The user interface is very easy to use and support is fast, friendly and helpful the longest you’ll wait for help is 5 minutes. Their default limits are very good and verification is pretty seamless and easy, they won’t have you standing 10 different ways taking selfies of your ID. ✓ Better than the Web versionI like Kraken and only trust them over the others, but this is probably the only establishment I’ve come across where the app is better than the web version. The app will show me on the account screen the available cash balance I have left over after taking out my submitted Limit orders for the future. The web shows you your whole balance and not just what’s left over after submitting future orders. Weird. Example: If I have £500 in my account, and £400 has been submitted towards “Limit” orders, my cash balance should show £100 left over. App shows it like so, web doesn’t. ✓ Time Tabs and Trends Aren’t CorrectOverall, I’m enjoying the simplicity and ease of using the app. As of today I have noticed that the time tabs aren’t correct. Today is June 1st, but when I go over to the 24 hr history of a specific crypto, it displays the overall trend since May 25th and no trend for today. Another thing that is strange is that I’ll hover over the trends with my finger all the way to the right just a tad bit before the current time (5:00 pm) and it displays May 26th, 4:45 am. This results in just seeing inaccurate changes in the trend..Version: 1.21.0

✓ Great companyI made a mistake of sending crypto from another exchange to Kraken, over the wrong network. I called for a couple days asking for a developer to recover my money. Was told that I would be impossible. I was super upset after that, I would call and demand someone help me..a little over a year later and I get my deposit in my account!! ✓ Satisfied with Kraken - detailed review - Gr8 appApp is always up. Doesn’t try to force Authenticator apps on me like uphold did and none of which worked. Processes transactions lightning quick. Withdrawals to cold wallet work fine. App has never once crashed on me. Wire transfer deposits credit same day while Uphold makes me wait 4 days. Some have said difficult to withdraw but I’ve only been slowly accumulating via DCA so I cannot speak to that. I’m happy with Kraken. Together with uphold is has the easiest to use interface for searching, reading price graphs and executing trades. Two small suggestions for future upgrade: (1) uphold tabulates and shows average cost or any price paid to date for each crypto balance when you click on your individual holdings. It’s a nice feature to have on red candle days when you want to see your average cost. (2) would be nice if allowed a memo to be added to the trade. Uphold has this on a preview trade screen before you click to confirm. I like to have a reference I can type in on a transaction like “bought addit $100 of XXX on 5.4% dip to 0.45 avg cost 0.48.”.Version: 1.47.0

✓ Better than CB and CB ProSmoother and faster than cb not to mention that after the first deposit u do have to wait 72 hours to send assets elsewhere but after that first time u never need to wait for funds again, you can send or withdraw right away after the first time. Coinbase has you wait 2-3 days every single deposit which if you arr trying to add or hop into a position quickly that will be completely impossible to do with coinbase but with kraken u actually have a chance. ✓ Great exchangeI like my desktop a little bit better, but Kraken has been the most user-friendly and quick to respond exchange, especially since I started bringing larger amounts of fiat on. Other centralized exchanges I have had issues with wires coming through. To me steps in the process, but crack and makes it easy! Definitely recommend for anybody getting into crypto or people have been around for a few years, there is some thing for everybody from beginner to pro. Plus there the first crypto exchange to get a actual bank charter, in Wyoming! Have a feeling Wyoming is going to be leading the charge in cryptocurrency considering their regulatory environment and senators that they have sitting and their opinions on crypto. ✓ So FarI’ve completed my first purchase of BTC using Kraken. It was seamless… I honestly didn’t expect it to work as fast and efficiently as it did. Kraken places a hold on withdrawals of the BTC for 72 hours. The reason for this made sense and was valid. However if other apps like cash app will allow you withdrawals of your BTC immediately, why not Kraken. Other than the 72 hour hold, I’m very happy with Kraken so far. I’ll make another review when I’ve withdrawn my BTC and sent it to an external wallet..Version: 1.39.0
