Issues with using YubiKeys 🥹I signed up for the paid plan. It had been working seamlessly, but unfortunately now there is a problem with it and using YubiKeys. I contacted support who were unfortunately not a lot of help. I have now moved over to an alternative password manager as not having a seamless experience when using something so fundamental as Yubikeys is a dealbreaker for me! In fairness, this is my only complaint with the product and I had been satisfied with it to the point when a product update caused this issue..Version: 3.24

Not sure what this service doesI got NordPass, paid for a year’s subscription and spent time putting my accounts in there vault. I enabled them to auto fill when I log into accounts. When I tried to log in the auto fill out there randomly generated passwords into the log in. But unfortunately they didn’t work, I get getting prompted to enter password as there’s didn’t work, I then put in my old password and logged in. If NordPass can’t hold my account passwords in a vault and then auto fill passwords they generate then ultimately they aren’t offering a service that saves time and keeps my accounts safe. However when I contacted them they didn’t quibble about a refund and offered to refund my purchase which I found to be sound customer service and I still like the Nord company and there layouts, just a shame this service isn’t the secure time saving service I thought..Version: 2.12

DisappointedI use NORDPASS on my iMac, iPhone and iPad and was delighted with the app from day one UNTIL Nord decided to upgrade and now ,requires IOS 14 or later. Not a problem for my phone or IMac but my iPad is not the latest model and the latest iOS version I can install is IOS 12. So now I can’t use Nord on my iPad which means I can’t access my vault of stored passwords. Not Happy! I don’t want or need to spend a thousand dollars to upgrade my perfectly functional iPad just so I can use Nords terrific ( until now...) app. I feel like I’m being held to ransom. How long before I have to buy a new phone or desktop to continue using their software. Note to Nords software engineers: please install a back door to allow your less wealthy users to use your otherwise wonderful software..Version: 3.22

Still no offline use; very slow responsivenessThe delay for the app to respond when autofilling passwords in a browser or app can be up to 10 seconds. When the delay goes for longer than that, the issue commonly is that the app has logged out of the account with no warning. When I was traveling, I had to make an offline copy of my passwords to be able to access them with internet is unavailable or spotty. My previous password manager had an offline option and was so fast and responsive..Version: 3.22

Newbie ReviewJust installed Nordpass and my very first password manager. Real nice easy to use interface on both my Windows PC and iPhone. Very concerned about my list of items though. After I port my 200 passwords, they will become untenable in the ‘all items’ list, and all other options like accessing folders just takes more keystrokes. Wish list… -folders were included in the all items list. -when items are moved to folders, the are removed from root/top. Now, when I log into Norpass, I’d have my 10 folders housing my 200 passwords. … maybe I’m just missing something, as I am only a 2 day newbie. Great product though..Version: 3.27

Lost the lotI bought nord vpn on the recommendation of a friend. After 117 days it stopped working and it won’t let me log in to my account. I think I may have lost my money and there is no way to contact them. All my passwords have also disappeared on Nordpass. Do not use.Close to useless. A waste of storage on your phone that’s it. This service becomes more of a nuisance than a convenience. It will store your information, change that information, autofill against your will when inputting any of that stored data, and when you need the information that is exclusively stored on this app then it simply won’t open sometimes. I’ve been locked-out of two E-Mail addresses because of this app now. Deleting and re-downloading the app doesn’t work either. There are better password-managers out there which will actually do as it’s told and not try to scam you into holding your information hostage. Never again. Cancelling immediately..Version: 3.21

Serious IssuesI have no doubt the security of this app is great. But the UI is terrible. And the general user experience is terrible to the point I am trying to switch to ProtonPass bad. My biggest issue is when I need it, it always says “App is disconnected” and make me enter my master password (which is 20+ random characters for great security practice) and not easy to memorize to keep entering. Then it need my MFA again from the app. So annoying that I’m done with it..Version: 3.28

QuestionableI really can’t see that it does anything at all. Perhaps I am setting it up incorrectly, or maybe I thought it would have features it doesn’t actually have. Don’t purchase this application.Downloaded this application and upgraded to their paid plan. The payment was never applied to my account. Have spent the last month attempting to work with their customer support to resolve this issue. Even showing screenshots of my payment and account they are unwilling to update the account. Their customer support is slow, I am lucky to get a response once every couple business days. They are unable to refund my payment. I am now working with my credit card company to refund the money. Beware!!Downloaded this app as part of a corporate trial of Nordpass to replace another password manager. The trial was disappointing. The Chrome add-in just did not work. Customer service is slow and other apps worked flawlessly so didn’t want to waste more time on a trial. It happens. Would have just left it at that but when I went to delete the account and data, Nordpass doesn’t let users do that automatically,. You have to contact them. (They say it works from IOS but there was no option to delete as shown in their instructions), So I contacted customer service. FOUR email exchanges and they have yet to honour my request. They keep asking if I’m sure and the last email they said they are looking into it! What’s to look into? Beware of a company and app that forces you to contact them to delete your accounts and data and then won’t even honour your request in a timely manner. This is poor business practice. Importing from ICloud on iPadTried everything that this site said to do to transfer my passwords from iCloud. Absolutely everything they tell you to do FAILS! Makes me crazyI got this as an alternative to the equally annoying RoboForm. I got so annoyed trying to set Nordpass up, I deleted it. Then I got an email telling me how easy it is to set up. Okay. It has been a mistake to choose this appWe used LastPass for years and because NordPass had a much more beautiful and intuitive interface we moved our family plan NordPass. Indeed it was more user friendly but it proved to be very weak and unintelligent compared to LastPass. When you log out on the computer it requires you to be online to login again. We travel a lot and spend long ours offline this was really annoying for us. Also when you go to log in again you are first redirect to login to your Nord account and after that to NordPass which was insane. The integration with safari and iPhone was also very buggy, many times it didn’t work. And it doesn’t allow you to upload files, like a pic of your passport for example. The worst of all for me is that we wrote suggestions and explained issues and no one ever returned. It felt like a company that doesn’t really care for their customers. We paid for a year of family plan but after 6 months we stopped using it and we’re really happy to return to LastPass. I do not recommend NordPass..Version: 3.16

Pretty rubbishIt doesn’t generate passwords when creating accounts on websites or apps so you have to open it separately then copy and paste a generated password. After that it doesn’t save new passwords/account details for websites and apps. It doesn’t integrate with IOS when I am promoted to input my Apple ID password. Makes changing your old passwords fustratingI downloaded this to try and make managing all my various internet accounts easier. First thing you have to do is make yourself two new strong passwords. Erm, I downloaded this app precisely because I hate doing that. I then planned to go and change the passwords on a bunch of my accounts so that I’m not reusing the same password for many of them. Nordpass makes this very hard by not identifying where the website is asking you to “confirm your new password”so it puts in two different strong passwords that completely don’t match so the website will not allow you to proceed. When you click in the box to copy-paste from field 1 into field 2 it changes the password. Have several tries I gave up and wrote the password on a bit of paper..Version: 2.21

Costly bugBeen enjoying it so far until its gotten really buggy on ios for several weeks now. Advertised for wrong reason - Be Careful!This app was promoted for a different reason than actual purpose and they make it impossible to close or delete the account that they have you pay $148 for. An article stated that NordPass would enable one to watch shows aired in Canada but turns out it was an imbedded advertisement that was VERY deceiving. In order to close your account that you’ll never use, they want you to provide extreme details of full credit card number, bank statement, transaction date, grandmothers blood type, stool samples etc (kidding on the last two but you get the message)..Version: 3.22

Ok but not greatI recently switched from LastPass (an issue in itself with their lack of internal policies and multiple breaches). While NordPass seems equivalent in interface, the App really is behind the times. The app does not save passwords to new sites from within safari. You can use safari to pull your current passwords, but it doesn’t help pull them into your database when created. Also, some features such as data breach scanner are not completely functioning within the App. One other key feature that LastPass did have was better integration of folder use and favorites. While folders are in NordPass, you can’t really sort your view by favorites or folders. Folders are more utilized for searching. NordPass seems to be a solid app to use, and possibly more policy structured company (as they have independent audits of their policies, which their competitor did not allow)..Version: 3.23

Forced update and lost everythingJust added a new password in the vault and then updated an email account with the new password. When I saved the password in this app it forced me to update before allowing it to save and therefore lost my new password. Locked out of my email forever now as had already changed the mail password. Terrible app.Version: 3.23

Useless if you have no network connectionThe app itself is ok but will only work if you have a network connection so if you chose to go abroad without any roaming or go to a place where there is poor network, you will not be able to see your passwords..Version: 3.24

Waste of time and moneyPaid for the premium plan. Instructions are vague, app is difficult to figure out and use. So far I’ve managed to manually enter a few passwords, however I got locked out and account was reset. Communication with support staff is terrible. All they do is send the same set of instructions (which do not take care of the issues) over and over again. I do use the VPN which works well and is user friendly. NordPass is definitely not user friendly. I have no idea where all the positive reviews come from, must be IT techs who live and breath computers. As an average user, I have no time for the stress this app causes me..Version: 3.30.1

Not nearly as good as othersUpdate after update and still NO proper offline mode or custom fields. If you’ve got no internet and you haven’t opened the app for a while (or you’ve killed it) it will NOT open. VERY frustrating and could leave you stranded. Black screen of deathI like this app, I use it on my iPad pro and 2 PC's, and it works great. I even recommended it to my mum. But since a few updates ago, it no longer opens on my iPhone X. Devs, is this phone no longer supported? I've reset, uninstalled/reinstalled and everything, but still only get a black screen and it's been a few months now. It would be a 5 star if it still worked. Removed Features?This app is no better than the Apple or Google password manager. They used to have the ability to upload a photo to each item so if I wanted a copy of the back of my credit card or drivers license it would all be there. Used to be goodThen they added a timeout which meant that you would be frequently asked to re-authenticate to your nord account. This happens way too often and always when your trying to do something quickly. I appreciate the security I really do but I know my vault password and it’s got faceid enabled. I don’t know my nord pass because I made it nice and secure. But now I have to store that somewhere else because you keeep disconnecting..Version: 3.28

Biometric lockout and customer service runaroundI loved this app when it worked for me. I paid for a year, but couldn’t use it for a large portion of the subscription. These were my problems with the app: Issue 1 - The option to unlock the app with biometric (Face ID/fingerprint) stopped appearing one day and nothing brought it back. Biometrics had worked so seamlessly so so long, that I began to rely on it. I got totally locked out of the app and was unable to bring up biometrics to unlock it. Customer support couldn’t figure it out. Uninstall/reinstall, resetting, and other attempts got nowhere. I gave up on every getting back in. 2. After giving up on ever getting back in, I contacted customer support several times asking them to reset my account, I provided them the necessary information, I told them I understood that I would lose my current saved passwords if I did this, etc. and never got my reset. 3. I was stuck with an app I paid money for, but couldn’t use. I’ve subscribed to NordVPN for nearly a decade now, so I tried this app at launch, and what a disappointment. I hope they’ve made improvements. Backup EVERYTHING and don’t trust this app for anything important. Customer service may not be able to figure it out..Version: 3.24

Master password never worksI keep getting logged out and when I attempt to log back in I’m always told that my password is incorrect. Difficult to send feedbackTo send feedback, the Help item on the desktop app provides instructions that I cannot get to work (looking for a megaphone icon). Doesn’t integrate with Chrome (Chromebook)I got this program to handle passwords across Mac IOS and Chrome OS (laptop), iPhones, and 6 family members. The program plug-in installed through Google play won’t connect. It just keeps flashing error messages. It just won’t integrate as advertised for my needs. No option to create new accountsWhat is seemingly a very basic functionality and every other password manager has it, doesn't exist here... when you create a new account on a website you cannot generate a password on the spot. Computer use is super buggyFunny thing is the software of pretty much seamless on the iPhone. However, using the computer is a major PITA. Gets logged out and you have to get in through the Nord Account before you can log into NordPass. After you log in NordPass won’t let you edit passwords or make changes. It will insist on dropping in new passwords whenever it sees an opening. I use the phone as a backup and find myself going there more often when the laptop jams me up. I keep track of multiple businesses so using my phone to run the shop is not a good thing..Version: 3.31.1

CostI had assumed that NordPass would be of the same calibre as that of NordVPN. In truth, I still don’t know whether that to be the case or not. Having read some of the reviews I applaud you for allowing negative posts to remain included; I know that not to be the case with countless other software. Almost a 5 star appNearly flawless. Unfortunately the iOS version has a very annoying editing bug. Every time I edit a character in one of the fields the cursor immediately jumps to the end of the entry. Also lacks flexibility in choosing passwords - only random strings of characters and no choice to use recognisable words unlike most other password managers. Minor point - I have passwords that don’t relate to websites but they have to be stored as secure notes because you can’t save a “password” without storing a web address. Dropped a star. The editing bug is becoming infuriating and I’ve now discovered my passwords are not updating across devices. Changed on Mac desktop, two days later still not updated password on my iPhone. It’s sorta adequate but…At first, I was pleased with NordPass but then I ran into some kind of problem and it’s been incredibly frustrating to contact their support by email. A Marketing NightmareNord apps are loaded with Nord marketing. Nord goes on and on about privacy and streamlining one’s life, yet their apps constantly nag you to either buy their products, configure things that are already configured, or use their other apps even if you already are using them. It’s just a constant barrage of interruptions. No checking against your account to see what’s already deployed. If you turn off notifications to stop the marketing you turn off other legitimate notifications. Nord Support takes days to respond and it’s usually canned responses and issues are seldom looked at carefully. I’m sore displeased with the overall Nord experience..Version: 3.30.1

IPhone and iPad Apps limited functionalityThe NordPass iphone and ipad Apps provide only minimal limited functionality when it comes to managing passwords. One finds themselves having to switch to a laptop to have access to a complete set of password edit and management functions. Not what one would expect in from an app whose primary role is to ease password management. What NordPass has implemented works, it’s just insufficient. NordPass gets an incomplete for their Apps earning it a grade of 1 Star..Version: 3.30.1
