travel.Version: 1.25.0

Great Service!Fantastic service. I had questions about when to install and activate the data plan I had purchased. They responded within only a few minutes and provided a very good step by step breakdown how to install and clear answers to my questions. Highly recommend!.Version: 1.39.1

Easy to use app and great solution!I’m having some issue with my provider as whenever I go abroad my sim doesnt connect to any network - even though I double checked with them, my roaming is on and it should according to them. As I was so tired of having this issue the third time I was searching for a solution. I read about eSims and although the the usual providers in the country I travelled to don’t offer them to tourists I found Airalo and decided to give it a go. I chose the basic 1 GB data option first as it was not a huge amount of money to try it out and I was not disappointed! After paying you get clear instruction on how to install the eSim and it works instantly. I think the pricing is fair and so far I found the company itself very responsive and helpful. I’m using it the second time right now to write this review and the process to top it up and use it again was even easier. So thank you, it definitely saved me from a lot of headache. :).Version: 1.24.0

Superb! Anyone who travels a lot should use thisI don’t think I’ve ever written a review before, but this app really needs shouted about, it’s excellent for a holiday or for any frequent traveller. Basically keep your U.K. phone on but route all the data through a local esim. I travel all over the world as a pilot and this app allows me to keep in touch anywhere and avoid data roaming costs. I used to buy local SIM cards for different countries, but you can’t beat the convenience of an esim and the zero hassle it is to have once set up. Realistically all you need is data these days, we can call over Skype/ WhatsApp and need data to order Uber’s. My service provider in the U.K. is three who are great in Europe and USA, but it doesn’t cover the world. I’m working in Russia and China at the moment, and this app allows me to use my phone as if I was in the U.K. to keep in touch, translate etc for a very affordable 9USD. I had a local sim for Antigua holiday to try the service out as a sceptic. I was so impressed I bought a global sim which now I use pay as you go when abroad now. Excellent service and concept, well done!.Version: 1.13.0

Great Connectivity in Costa RicaPurchased a cheap data plan in the States via Airalo before a trip to Costa Rica to familiarize myself with the dual-sim. That worked well, so I bought the Costa Rica eSim and couldn’t have been happier. I will say, it becomes a little tricky avoiding fees with your Stateside carrier as even though I spoke with Verizon representatives 3 times before leaving to make sure my account was setup the best to avoid international fees, I still was charged for one day of TravelPass (oddly at 3am while I was asleep). Verizon credited that back and I’ve found the best approach is to completely remove any international functionality from your phone line before leaving. Even with Data Roaming disabled for my Verizon sim, it somehow still triggered that one TravelPass day. Once they disabled all international roaming, I didn’t incur any additional travel fees. Overall the eSim worked perfectly and I’ll definitely be using it for all future international travel. Thanks Airalo!.Version: 1.16.2

Kiwi travellerExcellent product/service, has worked perfectly for us from England to Poland down to croatia and everywhere in between. Picks up signal perfectly when landing in new countries. Easy to top up when required. Spot on!.Version: 1.32.0

Great in USFirst time user and I am loving it. Connection is pretty good. Price is reasonable and you don't need to get a physical local SIM. Usually when I travel to the US, I would pay 10-15 dollars a day to my Canadian phone company to roam in the US. This has saved me a lot if money..Version: 1.33.0

Essential app for travellingJust back from a month in Asia where I used an Airalo Asian SIM purchase to travel between Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, South Korea and even China (where international news sites were not blocked, but they were on WiFi, this was an unexpected benefit). It worked perfectly! As long as your phone is compatible and you set it up correctly, it works like a dream! One word of advice is that I always seem to use more data travelling than I would normally, mainly due to using maps and uploading to social media. So although I purchased 5GB (which is more than my 3GB normal usage), I did need to buy a 1GB top-up twice. Although there are alternatives, I can’t really fault Airalo and have no issue recommending, it’s essentially essential for travelling abroad..Version: 1.35.0

A lifesaverI’ve used this service several times over the last year and it has allowed me to have so much more freedom while traveling, by not having to rely on wifi, or other people and not having to pay absurd roaming rates to my US carrier. my only piece of feedback is that while this worked almost perfectly for me in european countries, i had a bit of trouble with it in uganda. i often found myself having to turn my phone off and on again to access data, despite the local network in the area actually being quite strong. if i didn’t do that, it would bump me down to 3g rendering data unusable. turning my phone off and back on again would bump me back up to 4g for at least 10-20 minutes or so before losing service again. those issues aside, i appreciated being able to have data in a country where i’m typically unable to use my phone. thanks for all you do!!.Version: 1.27.0

Simple and One Stop SolutionStarting out on a 4 country / 4 month tour of South American. We usually get a SIM in each country, sometimes multiple SIMs depending on the region of the country (Asia) ... with varying degrees of cost & functionality. Installed Airalo on one phone for a 7 day trial andloaded a year on mine a few days ago. Both have worked very well - and I would completely recommend. The 12 month package cost me just a bit more than I would usually pay for a month in Canada..Version: 1.34.0

Perfect for travelSuper easy to install the esim and they have reasonable rates for data plans. I got a regional esim for Europe and was very impressed as it worked in all of the countries I travelled to and was easy to top up if the data had run out. Airalo also sent email notifications when data was running low which was much appreciated. I also really liked the ‘refer a friend’ aspect as it meant myself and another person I travelled with could save some money on the data. I’ll definitely be using Airalo again as I found it far more reliable than my normal data company..Version: 1.24.0

Seamless experienceHas worked absolutely seamlessly for me so far and I’ve been to some pretty far flung places. Pretty straightforward to set up too. You do need to have wireless initially so it’s worth connecting wirelessly and purchasing and activating the eSim before you get to where you need to use it. So much more convenient that faffing around buying a data sim, then registering the data sim, filling out paperwork for registrations, switching SIM cards, carrying extra mobile hotspot, etc etc. As others have said, make sure when you switch back to your own local network that you select the option which tells WhatsApp NOT to change to the new number. Highly recommended and there are some good voucher codes out there for 10% or 15% off your first eSIM..Version: 1.28.0

India esimMy airalo esim was relatively easy to install and worked like a charm as soon as I touched down in Delhi. 2GB of data was more than enough for my 14 days in India. My only criticism of Airalo was that on my last day in India I had no service. I contacted Airalo. Their response time was slow (several hours of waiting for an agent), then I was asked to supply screenshots, check settings etc when in fact there was a network outage. 15 hours later service was restored but at no time during those 15 hours did Airalo notify me of the problem. Fortunately it didn’t matter too much as I managed to get by but if I’d really needed it it could have been very problematic. I would have liked better comms! Would still recommend..Version: 1.35.0

Loved itTried this for the first time for my Vietnam trip. I’m still away but wanted to write a review as this has been brilliant! It’s made travelling and keeping in contact so stress free and easy. My mum was meeting me and my partner in Vietnam, but arriving on different days from another country, I made her download the app too and it was great that she could contact me as soon as she landed at the airport! It’s been great to have internet access at my finger tips, particularly trying to navigate our way around the streets of Ho Chi Minh. I highly recommend this app and will definitely use it again when I’m overseas.Version: 1.38.0

Amazing!! A lifesaver 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🤸‍♂️When I was traveling in the middle east, I was having a lot of trouble finding Wi-Fi in the larger public areas that functioned. I depended on it to connect with drivers and my host. My host then mentioned this app, and I was easily able to buy a very inexpensive package for my few remaining days in her country. It was incredible how simple it was to purchase and use and I was able to relax and do everything I needed to do. It saved me continued panic about not being able to connect with her and drivers when I needed to coordinate with them. I am pleased to see it is offered in many of the countries where I visit and live, and I feel so happy I will be able to use it when I need it and not wait in line at the airport or try to figure out where to go to buy a Sim card and wait several hours for the service to activate. I’m going to try again in another Middle Eastern country next week! Thank you airalo, you are brilliant! 🙏🏻🥰.Version: 1.42.0

Absolutely LOVE it!Came to Portugal for 3 months and purchased an Airalo Europe regional eSIM. Installed right before I left the US and turned it on as the plane was approaching Lisbon. Switched my Verizon sim to no data roaming, Wi-Fi only, and turned the phone off and on a couple times. By the time we hit the runway I was on the MEO network with 5 bars and was calling home on WhatsApp to let loved ones know I had arrived before the plane got to the gate. Have been using for 2 of the 3 months so far, including a couple side trips to Spain and has worked with no issues in either country. Heck a friend was with me on the ferry between the two countries and they had purchased a regular SIM card in Portugal which quit working half way across the river, but mine just connected automatically to the Spanish cell towers and kept on working. Highly recommend to anyone traveling and will be using Airalo from now on whenever I travel..Version: 1.37.0

More simple than I thoughtI decided to use the eSim capability of my iPhone with some trepidation but the support from Airalo has been great. Neither my local data supplier nor Apple support were a lot of help so if you decide to use the eSim and need help go direct to Airalo. I bought a sim to use in Europe in July and it is sitting there ready to activate. But I decided to buy a $3 USA to test it out here in Australia. After following the instructions it worked although not as fast as my local service provider. I’m in a poor service area so I’m not surprised. The only thing that would make the support go from great to exceptional would be to have something that refers to using the eSim on the iPad. There looks to be a few minor differences that you have to work through yourself..Version: 1.19.1

Such a great solution to mobile roamingAfter a week of navigation between WiFi networks of variable quality, I was very grateful to be introduced to Airolo … I’m not very tech savvy and found the videos and step by step guides were easy to follow - great instructional design. Got myself set up and connected easily for Italy and then france. My Italian esim hadn’t expired when I returned from France and I could re activate it easily. I have saved big time on the lumpy fees that happen when you can’t find decent WiFi and need to use data from your primary carrier. Very highly recommend this app!.Version: 1.24.0

Airalo saved meStuck in Spain with emergency surgery and my UK provider 3 cut off my fair use data and even calling them I couldn’t add anymore data outside of Uk to my plan. I remembered Airalo! It was crucial I have access to data for communication with friends, family and professional contacts as this was life and death surgery very sudden and unexpected! Download Airalo app. Easy! Got eSIM for Spain. Easy! Took me 5 minutes to figure out how to go into settings to sort eSIM. Easy! My phone keeps working like normal but now on eSIM and at a much cheaper rate! Best!! I then bought an international plan for 365 days 175 countries just so I had it on my phone Incase of emergency. I’m heading to india soon as I’m fit to fly for work. eSIM already downloaded ready for when I land! Easy! This is the future of mobile data for people like me who have to travel. No need for physical SIM cards. Total waste of time. eSIM much cheaper. Long or short plan so no lock-in contract. Just buy your own mobile and you are away!!!!! I congratulate Airalo founders and team for this step into the future of travel staying connected. Class!!!.Version: 1.40.0

Very convenient and easy to set upI used Airalo for my 3-week trip to the Philippines. It’s super easy to use and the eSIM installation was really easy to follow, I didn’t encounter any issue setting it up. It worked throughout my trip in the Philippines, although the connection was sometimes slow and spotty, but that was probably because of the areas I was in, as I did stay in somewhat remote locations. A fair warning though, the eSIM’s are data only and don’t come with a phone number. This ended up being an issue for me because all public wifi I found (including in hotels) required me to enter a Filipino phone number to use them, so I couldn’t use any of them (would have saved a few GB of data) and I had to completely rely on the eSIM data. If not having a local number is not an issue for you and you just need data, then Airalo will do the job for you without any hassle..Version: 1.24.0

This is the futureNo more big 3 and over paying data charges Basic phone plan + Airalo esim for data. Also btw super friendly customer service. Can’t wait to see you guys grow bigger!.Version: 1.0.0

Good coverage in BaliThe Esim was easy to install and manage. It connected as soon as the plane landed. When used in conjunction with wifi the plan I chose was 5gig for 30 days and so far after 10 days I have only used 700mb so the 5gig should last for 30 days. The only downside for me is that with an Esim you don’t get a phone number and I normally use a transport app in Bali which requires an Indonesian phone number so I can’t use that app. To get around that problem when I return home I will swap my primary physical sim with an Esim and then when I travel I will purchase a physical sim that comes with a local phone number. If you don’t need a local phone number then using an Esim is very convenient as you can set it up at home and it’s connected as soon as you arrive and you don’t need to worry about finding a phone shop. I also love that the app shows exactly how much data you are using. All in all a great product..Version: 1.34.0

Worth every penny and so simple!IPhone user here and I’ve been rocking eSIMs for my normal UK network in case I ever needed to install a legacy/standard SIM while travelling, which we used to do a lot. Using this app to get an eSIM installed from a Thai network operator was so quick and simple to do. Open the app, choose the plan and pay with Apple Pay. Then just activate the eSIM when you land. no scanning of QR codes or typing anything in, it just works with the iPhone native interface. Worked immediately and I get decent 5G reception, even out on Koh Samui. I’ll be getting another one when my 15 days runs out. Definitely recommended for stress free data while travelling and no need to deal with airport news stands and old skool plastic SIM cards..Version: 1.39.0

Great way to purchase eSIMS, but falls down in some countriesReally like the Airalo app. It’s quick and simple to install eSIMS. I had very mixed results with the chosen cell carrier in Sri Lanka though. Roaming on a physical SIM I got much better reception and speed - on the same network that the eSIM was choosing. However, in other countries my experience has been fantastic..Version: 1.21.3

Works well, cheap but needs better user interfaceI travel frequently, this app has been a life-saver! It's cheap, easy to top up and sends timely messages when you are running out of data. It includes so many countries also. My only complaint is that it's sometimes difficult to tell whether I am using my phone providers roaming data or the esim. I would love a fix that somehow indicates this more clearly as I got charged for a few days of roaming when I didn't realize which sim I was using!.Version: 1.24.0

One of the best travel companionI am a frequent traveler, in the past struggled without internet connections or paid a lot of money for international mobile roaming but Airalo changed all of this , easy to use and worked everywhere I went without any issues. If you are travelling I recommend you to buy this sim..Version: 1.34.1

Actually Very SimpleI was very skeptical but read the reviews & took the plunge for a trip to Tunisia where we usually have to switch SIMS on three phones. It all turned out to be fairly simple, just follow the instructions & then check your original Sim’s data roaming is definitely off in settings. Don’t answer any calls & don’t send any SMS messages. I had one voicemail from an unknown number which cost me 10 pence to listen to, but every other call I was able to return through WhatsApp. AIRALO have been proactive offering support without being annoying so I thought I would leave them this review. It has certainly worked for me in Tunisia. In countries where I currently pay for the O2 travel plan this would definitely be a cheaper option. On other UK networks for use in Europe where roaming isn’t included, this is a very viable option which you can set up before you go. It seems eSims are the way forward & AIRALO are ahead of the game in their choice of countries & plans. Referrals are easy too & earn you credit for your next trip. I did it for my Wife & the credits showed instantly. So I have to give five stars as it has exceeded my expectations. Thanks AIRALO!.Version: 1.34.0

Great interface, experience and priceUsed in Portugal for 3 months and in Poland for 10 days. Great speeds (depends on the carriers coverage and infrastructure) which can range from 5 to 500mb/s download. Only complaint I have is that the installation process is a little overwhelming with all the steps but after I did it once it’s pretty easy to install again. Was also struggling to enable iMessage but managed to get it working..Version: 1.23.2

Ideal communication solutionAiralo was super easy to install and provides precise detail of my usage in my native language via their app. I will be visiting 6-7 countries over the next 6 months so having to purchase local SIMs on arrival would not only be costly but they usually run out before I have to leave. Upgrading local plans is almost impossible as notifications are delivered in the carriers native language. Constantly changing numbers is another nightmare Airalo eliminates which means I can receive authentification codes from my home bank when I perform online transactions!.Version: 1.37.0

It should be the best oneI just finished my holiday in Indonesia for 6 weeks. Now I am in Australia, I used Airalo from the day one when landing in Soekarno Hatta Airport. It was easy to activate the esim and top up the data. I went to Manado ( North Sulawesi ) and also some of small town surroinding it without any disconnected network. I stayed more than 3 weeks in Bandung and also went to a small town with 3 hours by driving, there is no any problem of connection. I am happy customer and glad to recommend it to anyone who needs it. I would like to suggest the choice of data will have a bigger one such as 20GB. Thank you..Version: 1.24.0

Worked perfectly; great priceI was new to eSiMs and a bit skeptical, but I wanted to try so I dowloaded Airalo and bought a 7 day Europe pass. Installed easily, activated when I landed in FRA and automatically switched to Switzerland and France. Great experience and a great price. Will certainly use again!.Version: 1.42.0

Great productFirst thing I will say is this app is legit and the product works! I recently travelled to Marrakesh where getting around by foot requires Apple/Google maps as there’s no road signs. I couldn’t have done this trip without Airalo. I downloaded my E-sim on arrival (via airport wifi) which takes a couple minutes so perfect for when waiting the queue for security. I then switched over to my local E-sim and used it from there. They helpfully text you to notify when you’re running low, using maps was burning through more data than I realised so having the option to top up rather than buying a new sim was ideal. I would say the set up of the E-sim is a little bit of a faff but Airalo provide good instructions. Finally, this is a cheaper alternative to paying international rates on your domestic sim, however it’s still not cheap. 1GB = ~£10, with my totally spend for the week being £30. I’d like to see the rates go down as more people use these E-sims. I also used 0.2GB of my last top up which I needed as it was the final day and I needed to navigate to the airport but I was still required to pay for a full GB. Overall a great service and I would use again , but it’s not cheap or flexible..Version: 1.25.0

Very pleased with thisI am by no means a techno. So I was quite nervous taking this on. I confess, I am not sure I know just how I got it to work. But work it did. My data use is quite low and the 10g I purchased seemed to last forever. But then it started chewing thru it. I suspect all the web sites I accessed and their cookies? It didn’t work for a while, and the suggestions I received were very helpful. Then I realised it was my fault. On one flight I had turned off data roaming - duh! My own phone is a pre paid. So there was no way the data roaming applied to my home mobile My only issue is that when I needed to to a top up, for my last country. The offer came up for multiple countries- which I had previously purchased. I could have paid half the price if I had realised I could nominate one country. But for the hassle free access, I am prepared to accept this. My friend who had another option - had so many issues with wifi dropping out.Version: 1.29.0

Great appUsed app to get Japanese sim worked seamlessly will definitely recommend and I will use it again when traveling I liked how you sill received txt emails and calls off your primary number but not at the roaming cost of the big telcos.Version: 1.39.1

Exceptional value for exceptional productThe purchase of esim, installation of app, setup and connction is simple and exactly as advertised. One week of airalo service cost less than half day of roaming charges on my Canadian cell provider.Version: 1.34.1

Works well once installedI used an ESIM while travelling in Mexico for a couple of months. I found the installation difficult if you try to organise it’s activated once you land. I wasn’t able to get it right on the iPhone without a lot of trial and error and assistance from a friend. I’m usually good at technology so tad frustrated that I could get it to work properly first off. They offer assistance by calling up but once your in country that’s not possible without a wifi connection. Once installed it was great. Only limited by reception. Note you can’t call and don’t have a new number. So you’re limited to WhatsApp or messenger but that works for most things. Having access to maps was important for me so having data available important.Version: 1.24.0

Good eSim for traveling overseasWe had a good experience using Airalo eSims when we travel to Spain and Portugal. We had fast 5G data speeds in those country. The connection is always on and good coverage on the capital cities and when we were in remote area (traveling by train). While in London UK, the data speed is slower because we can only get 3G connections, however we can manage to get connection in most of the time. Another thing is that Airalo only give you “data” internet connection. There is no option to get a local phone number. I wish they have one, it can be handy for local service Apps. Installation is easy and straightforward. We bought eSims, one for me and another one for my spouse. We will certainly using it again when we travel overseas. Currently the eSims stays in my phone. I am not sure how long can I keep this eSims. Thank you for the great service, we don’t have to pay excessive roaming charge overseas anymore..Version: 1.31.0

Great way to travelRecently used an Airalo esim on a trip to Bali. It was much better than paying daily roaming fees and let me keep my own number to use for wifi in the hotel etc. The instructions to set it up and activate it were clear. It was easy to check how much data I had used via the app and the option to top up if I needed was available too. With the esim I was able to use messenger WhatsApp and FaceTime for calling and messages which worked really well. Also allowed me to use maps when we were out and about. Would definitely recommend..Version: 1.30.0

Fiddly but invaluableIf you are travelling anywhere your phone company doesn't provide free roaming-look at this app for a low cost alternative to pay-per-MB or daily allowance schemes offered by the telco. You can and should do your purchase and setup before you travel. That ensures that any problems are addressed (my first purchase didn't go through) and that you can be up and running the moment your plane lands. If there is a limitation with this app, it is one all its competitors will share: apple doesn't make installing eSIMs easy. All the usability features of the iPhone have been skipped here -it is clearly a bit of the device targeting people who work for a minimum wage in a phone shop -and who, after doing a half day training course, have to set up eSIMs multiple times a day. They terminology they learn, the steps they soon get familiar with. Trying to do this in an airport is not the place to learn. Watch the videos, save the screenshots of instructions-and bear in mind that iOS releases may change the steps slightly..Version: 1.24.0

Easy to use - cant believe it existsI was skeptical to try the service when it randomly popped up on. Google. I travel a lot and usually get a new sim in each country. usually the cost of a new sim in an airport is usually expensive. I found the prices quarter of the price quoted in an airport. I deciede to give it a try in Switzerland (most expensive place to buy anything). The steps to install were simple and i was not even expecting it to work. To my surprise it worked perfectly. The speed was great and setup was quick. I ended up using it again for my 2nd location (ireland) right away. Definitely will start using them going forward. So glad i found them. Give them a try too..Version: 1.21.2

Great productSuper easy to install. Much cheaper than using my data roaming service and have had no issues with connecting to everything I have needed while travelling in the USA. Definitely recommend..Version: 1.24.0

My new travel essentialAs another reviewer said, Airalo is actually as good as it seems. I thought it was too good to be true, but it’s worked perfectly for me over the last two weeks travelling through Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau with the Asialink package. It was easy to set up (did it in my home country before I left), and it only activated once I was in a relevant country. The eSIM was easy to add, with the app guiding me through it (although I already use eSIMs for personal and work use too). I tracked my data usage in the app, and was surprised to see there was even an iOS widget (which I added to my Home Screen). I didn’t buy enough data, but topping up with more data was super easy. In hindsight, it was probably a little more expensive that buying a travel SIM in each country… but 100% worth it. Being able to use data as soon as I land was great, and it was amazing to not have to worry about finding a reliable SIM once I clear customs in each country. I will be using Airalo—without a doubt—for all my future travels..Version: 1.36.0

Works perfectly in Japan! I’m blown away!Rarely take time to write reviews but I’m blown away by Airalo in Japan. The country is rarely covered for UK roaming packages and many people hire a wifi unit which is another thing to remember to charge etc but I gave Airalo a go for mine and partners phone and it has seriously not missed a beat. We’ve been from Tokyo to Kyoto to Osaka to Nara to Kobe and the phone has worked perfectly everywhere even on bullet train which is where I am writing this from! I wish my phone worked so well at home where mobile signal is terrible. This even works in Shinkansen tunnels! The only bit of advice is read the instructions carefully before just hitting next next next. When apple prompts you make sure you keep your default line for calls and iMessage set to your main home sim tariff and also to “swap data as needed” between the sims. Then make sure you have turned data roaming ON on the eSIM and OFF on your home sim tariff. Or just turn the home sim tariff LINE OFF completely if you prefer. Airalo would be good to link to a little video for showing this as it’s not too obvious. Also, if your eSIM gives you a message when at home saying “failed to register” it will keep trying in background and will work when you hit the country you have purchased it for. Approx £15 for 10gb faultless data in Japan with convenience of on your phone = amazing. Btw. My mum is currently in Turkey with one of these and it’s working beautifully also..Version: 1.34.2

Easy to set up and useLike many, I am new to eSIMs but found the whole process extremely easy. Clear step by step set up was provided, which took only a few minutes to go through and complete, and the data works perfectly - I have made numerous online calls (WhatsApp, FaceTime, etc.), sent loads of messages, surfed the internet and used google maps a lot and I still have over half of the 5gb of data I purchased remaining. On our travels this summer, I required an eSIM for the USA and another one for Canada and, so far, both have been spot on. It would be nice to have one eSIM which covered both countries, like you can get with other groups of countries, but I would imagine there is a reason why this isn’t possible at the moment. AiraIo are highly recommended and I would urge others to use them, rather than endure the ridiculous roaming charges that are out there!.Version: 1.31.0

Easy, Fast & Great ValueJust back from a 3 week adventure in the Caribbean. I had read about the app and was keen to try to see if it lived up to the reviews. So pleased with this, I installed on my cell, my wifes and my mother-in-law (shes 74 and was able to use it no problem). Follow the detailed instructions for setting up the e-sim and off you go. We had planned to buy a SIM card in one of the 3 islands we visited but we were able to use Airalo so efficiently, no need to track down a physical SIM card. Love it and can't recommend it enough. Love how the app told you how much data you have remaing. Very clever..Version: 1.25.0

Simply the bestHaving researched multiple e-sim options, this was the only one I found that covered all of the countries I was visiting in one package. Great automatic coverage in countries like Iceland, Bosnia, Slovenia…Super easy to install at home before travelling and then activate when in first foreign country. Highly recommend!.Version: 1.23.4

BrilliantThis is the first time I’ve used an eSIM and with Airalo it was so easy. I was going to Thailand for 3.5 weeks. I had no idea how to load the eSIM but I followed Airalo instructions whilst in Heathrow Airport and changed the name of it to Thailand and when I landed in Bangkok my eSIM came to life and was working straightaway. I bought 10 days worth and when it ran out I bought another 10 days. It was not expensive and I could still send WhatsApp messages to family and friends in the normal way! I don’t know how that works, but it does!!! Moving on to Malaysia next week, but Airalo is not so cheap to buy for Malaysia. I’m only there about 4-5 days before flying home, so not sure if I will buy an eSIM or not. If I do I know it will be easy to install and use..Version: 1.39.1

Downloaded the app, ordered the eSim, worked.Fairly straight forward with my first time with Airalo. I had the app downloaded before my flight in case I needed it. Partially through my trip in Türkiye I decided that I could use some mobile data. I simply ordered the data package for my timeperiod and carefully followed the instructions. All good..Version: 1.27.0

Wow! Love it!My husband and I are on a 23 day trip around 4 Asian countries, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. We had no idea how we would use our phones overseas and then I found Airalo online! I waited to write this review until we had visited all 4 countries. My husband bought the 30 day, 10gb Asia eSim before we left the UK. When we landed in Singapore there was a little bit of figuring out turning off our home Sim etc but he found it quite easy. It worked right away. Once we knew how it worked, I bought another 10gb eSim online while in Singapore (for myself). Since then we’ve arrived in the 3 other countries and it just automatically linked up with their local phone providers. So easy! I’ve been using it for 13 days and so far have lots of data left. I’ve used it for maps to find where we’re going and also to message family and friends using Whats App, Messenger and iMessage. Can’t recommend it enough! For the price, it’s a bargain. (We visited Korea for two weeks last year and it was about $50US for a normal sim there. We had to find it once we arrived, fill out paperwork, give passport info etc.) With Airalo there’s none of that. You just land, and you’re ready to go! Give it a try, you won’t regret it..Version: 1.34.2

Travel game changer!I usually just suffer through trips using only wifi as roaming is so expensive, but I just returned home from a family trip to Mexico and used Airalo for an eSIM provider. Total travel game changer! Got a seamless connection to the Mexican cell network when we arrived at the airport and I could get an Uber within minutes. No roaming charges. affordable data rates, and we had the freedom to explore knowing we could call for a ride share anywhere we went. Definitely using Airalo on my next trip..Version: 1.42.0

First time user of eSiM abroad and Very SatisfiedI’m traveling abroad in Europe and felt I needed near full time bandwidth to stay connected when WiFi is not available. My USA cell carrier does allow use of data and texting abroad but can be very slow to a crawl. So after much careful research of over 6 eSIM providers, I went with Airalo. I must say I’m very very happy with their service. It has literally worked every place I have been, including the train stations. The only exception so far was traveling by train and entering a tunnel. Not going to count that against Airalo. Also, Airalo’s eSiM catalog seems to cover more of the world than other providers. Finally, Airalo’s app is very comprehensive and can do everything, including managing your account, installing sSIM directly, and see usage status. I highly recommend Airalo for your eSIM needs. Their rates are very comparable to other providers and is very reasonable. I will definitely be using them again on my next abroad trip to Asia..Version: 1.34.2

Finally connected while travelingI wanted to write a review because not only was it a game changer to be connected while traveling , but I also wanted to thank the way someone helped me change my settings . I am not very tech savvy to say the least and at first I wasn’t feeling great about the whole texting help, I do prefer a voice, but the customer service person was so incredibly patient with me. I would send screen shots of where I was at and they would just keep directing my next move. Anyway, thank you for that and helping my trip in paris be so easy. I wandered the streets without ever feeling uncomfortable that I would get lost since I had constant access to my map. And all this for the price of what I would pay per day with my normal carrier. I did get a month, even though I was only there for 2 weeks and did have to top it up once, but it was a far cry from what I would have spend other wise. Thank you.Version: 1.35.0

Excellent!I probably use Airalo in an unconventional way. Where I live, my T-Mobile service is awesome. However, I also hunt and fish in some pretty remote locations that are lacking in T-Mobile service. Now with Airalo, I can access data on other networks and still use iMessage and internet when my T-Mobile service is nonexistent. On iPhones, you can set your Airalo eSIM to automatically or manually choose a network... it usually defaults to AT&T in my area, but if I switch it to manual it will generally give the option to choose from several different carriers depending on your location. As an example, I currently have a choice between 9 different networks, including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and a few smaller providers. I seriously can’t recommend this service enough!! Their customer service team is also extremely fast in responding to emails. I accidentally deleted my eSIM profile on my phone. After sending them an email, I had a response within an hour with a new eSIM and my new plan transferred over to it..Version: 1.15.3

EssaieMon utilisation de e SIM était un test et ma première en prévision d’un voyage prochain en Espagne. Est-ce que je pourrai avoir les explications en français?.Version: 1.24.0

Airalo saves the day and pocketTravelled to Indonesia as a UK resident with a UK SIM and needed to avoid roaming charges, but quickly found I needed more than relying on WiFi cover. New to esims only using once before in USA from a competitor to Airalo, but had positive experience of my USA esim. Found Airalo from a quick internet search of best Indonesian esim. Airalo was recommended at a fraction of the cost of the provider I had successfully used in USA. Thought it would be worth trying Airalo. Could not have been easier to purchase and install on my iPhone 11 Pro. Instant install following an easy guide then just a few switches using the intuitive iOS settings to make my new esim the dominant network and temporarily switch off my UK SIM to protect from high roaming costs. Working faultlessly for whatsapp, iphone to iphone messaging, navigation apps, social media and internet searches. Over 2 weeks usage for much less than a day of basic roaming charges on my UK sim. Will be using Airalo for all my business and personal trips abroad..Version: 1.25.0

Loved the convenience and ease of the installation.I recently used the Airalo App as it was recommended to me by someone else. I purchased my E Sim through the app and downloaded it for a recent trip to Bali. It has been a seamless experience and I am by no means that good with technology. Just follow the clear instructions and you can’t go wrong. I had the E-Sim all ready to go from home and activated it as soon as I got off the plane. It connected to the provider and just like that I had data for my travels. I will be using this type of E- Sim again. I have already recommended it to my family. I was also able to keep my own number and didn’t have to stress about expensive roaming rates..Version: 1.32.0
