✓ Great ProductI love that the not wired ring doorbell can be easily installed anywhere. I prefer that option since I can use it elsewhere for example: back patio, side door entrance, garage, etc. The camera itself has great video quality in the daylight. Quick connection to the actual device once notification is received of the ongoing activity at the moment. Even if you log on and it says Live View it will still record that moment. You don’t want to miss anything important. (I also use other brands of security cameras which I really like, but they can be delayed to connect to, and notify you moments after the activity has begun.).Version: 2.5.2
✓ Feedback on camera operation please respondThis has been working well but now it is not connecting/nor ringing on my mobile. It is coming up as ‘action’ recorded but when I press the playback it says ‘no videos on the day’? ✓ HD view and affordableAiwit is extremely affordable for $$30 a year for cloud storage and playback. And $29 for the Camara. The view is in HD and is very clear. It includes a plug in door chime for inside and a wireless camera for the door. You can communicate with visitors after being alerted through the app free of charge. The plug in chime for inside is connected to the device and is triggered by the bell. ✓ Worth the priceIt does what it says it does. Start with the one bad before I tell the good. It could use a light to light up the faces better, if the light is on their back the face is very dark but still visible. And the good, Was a pretty simple set up, the video quality is better than I was really expecting, I was surprised. The settings lack a little direction, but easy, just play around with it and you’ll figure it out fairly quick. I like the mute notification timer that allows me to do yard work and not have the motion notifications buzzing me every 2 minutes. I love that you can live chat two way, and you can open the camera live anytime you want just to look if you want to. The range on it is pretty good in my opinion, I have the router in the middle of my house, front door 15’ outside garage door 50’ through 3 walls and get 2 out of three bars. I just got it so we will see how it holds up. So far so good and happy with it..Version: 2.7.3
✓ It does the jobI paid attention when I purchased the wireless doorbell, and realized I needed a door chime so I bought both. My wish with the app is, I wish that we could make the record time longer than the standard 20 seconds, especially at night, at the ungodly hours when I’m asleep. I wish we could select a coverage area that we want to see like a grid, and we can specify a particular area of focus. It’s a 24 hour clock, I would like the option of a 12 hour clock .. i.e. 16:00 vs 4:00pm. Video color is clear, placement is everything with this doorbell so, find the right spot. ✓ Light Bulb Security CameraI love the camera for what it do from the audio, recording, clarity, even some of the functions are good but there’s a few things I don’t like and should be fixed. I think all security systems or cameras should allow multiple people to sign in at all time if there’s more then one person that lives at the residence, One user shouldn’t get logged off because another resident signed in besides that the camera is great but I’ll give it a 4 stars just for that!.Version: 2.7.4
✓ Love it!I installed one on my front door. It has worked great. I love that I can answer my door from anywhere via WiFi. I live in the USA and was recently in Israel, I would click my app and view my porch and front yard from there with no problem. I have had people ring my door bell and I have conversed with them and they thought I was at home when I was actually miles away. I like it so much I pitched one for my back door! Works great, and the iCloud storage is reasonable. Plus if someone did steal your doorbell you still have all your videos in the cloud. 😊👍🏼.Version: 2.6.1
✓ Works4 stars because it works, but not good for my use. This is my second bulb camera and second type of application . Aiwit app. is on the verge of being user friendly. It works well but has a delay in all of the features. ie … motion sensor, talking and listening. It’s approximately 3-5 seconds delay. Also after about 3-4 minutes it freezes and logs out if no movement, which is a big concern. My other camera uses the V380 app. stays logged in and running 24/7. I don’t worry about missing anything. I use in on my front door as a monitor day and night. We have thieves in our neighborhood and a delay of having to login and wait to see what’s happening outside is unacceptable. This one will end up as a backup system for temporary use only and I’ll have to get something else..Version: 2.7.0
✓ Excellent product with reasonable priceThis product is a good one if you want to know who is at your door and also can reduce the intensity of identification of humans in front of the camera so that battery won’t drain that fast. Easy and accurate information and recording also have good quality to identify the persons in front of camera etc. Would recommend this product if you want a simple solution for your video door bell And finally fixing is too easy. ✓ Good but delayed when away from homeThe picture is good, battery life good, notifications come through fine, but when my bell goes and I’m not home I click the notification and it does not load to the front door it buffers continuously. ✓ Works as it should for the price paidNoticed with the app updates it seems to not be as quick to catch motion as before with the earlier app versions. Tried changing in settings but no difference made. Still trying to get my free plug in chime for when the doorbell is rang to be heard in the house and not just the cell phone. ✓ We love this camera.Have had this over 5 months. I literally only have to charge it maybe once a month. Very comparable to my daughters ring doorbell. My only complaint is, when someone is at the door it takes a min to load live video. Usually the person is walking away by the time I can see who it is. Maybe they will make a fix for that. ✓ Solid purchase especially at entry level pricingI bought my camera almost 2 yrs ago and it was missing the instructions but even so it was very self explanatory. The image quality is not high definition but is more than enough to see everything clearly. It save and plays back up to 72hrs with no subscription. I charge it periodically but it’s honestly not often. My inside chime works great. The only complaint I really have is that the voice response when someone is out is pretty rough. I can hear the person outside but they have a hard time under my response, but honestly I don’t often need to to use that feature: all In All I think it was totally worth ever penny to have a sense of security when I’m home and away..Version: 2.7.4
✓ Aiwit Security CameraI’ve been using my security camera for about a month and a half. I love it. It was easy to install and connected to my Wi-Fi easily. It works just like a ring camera, but costs less. It picks up sound very good and the picture images are great during the day and night. I will be purchasing another one soon! The only thing is that you will have to remove it to charge it up, but that’s something I’m willing to do to continue using it and so far I only had to charge it once when I first received it..Version: 2.7.8

✓ Extremely handyI’ve had this for over a year now and it may be a little slow to connect on phone when someone rings doorbell but the picture quality and sensor on it are great. So handy when parcels arrive when you’re out. It stores videos for 7 days then deletes and you can download them before they’re deleted. I havnt paid the subscription yet but for only £30 a year I don’t feel it’s a bad deal at all..Version: 2.6.6
✓ A hiccup or two, but works wellSo close to five stars. At max sensitivity, the camera app takes five full seconds to notify me after it sees a person at the door. We live in a condo, and the elevator opens eight feet from our door. People have already rung the doorbell before the app tells us they're standing there. As with some other users, the app locked us out and didn't accept our password after 29 days of use. Fortunately, we were able to cancel the trial and pay nothing. A few days later, we restored the app and tried again with a new password, and all was well. We then paid for service. After 39 days, the camera's battery is still showing a 64% charge, which is amazing, and its connection to our wi-fi has been flawless the whole time. Even though it's a bit slow, it has never failed to detect a person. The doorbell is loud and clear (you can control its volume). Recommended. ✓ As good as much of what is availableDoorbell is ok, and the picture is clear. App is a simple UI, something Chinese tech interfaces excel in. I currently have 3 days storage. This may change based on other comments. Battery seems ok in cold temps, so far. The bell reacts a little slowly and has a certain fish eye feel to some images but for the money I can’t really complain. Chime was broken on arrival but selling company has agreed to send a new one, so all ok. As for subscriptions, I only really need the live view but almost every bell has a subscription cost these days - it is how they make most of their money. You won’t find much out there that doesn’t. I also have a Netatmo bell on my front door, which uses an existing Dropbox subscription (so avoids extra subscriptions), but it costs four times the price and has its own issues so all are much of a muchness. ✓ GoodWorks so far so good. The motion detection is pretty accurate. Every time when my husband goes out to smoke, it gives me five notifications on my phone. The camera is 720p, not the best but worth every penny. It uses batteries and charge a low annual fee if you want to the video stores longer. Easy to install besides we had to buy the batteries separately. The only downside is when I talk on my phone, I can’t hear the mic on the other side. So two people can talk simultaneously. ✓ Good buy!Had this for 4 months now and overall I’m really impressed with this device. It does take a minute for the bell and camera to register but really no longer than it would take to get to the door. It has been a godsend for me as I am disabled and if I’m upstairs it takes some time to get to the door with the stairlift. Previously people had left before I could get downstairs, I can now speak to whoever is at the door and either give instructions for leaving a parcel or to ask them to wait whilst I descend the stairs. I like that I’m able to adjust the settings in the app. I’ve only one complaint… it won’t allow 2 people to share the app to view. I’ve shared to my husband’s email but only one of us can log in. ✓ Good little camera doorbell so farDoes a good job so far & for the price suits my needs . I’ve had a few issues where the battery seems to get low on the doorbell bit & it hasn’t rang but that’s normally when we’ve had heavy rain as there was only 1 place mine could go outside and it’s very exposed to the elements but compared to the well known one I’m jumping up every time it’s rang when with lots of people around as it’s notifications tone isn’t as annoying overall very happy with it for the price . I paid for the subscription which was good value & worth it as it captured a car accident outside so could show exactly who’s fault it was as drivers were arguing over who was to blame. ✓ AmazingI have had this product for about 6 months and it’s been awesome, the battery life is amazing I love picture quality, I charge it whenever it indicates battery is low but that’s about every 2 1/2 weeks. I have recommended this product to my friends and family. I am very pleased with this product and I will be purchasing another one soon. Whenever I thought I was having issues with the product, it was easy to reach out to customer support and they were able to help me with my issue because the product was fine, I just didn’t know what I was doing 🤣 I think this product is very, very good. ✓ Battery cameraI’ve had the battery camera for a month now and it’s just incredible. The battery stay charged for weeks I’ve only had to charge once since having it. I’ve got the solar panel but haven’t put up yet. The camera vision is so clear and the sound is so clear to. Night vision is immaculate. And alerts me when someone is in my camera view. Does recordings for me when anything is in my camera view which I really love. I’m investing into buying more for the back of my house. So recommend..Version: 2.7.1

✓ ConnedBought this because it was subscription free, allowing you to view the last free days video. They have now changed that with no warning or notifications, just a subscription request when you try to playback any video. I have spoken with customer service, it is no mistake, they have changed it so you have to subscribe! Whilst the camera picture quality is good, the app is not, most people who ring the doorbell have gone by the time the app allows you to answer! This is certainly not down to my Wi-Fi connection. It’s their poor quality app delay! So I cannot justify paying the subscription for this when I can get a better model for the same subscription price! This will be resigned to puppy cam. ✓ It’s Free! Not bad, Certainly Useable.I have had this now for about two months and used it most days. The whole app interface could do with a remodel to be more like Blinks latest. But I have found connectivity okay. Would be nice to have exclusion zones too to block certain areas. When the sun comes out I have to de activate mine as the clouds and change in contrast set it off. If I could block off the top part of the image it would work all day. Would be nice to have the option of downloading to device when viewing rather than having to delete from my camera roll everyone I have viewed something, but, that’s minor and good for security of footage. ✓ Exceptional video doorbell.I ordered this video doorbell for my house because I work a lot and wanted to be able to monitor my house at all times. I was skeptical at first because the price was reasonable but that disappeared rather quickly. This is a phenomenal video doorbell for the price. There is a free trial for the video play back and the price is great compared to other services. I am beyond pleased with this purchase. Ive never had any problems with with either the device or the app. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because of a small subjective issue… a second or so delay in movement and the camera triggering so i generally see delivery drivers walking away. No problem when the doorbell is pressed though. I even reported to customer care who in fairness did respond immediately although couldn't resolve..Version: 2.4.9
✓ Pretty pleasedI didn’t really expect much because it wasn’t very expensive. But I love it. I’ve had it almost 3 weeks. I’ve charged it twice. It’s a clear picture. I keep an eye on my dogs mostly and to see if anybody bothers my home while I’m at work I can talk to my dogs through it. ✓ OkCamera is good, but there’s a delay so if someone rings the doorbell or you get a notification they’ve gone before you can respond. They charge you after so long too to watch the recording which is annoying when it states ‘free’ . My Doorbell won’t work as well as the camera so it’s one or the other. ✓ ReassuranceI’m very pleased with this photo bell. It’s a little slow and only picks up people just about to leave the frame. Sometimes it dose not record at all. But if someone is at my door, I can see when and at what time, which is good. ✓ The chime works but that’s about itBought this online during lockdown as it looked like something I could install myself when the hardwired bell stopped working. I eventually got everything paired and working after forking out more for internet extenders, including one in the bedroom immediately inside from the bell push unit. I’m fairly good with technical things but this was not intuitive and the instructions are not very clear. It took me many hours of repeatedly following the instructions while the unit timed out & I had to start again! The recharger fell apart when I opened the box - not able to be replaced apparently, so buying the spare pair of batteries was a waste. The doorbell rings the inside chime immediately and my phone about 20 seconds later if I’m home, so a slight delay. Not sure whether it alerts on my phone if I’m out … but I suspect not. To see a live feed on my phone of who is at the door takes over a minute, buffering I guess (when I’m at home) - by which time they’ve left. Have not managed to see live video when not on my own wifi. Video recordings often miss the postie, unless he stands right in front of the camera. With the camera/bell push at the recommended height, cannot see parcels left on the ground. But the worst thing is the random, very loud announcements that the outdoor bell push makes, something like “Power On”. Often during the night but also in the daytime. These are audible from inside and from inside my next door neighbours’ house. This wakes me up if the unit is inside charging overnight, and even when it’s outside- these announcements are VERY loud even with the ringer volume on 5%. Save your money for something more decent- this video doorbell is cheap and nasty..Version: 2.6.2
✓ Happy with Aiwit appI love this doorbell! I can clearly see and hear who and what are outside my door. It records well, with a clear picture, until I decide to delete the file, for every instance. I'm very glad I purchased the night vision, battery, and bell (with so many choices for the ringtone). I added the memory card and was up and running! Oh, and I am really grateful that the app notifies me when the battery needs charging... Even on the fastest setting the battery lasts much longer than I expected..Version: 2.5.4
