✗ Point to the advance app on startupReally poor design, this version of the app does not offer PayID, only bank transfer now I have to wait 72 hours on my deposit. How can you miss something so basic, point to the advance app or add all deposit options. In general one of the worst cex app designs. Why is the button to check your asset the smallest button in the most random location ever? Would give less than 1 star if possible.Snackych4nVersion: 1.43.0

✗ STAY AWAY THEY WILL FREEZE YOUR ACCOUNTFirst time they messed up was when they ask me to identify myself to upgrade my account. Their email said it would be approved a couple days but it took over 2 months and they denied me without giving me a reason even tho my documents were legit (selfie with license and a note on the side) Second time they contacted me asking for a proof of funds. A note from my bank, or 2 years of paystubs, letter from my accountant etc. i dont have any of those and threatened to freeze my account until i provided them proof of funds document. Looks like my account will be frozen because i dont have that. Binance never did this to me except the selfie and license. Kraken is garbage and crooks.DjpoopsiebabyVersion: 1.26.1
